I will NEVER use another towing company again. This man went above and beyond to help not only the company that I work for but also a coworker with some personal needs. The owner (Thomas) is fun loving, very dependable and actually truly cares about the customers he helps. He is not about the money but about helping whenever there is a need to be met. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I highly recommend calling Elite Towing and getting to know the owner. You will NOT be disappointed. He goes above and beyond what you ask for and has a fantastic personality. I called elite towing out to help get my car to the dealership - There was Accidental damage done to my car. These guys stood behind what happened, addressed it, and got me back on the road. Locked my keys in my work truck with it running at 3:45am. He picked up right away and was to me within 30 min. Took him 5 min, and he had it opened. Great job, fast service.

Tom is gracious and helpful. I met him during a purchase of equipment he had for sale. I ended up being late with a flat tire . He and his boy came and found me got me to the shop, gave me a tire, mounted it and didn't charge me extra. I am glad to say I am his friend now and consider him one of mine. Our battery died right as we were trying to leave our house at 6am and Thomas was there within 20 minutes to help give us a jump. He was professional and charged us a fair price. Excellent experience! Thomas was friendly, thorough, and careful. He made sure everything was just the way the owner of the rv wanted it before unhooking. He will definitely be our first call for any towing needs in the future.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Thomas was so helpful with our towing! I am not very car inclined so when I told him what the problem was after he towed it he looked at the issue and helped fix it! Offered services from locked keys, running out of gas and has an auto body shop to help us in the future! He is a great human and businessman. Can’t recommend him enough! Thank you again!

I locked my keys in the trunk of my car and called first locksmith with no return call and then a towing company with no return call. I finally called Thomas at Elite. He answered the phone immediately and promised to be over within an hour as he was on the expressway with another job. He had my car open in five minutes. Very kind and helpful and efficient. His number is now in my phone.😅

My car needed to be towed. I called Schaffer’s Towing and was told they couldn’t help because my car was in an awkward/small space. I called Thomas with Elite Towing and explained my predicament. He got to my car in 20 minutes, and my car was on the way to the shop 10 minutes later. Thomas was friendly, knowledgeable, and the tow price was reasonable.

Tom was awesome and came out fast (under 30 mins) to unlock our truck after we accidentally left both sets of keys inside. Such a cool guy too. He was quick to answer the call and priced very reasonably. Polite and professional. He is a small business owner, who stopped what he was doing to come to our aid. I wish we could give him more than 5 stars!!!

Thomas with Elite Towing is AMAZING!! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! He is highly skilled, very professional, his service is above average and what a great roadside help he was. I was stuck off the Harrison exit and Thomas worked with me to get me towed with my roadside assistance. He has great customer service and we had a fantastic conversation during the tow til he dropped me off. Elite Towing is very transparent and with him being an owner operator, he is very down to earth with customer needs. He prioritized safety and customer service above everything else. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Thomas went above and beyond to help me out when my camper van broke down on I-90. He even helped me get my van to another shop after the first one couldn’t work on it. Very nice, cares about the customer. You can request Elite towing with a roadside service/insurance provider and I would highly recommend doing so. In general would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this towing. If I can give this more stars I would. Thomas is amazing! He was very friendly, nice and helpful, which is rare nowadays. One of our tire blew out and when he came to our rescue he made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond with his job. He also made sure we were safe and comfortable and out of the sun while he was taking care of business. He was very helpful the whole time till we were leaving Idaho. Thank you again Thomas!

I got my work truck stuck. And these guys came out and got the truck unstuck. It was in a bad location and they pulled it out no problem. They even waited at the bottom of the hill for 20 minutes for me to fill my tires with air to make sure I made it down safely
