Had the best experience in an awful situation, thanks to driver Joe and his darling wife, Carolyn! They are truly angels that I never could have imagined that I was worthy of having been sent to me! I thank them (and Frank) for sending them to my rescue! I am forever indebted! ❤️

Brian was great! My trailer broke down in the Clearwater valley with no cellphone service. Someone driving by went up to town for me and Brian showed up only an hour later. He helped me the next day get all my belongings transferred to a different trailer. Good service! Good people!

I am traveling from Helena Montana to baker city oregon to present a flag I built in honor of a usmc sniper from Vietnam that died by suicide in February 2024 as my truck broke down on top of the big hill south of grangeville. My wife located Frank's and called them and explained what happened. Frank was there in no time at all got me hooked up and brought back into extreme auto to get the truck worked on and fixed. In our conversation I explained why I was coming down and he was very kind and like I said he waisted no time getting me and my truck off the side of the highway. Thank you frank for absolutely everything. If your passing through grangeville Idaho and need a tow, call frank he will have ya squared away.

Frank is a Hero and an A+ grandmaster at recovery and towing. He ventured into the deep wilderness to recover my pickup from a ditch, a job most others would have refused. He chainsawed through multiple huge fallen trees and pushed through snowdrifts to reach me and, once there, had me out in minutes - less experienced towers would have needed hours. This man saved my life. And he did it on a Saturday. And the bill was extremely reasonable. Congressional Medal of Honor.

This lovely man came and picked us up right away! he turned around for us! I wish he could tow everyone all over the country! He had us up on the tow truck after having to even switch our front and back tire in less than 15 mins flat! Man needs to be on nascar. Had a very great personality as well and a nice smile. ? Our car broke down outside of Grangeville with a battery that was leaking. They arrived quicky and with an extra vehicle to take our family back to town. They fixed everything within 20 mins and a new battery installed on site. Fantastic service

I give the highest recommendation for Frank's towing. I lost a bearing towing a large 5th wheel about 6 miles from Grangeville. Frank personally came out and assisted me then followed me into town. He simply went above and beyond all expectations. I am forever grateful!!!!

My pickup truck transmission decided the climb was too much, and have-up at Pittsburgh Saddle on Dear creek rd into the Landing. Frank's charged me $700 to tow it to Grangeville! I think that's a national holliday charge, not a normal fee. Interesting that another customer was charged the same amount! Google lists the Saddle as 30 miles away, 51 minutes from Grangeville. Frank was gracious enought to wave the $50 a day storage fee. I've found another tow company that stated the fee should have been half that, 350 at the most..... Be aware!

I called Frank's towing after my truck broke down 30 miles out of grangeville, I had them tow it back to a friend's house. The driver did a good job and delivered the truck without incident. The reason for the two stars is as I said the truck was 30 out and all but two miles were payment. I was charged for four hours of truck time almost 700.00$ I told them that was ridiculous and I know when they drove by on the way to get the truck and when they got back with the truck was less than three hours, was told I have to pay for the driver to go fuel and get back to the shop. Still wouldn't have been four hours. Would not use this service again!

Frank and it's crew took good care of us . One of the worst situations I've been in in my life and was so grateful to Frank and his crew. They treated my son and I with respect. Handled all over vehicles with care. We're extremely Fair with the pricing. And in my opinion went well and beyond the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly. Thank you to Frank and all his crew.

My wife and I were traveling from North Idaho down toward Boise when our car decided to have engine failure. We had no cell service. Franks towing was going by so loaded us up and took us to the shop. They were also kind enough to look up a place to stay and drop us off. These are very special and kind people.

Frank's Towing was dispatched to recover our wrecked motorcycle from the side of the road. They brought the bike back to their lot and were kind enough to lock our valuables in their business for safe keeping. They have been patient and professional with us every step of the way. Highly recommend their services.

Frank's towing was so amazing in my hour of need. They helped pick me up on the side of the road, helped me find some service stations that could work on my car, and when it wasn't possible to get on the road again that night, they helped me find a place to stay. These guys are the real deal. They got my truck off of the iciest mountain pass in the area and took care of my broken truck like true professionals. These guys are top quality professionals!

I had the worst luck with a burst in my radiator. On the way to a funeral. On Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I called Frank’s Towing and not only did he come get me out of the 90 degree heat in under 30 minutes, but he towed me back to his personal shop and took a look at my engine himself since all the garages were closed. Within a couple hours while I had chatted with his uncles, he fully troubleshooted, set me up with a temporary fix, double and triple checked that it would hold, and made sure I left with extra water and his card just in case. AND is reasonably priced. I don’t even want to think about what I would have gone through calling anyone else.

I highly recommend Frank and his company. They are all very professional and courteous. I had a wheel completely fall off of my truck on the highway while out of town working. Called into Franks and they were very kind, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was okay. Frank showed up on time. Hooked the truck, dropped it off at the shop and even gave me a lift to the hotel. Highly recommend these guys!

Frank and his team are awesome! Very professional, thorough, and his calm manner makes everything feel you’re in the right hands. After a scary incident happened with my truck and I was stuck up on a hill, Frank assured me what I did was the best option I could have done. He made sure my mom and I were ok and he thoroughly explained to me what I need to do next time for the same incident not to happen again. I’m very grateful him and his team came in my time of need. What a nice guy, towed us, took us to our hotel. Picked us up the next morning and let me work on my truck at his yard. Frank is awesome!

Fuel filter went out on my vehicle & was stuck. So Frank took advantage & charged me $154 to tow me maybe 8 miles (inc fee for CC). In comparison, was once chg. $130 for 25 miles by different tow company.

Excellent service! They were competent and professional and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of when things looked bleak. We would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Fast. Arrived on time in town and towed my car to my home in less then one hour. And i live 3 miles out of town. Frank was polite and Professional. Thank's Frank.

When our pickup broke down between riggins and White Bird Frank and his wife came to our rescue. Because it's a Sunday we have to wait until morning when one of Frank's mechanics can work on the pick-up. In the meantime Frank gave us a ride to the nearest hotel and now we wait. Prompt professional service. I highly recommend. Now it's Monday morning, Frank's mechanic, Larry figured out the problem, has ordered the part and is going to repair my pickup. This is a great group of people. Again, I highly recommend them.

Frank is amazing! Our tire blew on our brand new boat trailer. It was 6:00 pm on a Sunday and everybody was closed. We were on our way to Coeur d'Alene for a family reunion and needed to get there for our reservation. Our tire size on our trailer was a weird size and we called Frank and he said he might have it. We dropped our trailer on the side of the hill and went to Frank's shop. Frank checked the tires he had, but they didn't fit. He then called people that worked at Les Schwab (in town) to see if they could help. His friend showed up and said he knew someone who had that tire. He called that friend. We met the friend, but he didn't have the size with him, but he said that he had them on a trailer at home. We followed him to his house and he proceeded to take off the tires from his own trailer to sell to us. Frank never charged us. It was amazing! They all were so kind and willing to help. We were on our way and made it safe. Thank you so much! We can't thank you enough!

Our tire lost all it’s lug nuts on white bird grade. We had to get a separate vehicle out because of how many passengers we had. They provided it no problem! And arrived very quickly. Very nice and professional service.
