I was having one of the worst days of my life yesterday. Everything at work and home just wasn't working. I got a flat tire on way home from work, pulled over to get it inflated. Then my upper radiator hose blew. I called 5 different tow company's, and was sent to voice mail on all of them. I finally called crossroads towing. They picked up instantly, and sent Louie my way. Louie saved me. He called me almost as soon as I hung up with the shop, said he would be there in 10 mins, he showed up in 5 mins. He talked with me, helped me realize life is life, and stuff happens. He got my car towed to where I needed, as fast as he legally could. My entire day was brighter after that. Thank you Louie. I've already sent more people your way, and told them to ask for Louie. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Gotta love it when the so-called owner tells another tow company that they can’t drive a perfect good car up on the deck on their property. I’ll respect that as I’ve always respected everywhere. I picked up from and their rules according to their property, but then telling me to shut up as if I don’t know what I’ve been doing for the past three years acting like he knows Everything and yelling at my drivers Our thousand cars every Couple months versus his hundred cars every couple months I like to respect everybody and the rules that I will never Tell another operator how to operate their Truck and go against their own company policies just because he Was on a small power trip You give everybody around to a bad name grow up

Tony is AMAZING to work with. We needed a transmission for my husband’s truck. They did not have what we needed but Tony worked hard and called so many places to find one that was in our budget and had a good warranty on it. I did not think for a second I was ever going to find the Fuel control Module for my 2004 Volkswagen Passat W8 anywhere. The part was discontinued a few years ago along with a bunch of other stuff that’s not supposed to break on these cars. I found these guys through a Website that lists salvage yards in order of the car you search for. When I say the W8 is rare and unheard of, it is just that. I see maybe 1-3 out driving around accumulative in the span of about 5 years at a time. They only ever made 11,000 of them give or take and only a handful of them were imported to the United States. The original Module was submerged in 2020 due to an ice storm in which the bottom of the trunk filled up with the water when it thawed and ruined the computer which causes the fuel gauge and half the fuel tank to become unusable. A quick chat with crossroads towing and salvage determined they had an 03 Passat W8 sitting on the back of the lot with a couple of the parts I needed still intact. They sent me some photos on request and assured me if they did not think they were good parts, they wouldn’t sell them. Got the parts in a week later and tested the new module. Worked like a charm! Every other salvage yard I called before these guys going down the list either didn’t have what I was looking for, destroyed the car, or just didn’t care enough to help and were plain rude. Not these guys. These people were awesome. It’s as simple as that. Given how rare my car is, I probably won’t ever find one in salvage again at least for a while but it was a weight lifted off my shoulders to restore an old family handmedown back to road fairing condition thanks to these folks!
Mr. Tony at Crossroads Towing and Salvage is THE BEST!!! I needed a backup light for 1990 Toyota 4-Runner they had listed. As this was my first dealing with CTS, I called after I received the quote for the part. After talking to Mr. Tony, I knew the website was not a scam. He walked me through the entire purchase process from A to Z! He even called me back to let me now how the part was package for shipping! This was only a small part but Mr. Tony treated me as though I was buying a high dollar item. You CAN'T GO WRONG buying from CTS! Thank you Mr. Tony for all you help and patience!!!!!!!!!!! Bob. Terrible company and employees. I deleted my last review cause I felt I should give some mercy.. but these people take advantage of people when they get the chance and if my review saves people then so be it. A family member of mine who is disabled and speaks little English and has eye issues got into a wreck and was stranded in Nampa. I drove from Boise to nampa to pick them up, and when I arrived this guy from this company (name unknown) arrived at the same time as me, within 15 minutes the guy refused to do his job. I DID NOT CALL THIS COMPANY AND NEITHER DID OUR FAMILY MEMBER. I told him very clearly that it needs to be towed to Boise cause that’s where they lived and we did not have any shop he can take it to. The guy said he would have to take it in and if we don’t pick it up fast that he charged additional for a night of keeping it there, once again I told him I’m not paying twice, I’ll order my own tow truck which was on the way, and actually did their job and took it to Boise. The guy was very pushy and complained about after hours and then the terrible police officer pressured me to pay this guy $160 for NO WORK. Once again we DID NOT CALL THEM OR ASK FOR THEIR SERVICES! I paid it cause I felt pressured and I personally believe not even $1 should’ve gone to this terrible excuse of a company. 0 stars. Maybe don’t be a tow company if ur going to complain about a job. By the way they wanted to tow it FURTHER than the spot we were standing at which made 0 sense. I hope that 160 comes back to haunt you and bite you in the ……. :)

You know my name and know we were 2 women only, not sure who you are calling “sir”, such a weak move. YOU REFUSED THE JOB. You specifically asked us where we wanted it taken to, such as a tow shop. Communication wasn’t the issue, you further prove YOUR communication was bad cause you didn’t even know where it was being taken to before arriving. You alone set the price and charged an arm and a leg for 10-15 minutes of standing around. Disgusting behavior. Future customers beware.
These guys were super helpful. I spoke with Mike, he helped look for several engines I needed and helped walk me through some trouble shooting on my engine. I will use them again in the future. They had quick responses and were friendly.
Tony is the greatest guy to ever be hired at a salvage yard in the whole country. He met me where I was at in a futile attempt to source parts for a car, then he pulled up the exact diagrams of the vehicle and cross referenced with the pictures I sent him of the failed part. It is truly apparent that Crossroads actually cares about making vehicles be able to drive again. If Tony was local I would attempt to poach him as an employee, he is that good.
Had my car hauled from the house to a repair shop (bad fuel pump). DJ was the tech. Did a great job, taking care not to damage my car, courteous , patient and fellow veteran. Price for the haul was also reasonable. Randy USN
After my son was in a wreck, Crossroads price gouged us on the towing. They charged us 100.00 for an extra man, one they told us they were training. Be prepared to pay for their training of new employees. They then lowballed the value of the car. Claiming they would only get 120.00 for scraping it. Saying 1200.00 in new tires were worthless to them, but said if we took them, we would have to take the car. Worthless, huh? Avoid them unless you want to be taken advantage of when you are over a barrel.

Called several tow trucks around and nobody wanted to help me haul my trailer, called crossroads and Louie showed up within 30 mins figured out how to take my trailer and he was very quick professional and knowledgeable I recommend this company 100%

I was looking all over for a particular interior part for a '93 Dodge and called crossroads. Not only did they have the part that no one else seemed to want to be bothered with, they sent me photos and a quote with shipping before I ordered. So much effort for a part quoted at $25. Shipped quickly. Mike Paulson took care of me at Crossroads and moved this salvage company to my #1 place to call when I am looking for an odd part. Great experience.
The tow truck driver arrived in 40 minutes. Twenty minutes sooner than predicted. He was very nice. Quickly got my SUV up and ready to go. He brought us to the mechanics shop. He did a very nice job.

I needed a tow on Thursday the 24th. I called AAA but they were hours out so I called Crossroads. Louie showed up as promised within reasonable time. He was informative and professional and boy does he know how to drive that truck! I was impressed by how he was able back his truck up in a busy parking lot and drop my car into a parking space.
