Collin did a great job with a difficult tow. He arrived in less than 30 minutes. He was cautious with my vehicle during loading and unloading and operated with a high attention to detail. They were contracted by AAA roadside and did a good job throughout the process.

My car was towed as I was at meridian speedway by canyon county towing which is my fault. But what was wrong with my experience was when BOTH my sister and I called to see about picking up my car the same day, they told me it would be $45 if I picked it up that night, and $458 if I picked it up the next day which would be a Sunday. When I told him I would be in to pick it up, that same night, Eric told me it was too late to pick up the car. I then told him that their business sign said 24 hours, in which Eric then told me that he was too busy and didn’t want to go to the impound to do paperwork and that I needed to come in the next day. On Sunday I called them twice before they answered to tell them I was on my way to pick up the car to which they said they would be there waiting for us. Once I got to the impound nobody was there and I had to call three times before anyone answered to tell me they were on their way. The worst of it was when they charged me $785 even though I was told it would only be $458 to pick it up.

The tow driver was awesome and prompt, however we were told by 2 different people representing their company that we could gather our belongings from the car the following day. However when we went to get the belongings we were told we couldn't because we didn't have proof the vehicle was ours. We had DMV papers that the registration was in the process of locating the lost title, but they said it didn't matter they could not honor our request. The only thing we needed to get was diabetic injection medicine and anti seizure medicine that could not get replace. This is a heads up. Get ALL your wanted and needed belongings from the vehicle before its towed or you will lose it. Don't take the word of the employes that you will be able to get your belongings the next day. Update: The owner responded that if we have ID that matches the medicine we can get it....The ID was in the backpack in the vehicle. Again...we were not allowed to get it. We even requested police dispatch to send the police officer that was on the accident to come to the tow yard to help, but because he was on another accident call and couldn't make it before the office closed, we couldn't get it. .....BUT....when the officer could arrive, we could pay $65 after hours fee...IF they even allowed it at all. We spent over an hour in the office prior to closing trying to figure out a way it could happen. Refusal, refusal, refusal. I was an advocate for the driver and the owner since they both have mental health issues..one had brain surgery twice in the last 6 weeks and suffers from seizures without her medicine and is a diabetic who relys on daily insulin injection. The other has military PTSD. The remedy was go to individual pharmacies to get written proof of prescriptions since ALL the documentation was in the vehicle. There are several pharmacies involved and multiple prescriptions. We were refused to even have one of their employe representatives get the medicine, ID and documents to prove everything we were saying. AGAIN...My advice is if you have to use this towing company.....GET ALL YOUR BELONGINGS OUT OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE THE TOW TRUCK ARRIVES. It doesn't matter if you are under mental or physical duress in your moment of crisis, GET YOUR BELONGINGS especially your medicine, and ID!

Daren (?) is a good man. Took a while for a tow (4 1/5 hours due to another wreck) but he took care of me and the pup and got us home safe. I hope the company takes care of him and his family- hard to find good people these days.

We had a tow from Meridian to Mountain Home today (6/19) our experience was beyond positive. We got a call updating us that they were on their way. They were fast getting the van on the truck. We rode with the driver ti Mountain Home and he was pleasant and friendly. If I needed a tow again I would call them. Thank you for making the day better for us

Poor customer service We had a mixup with the original pickup address (totally my fault). - Guys, for future notice double and triple check the parking lot you are in matches a physical address. -Anywho, I digress, the Insurance called them back to update info and we were given an updated ETA. When I called back to confirm I was confronted with such disregard and claims about them not having time for this and how they needed to keep the business line open for business purposes incase of an emergency?!?!? I thought I was a business call. I understand if they did not want to come back out. I get it. Simply communicate that info. Instead, they gave a false “updated ETA “ with no intention of fulfilling the request and simply refused to acknowledge they screwed up. Hope everyone else has a better experience because I would certainly never use them again.

They were on time exactly when they said they would come. They had excellent communication, which I appreciate. I was able to go get something to eat, I knew by the map tool exactly when they would be there. The driver was a pro, loaded up my rig and took great care of us. Thanks !

Crooks is what these people are! My brother had just purchased a vehicle from a private party, so he had not gotten it registered in his name yet, or the title transfered over yet. The vehicle had not even been at their lot yet for 12 hours, and my mom and I went there to try, and get my brother's vehicle. We were told if we were there by 9 am, that it would be 382 dollars. We got there, and my mother is my brother's payee she had all sorts of documentation proving who she was, but these people said my brother would have to be the one they released the vehicle to. So a little after 5 pm we went back there, after explaining the situation to them again they told me they would figure something out so he could get his car, so we went back a second time. When we got there it then went to 447 dollars, but they refused to release it to him cuz they wanted to see the actual title once again we explained to them the title was in the car. The one employee, went, and looked in the car, and said it was not in there so he had another coworker come to look. When his coworker got there he hem hawed around and said well I can only look so long, so forth. I called Caldwell police department and got the officer on the phone, of which told them he put the title back in the vehicle, and that my brother was the owner of the vehicle, so finally he went and looked claiming to have looked everywhere, but he never even went to the passenger side to look came back saying it wasn't there and that he couldn't release the car to my brother without it! So now here we are my brother has a notorized document from the previous owner, and other documents so they're on their way back there for the fourth time to see if my brother can get his car, but now they're wanting 590 something! They purposely gave me brother the run around, so they could get more money!

Beware of unethical practices at this company. The owner, Mark, engages in opportunistic fee charging, even on holidays, and his trucks fail to meet DOT standards. He trains his drivers to overcharge customers and prioritizes his own wealth over employee wages. He has been known to verbally assault staff and has a history of questionable business practices, leading to consistent low reviews. It is not advisable to do business with Canyon County Towing or its affiliates.

I needed to get a tow because a flat tire. Geico found this company for a roadside assistance. the person assigned to help me called me with a nasty attitude for no reason. He drove passed my vehicle and completely ingnored me and left me stranded on the road. I called him as he was driving away twice, and he sent me to voicemail. I would not recommend to call this towing company for help. I'm sure that life will take care of you. Very unprofessional people, this company is disgrace to the towing business, they have incompetent employees and careless.

Mark did an amazing job making sure my car didn't get damaged during loading and offloading. It's a fairly low car and he took his time and knew exactly what to do to keep my baby safe.

Canyon county tow was called by ISP to tow my car to my home after an accident on the interstate. The office on duty wrote up and informed the driver of the address to deliver the car to only 3 miles from the accident. Would have been a simple job, get paid and move on to the next job. NO, the owner of the CCT, informed the driver to two the car to their yard on the Friday evening while my daughter was receiving care. I contact the CCT shortly after the accident to see where the car was. The person who answered inform me that I had to talk to the owner Mark directly on Monday, no one else. There was no way to contact the owner until then. Even the officer call, no resolve. So a simple two that should have cost $175, end up costing over $700. Two hours of plus storage, and gate fee. You can only pay by cash to get your car back, no exceptions. I would not recommend this company. Just be aware of this company and how the operate.

I had a scheduled tow for Friday bc I got paid Thursday and they picked it up earlier then I got my deposit. Then when I called they told me it would 420$ after being told 120 for my tow. The guy on the phone wouldn't tell me why it was so much and I asked to speak to the boss he said he would call me later Friday and still has yet to call me so I can figure out what the heck is going on. I will change my review if they fix my issue and be more timely.

He showed up 20 minutes early and loaded my car up with ease even though it was kind of a tricky situation. I didn't catch his name but he was great and very helpful. I would use this company again.

The cost was a little high, but the kindness and consideration of the driver made up for it. The driver stuck around after delivering my Hummer to the dealership to make sure I had a ride home. He was very friendly and very helpful. I will use this business if I ever need another tow truck.

My son was in an accident and the police called the tow truck. No biggie, right? I went to retrieve the belongings and pay the fees so I could get the car out of there. $555 for literally 30 hours being in their yard. CASH ONLY. Really? How does that work? So we paid the bill and sent our tow truck to retrieve the car. Upon arrival our truck was told the car was not released yet and turned them away. Yet, it was paid (I had the receipt), and it was a Friday and they closed soon. If they kept it the weekend it would've been $250 per day to get the car Monday. Yet, they were paid and failed to release the car. So paid ANOTHER company to go get it and they were successful in getting it out. I was beyond mad but did not take it out on them or the receptionist. I figured the best way to show my disappointment was to leave this review and then file a civil suit for the 2 other tow fees I incurred for them not honoring their own policy. I will be letting everyone I can know how corrupt these people are and not to use them under ANY circumstances. Unbelievably rude, dishonest and inconsiderate. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that laws exist to protect people and companies like this. Unless you have a ton of cash lying around and like to be lied to, I wouldn't use this company to tow anything you expect back. WOW. Karma.

My experience is with Jacob, helping to change my flat tire. I contacted my onstar and they contracted this place to come help me with roadside assistance. Jacob came out very quickly, all the way to Kuna where I was, and got my tire changed super fast. He was very friendly, too! This was a good experience and because of it, I will keep this place in mind for future needs.

I brought my 04 Expedition to these guys on Tuesday, and they had my A/C, heater and rear door repaired in a timely manner, for a great cost, and most importantly, with great communication! Very happy with their work and warranty. I had two other estimates from other places for the work to be done, and these guys did it all at a great rate! Thank you! We'll definitely be coming back!
