We needed to get our car towed to the shop. My husband called them and they were here within 20 minutes. The gentleman was super quick and nice, loaded up within minutes and took our vehicle to the drop off. Will definitely use again. It didn't cost an arm and a leg.

I had an urgent roadside situation in Boise and QuickTow & Recovery came to the rescue—fast, friendly, and completely professional. Their driver arrived within 40 minutes as promised, and not only handled the tow expertly but also did so with genuine kindness!!
Had called other tow companies in the area and was waiting for hours. Called these folk and they took care of me before the original two companies I called in the area even returned my voicemail.
Great customer service, I mean these guys rock. Been living here for 15 years, and have used several other big names in the area. These guys blow them out the water.

Quicktow & recovery did a great job for me. Showed up on time and got this old rv up on his truck and delivered to the storage site. Unloaded it exactly where I wanted it. Through it all Slavik, the operator, was friendly and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. Excellent work! Price was very good too. Half the cost another tow company quoted me. Five stars for Quicktow from me.
Zack saved my day when my car broke down at an intersection. My whole experience was great and although I’ve never needed a tow before, I felt that the price was fair. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to my friends.

I am so angry I called this morning at 9 o’clock needing the quickest company they could tow my car because I have to get it fixed today I called at 9 o’clock. The guy tells me half an hour. It’ll be where it needs to be an hour and a half later I call back Because I still don’t have my car and was told something else had come up so they would be picking my car up in half an hour and have it out to me. It’s now been two more hours. I still don’t have my car no one is even had the courtesy to call and tell me anything and the guy that I paid to fix my car has now left after waiting 2 1/2 hours , absolutely ridiculous
Worst experience. The guy I talked to on the phone was nice but the driver who came and towed my vehicle had the worst customer service. He made an already stressful moment into a even more stressful moment. He was rude, inconsiderate and threatened to hook up and take my car even when it wasn’t hooked up. I heard this company was a good company to work with, turns out there driver is not.
I would never recommend this company to anyone if they need there car towed.
Our car slid off the road this morning and ended up with the left front wheel suspended in a concrete irrigation ditch adjacent to the roadway. The car had not sustained any body damage, but the underside of the car was resting on the edge of the concrete irrigation ditch, and the slightest movement one way or the other was almost certain to dent the metal. QuickTow & Recovery got the car out without a scratch. The skill of the operator was truly amazing. A five star rating for this company is well deserved. I could not have been more pleased with the service.

Today was my first time doing business with these guys and I highly recommend this company. He showed up within 5 minutes of the given ETA which was a relief since I was stranded in that parking lot for 3 hours (which had nothing to do with them). He drove with care, knowing that my dog was in my truck and kinda freaked out. All in all I would definitely use their services again and they've gained my trust and confidence.
I was driving to work and it was very slippery on the road, and so while I was driving my car spun out and I flew into a ditch. Therefore I just moved recently in town and didn’t know what towing company to call. So I call one of my family members that live here and asked them what’s a good, affordable, and fast towing company, and so he said “quick tow is everything you need” and so I called them, they came in under 15 minutes loaded up my car and towed it to the nearest shop. Was done very professionally the driver and the dispatcher was nice to me.
I limped my car off Eagle road in Meridian, just off the interstate. During rush hour on the most trafficked area in Idaho. My transmission line snapped. I'm a single dad and had my daughter in the car taking her to school and he came in 20 minutes. Spectacular service and a quick response time. The owner is my go to if I ever need help with my vehical towed now. I want to say thank you for helping me out. We had cars flying by at 60mph on one side and 45mph on the other. He got it handled. I appreciate the service. Helped me out in a bad spot. Took me to a mechanic and dropped me off at my house.
