I call them for most any car related issues.
They respond quickly and efficiently getting what I need to where I need it. My car breaks, they get it to my mechanic. My kid crashed her car, they got it picked up and to the shop!
The hot weather killled my battery while parked at Costco Nampa. I called Tesla for emergency roadside service and he accepted my car insurance. He helped install the new battery as I had no tools- and no jumper cables necessary. Easy peezy with this towing company in Nampa.
My breaks failed me and I called my insurance company for roadside assistance. They sent out this company to aid me. The young man arrived a little quicker than expected which was great. On our drive to my residence we enjoyed a nice chat about the growth in Caldwell. When we got to my home, he was so kind to look at my break line and found a hole which he pointed it out for me. In my opinion that is going the extra mile for someone. I couldn't be more pleased with him, I do wish I would of gotten his name for this review, but he has curly dark hair and he is very proud of his wife. I am very proud of him for all the help he provided for me. Thank you so much.
The last thing a mother of two young children wants to happen is break down on the freeway late at night. That is exactly what happened to me. I called Deuces's towing and was surprising shocked on how professional and clean this company was. They arrived on scene within 20 minutes and the driver, Eli was very professional, kind and patient. He was able to tow my car and I was comfortable enough to with him while delivering my car. Eli even helped me put the car seats in his tow truck! This company is amazing.
After my car died and had to be left at the side of the road my insurance company sent Deuce’s Towing to tow it for me. I didn’t leave the key with my vehicle and Eli promptly detoured out of his way to pick it up so I didn’t have to find a way back to my vehicle. After my car was dropped off at the auto shop I was sent a text showing it had been dropped off and everything was okay. Definitely would recommend them again!
When our car broke down tonight, Duece’s came to the rescue within 20 minutes of placing the call. He was very professional and helped get our car dropped off at the dealership. And even though it wasn’t part of the deal, he took us home so we wouldn’t have to wait for an Uber. We really appreciate the service we received!
