Had to get our vehicle towed and the quality of service was horrendous. I understand it was wrecked but the tow truck drivers hooked it up and didn’t even consider putting it in neutral. As the car was dragging (which caught our attention) the driver of the tow truck looked at us and said “hahaha front wheel drive?” And the owner of the vehicle said nope it’s “all wheel drive”. Little do they know the owner of the vehicle is a master technician and knows (it’s also pretty common sense) that you cannot drag an AWD car because it will ruin the driveshaft. I’ve also tried informing multiple people and getting in contact with someone in charge to speak with them and haven’t heard back thus far. OH and they had to tow the car to their impound (not secure) instead of where we want it unless we paid upfront in cash (give us a break we just got in a wreck because of some idiot now this?!) we were then told by ISP afterwards that that was unlawful on the companies behalf. I was willing to talk it out with someone in charge about how they’re training their drivers but I’ve been left with no choice but to leave this review.

Great costumer service, they showed up a little late based on some miscommunication on both our ends. Without me even asking they gave me a discount and towed my vehicle to the dealership without any issues. Very friendly staff and they answered my calls and provided great customer service. Great service and quick response when my car unexpectedly broke down in the middle of Eagle road. Tow truck arrived earlier than expected and they were efficient but careful with my car. Very reasonably priced!
I didn’t get the young man’s name but he showed up at the exact time he said he would got my 18 wheeler hooked up and took me to Freightliner but had to drop off my trailer. Did a spectacular job backing up the truck and trailer keeping it straight and then dropped the truck off and then took me to the hotel. I hate having to be towed but I would definitely recommend this company!
Issac is a life saver, stopped at flying J to get gas locked my keys phone everything in my SUV happen to see b and w wrecker services grabbing a drink I kindly asked if they could help and Issac helped unlock my vehicle quickly and was the nicest guy I really appreciate your help you have no idea thank you so much will use you for the next time I lock myself out it's a common occurrence so see you again some day.

On our family trip to Oregon our jeep broke down 45 from Nampa in the middle of. We called B&W Wrecker and they came out as fast as possible and recommended a repair shop to make it to. Here's the driver went above and beyond his normal duties to help us out any way he could. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone that needs them.

I know one thing, this company is all about ethics. I was already pulled out and Bill still called. He showed up and called when no one in the area would even call back. He Showed Up After I Was Already Pulled Out!!!! This dude right here is what I strive to be as a human. I've never wanted to get stuck before but if I do, my money is going to him. God bless B&W. There isn't a lot like you lo left here on earth.
The service was very fast. I broke down at a grocery store and they where able to get me out and tow my car and myself to the awesome mechanic at quick lube.

Don't call them at night. Only the actual employee who came to my call gets the star. Horrible communication. Extremely, and I me Extremely rude night dispatcher. They made an employee on his day off , while shopping with family... leave his family activity to do what I would call, unpaid work.

Absolutely Amazing!!! Had a flat on my horse trailer they came out fast and fixed it and followed me to where my horse was laying over to make sure we were safe.
Twice now our boom truck has been stuck in deep, deep mud. Both times we tried to use our other truck to pull it out and failed. Both times we called B&W and they not only got to us quickly (within 30 minutes as promised) but did so safely.Also, we called around to a few different companies (for cost & availability) and both times B&W was by far the quickest and the least expensive. When I had my small mishap my roadside assistance never answered with Horace Mann, so I called a couple tow places. This one said they couldnt be there right away, but showed up within ten minutes. The gentleman was courteous and did a careful job of pulling my car out of the predicament. I would use them again!
We had a 40-ft motorhome in a self-storage unit over the winter and were going to bring it back to our house to fill it up for our summer travels. But, when I tried to start it, it would not turn over. I jumped it with my truck, but it died again. I got a referral from Western Idaho Freightliner for a tow service to take it over there to get it looked at. A tow truck showed up and he looked over the coach and the position it was in inside the overhead storage unit and told me it would take 2 hours to hook up and “what is the problem”? I told him, he looked at my batteries and told me, “they’re dead”. He said he would stick around while I went down and bought a couple of new batteries and he would help me install them. This was partly because (a) it would save me over $600 in towing fees and (b) it would save him the trouble of hooking me up…which he confessed to. So, I got the batteries, he stuck around, and then installed them for me. I started the coach and….it fired right up. A great job from B&W Wreckers to, not only save me oodles of money in towing costs, but fixed a problem that will last for years!
I was driving on I84 in Napa id around 2am when my loded tractor trailer threw a driveline call several towing company's they all said they didn't want to help call B&W from the time the dispatcher answered the call it was the best experience I have ever had with a tow company Greg showed up in less then 30 min was a very professional driver went above and beyond to get us to safety even dropped us off at motel but to make things even better that morning he came back and took the load to mill for us was very affordable and very professional towing company I should know I have been a tow truck operator for 14 years and a tow company manager for 5 would recommend this company to anyone ever needing help once a big thanks to Greg for the great service
When I called to arrange a tow for an 18 wheeler the lady that answered the phone was very professional and was able to answer all of the questions I had. Not only are their prices reasonable and affordable but she was able to give me an estimate of the total cost on where I was going. They got someone out to me right away, less than 15 minutes. Sandy showed up and just at that very moment I realized I needed to cancel my tow. I felt bad explaining to him what had happened since I placed the call. But he was understanding and did not charge me for coming out. B & W has got some good people with them, and if I ever need their services in this area between Nampa, Idaho to Mountain Home and in the vicinity I’ll be giving them a call.
