My car went out while i was on an exit ramp on my way to work. Thought i was going to be late and stranded, but luckily the owner saw me pulled over and gave me a tow to my destination. Felt safe and comfortable the whole way, super nice guy! Thank you!
Owner helped me get out of the middle of nowhere. I was stranded for 5 hours with no service and kept having postponed help, he was able to help me get to a mechanic and find a place to stay for the night. Made sure I was safe all the way through. Truly has a good heart.
these reviews should say everything and if someone uses him and then gets scammed, well that's on you.. he lies and deceives, we tried picking up cars from him as transporters a few times and he wouldn't answer and would lie, till we didn't send in proof to the bank of what he was doing, I know he got into trouble for it and I know the bank said that anytime he gets a hold of one of their cars it takes months to get them out like no other, I have no idea how this guy still has his repossession license but hopefully not for to long... its so shocking how some people can scam, steal, lie so much and get away with it. please stay away from him as far as possible.

Especially if you are a transporter, They don't want to release the cars until a day or two after you make an appointment So they could charge the bank more money for storage fees on repo cars, After you cancel the cars they will do the same thing to the other transporter Trying to keep the cars at the lot as long as possible
My foolish child slid into a parked car, the tie rod bent, and the wheel wouldn't turn. We called up DownStream and they worked with us to get it towed on the day we needed it brought to our mechanic. They had the best price as well out of the 7 or so other companies I contacted. It was pretty easy on our part. We didn't have to be there, we set it up all through text, and we just Venmo'd the money to them when it was done. Some of these reviews say they were rude or didn't keep their schedules. I'll say I experienced a little bit of that. They weren't extremely friendly on the phone and ended up being about an hour or so late to tow the car than when they said they would be there but I didn't really care. For the price we paid, they showed up and did the job, and so it was fine from my point of view.
I would stay as far away from this business as possible. This guy John has broken more laws and cost us more money in the process of stealing $10'000.00 worth of tools and other personal belongings from us. He has tried to charge us fees that he just made up and continues to dodge our phone calls. He is a complete hot head that is out of control
This was the tow company assigned to us by our insurance company after our engine died in the middle of a flooded parking lot (gotta love those storms that cause flash floods). They arrived fairly quickly and were able to tow our vehicle to the mechanic. They even dropped the keys and our contact info off in the mechanic's key drop off, as it was really too dangerous for us to be driving in the roads. They are very much appreciated for the assistance!
Very unprofessional, scheduled a day with time and had to call 20times to get a hold of John. He finally answers and lies to me that I scheduled for Friday. Very bad communication and scheduling!!!
JOHN IS LYING, EVEN AT HIS REPLY LIED AGAIN ABOUT 10pm. 10pm never was even mentioned!!

John is a JOKE!!! He is extremely unprofessional, dishonest and rude! Do not do business with him! He doesn't know how to follow a plan, changes the plan along the way, does not know how to follow the changes he made and tries to put the blame on you. He wasted our time and money all because he is a CLOWN!
Great people, very reasonably priced. I asked for a quote and he gave it. There was no additional hidden charges, and they were very professional and quick about getting it done. Would definitely recommend especially for emergency towing.
Hands down the best company to work with. After getting in a car accident in the middle of the night he came and picked me and the car up. He made sure everything was taken care of and that I had all the information for my insurance company. He even checked with me the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. Very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend to anyone.
John has been always been on top of his work when it comes to getting our needs taken care of. He has come out multiple times for our company to tow broken down trucks and trailers. Anytime we need something hauled off or towed he is the man!! He has traveled from Pocatello to Island Park for me on separate occasions and has always been on time and done a thorough job of taking care of my trucks. Would recommend him to anyone for any transport needs!!
