We are a full service certified auto body repair shop, and we offer emergency towing services in Idaho Falls, and surrounding areas. We specialize in getting damaged vehicles in and inspected quickly, reducing the down time for our customers. We also offer walk in estimates. We work with insurance companies to ensure a smooth process for our customers. We also warranty our work for as long as you own your vehicle.

This shop is so helpful all the way around. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable, easy to work with with. The tow guy are super reliable and help make bad moments a little easier to handle.

Valley towing was great after many attempts with an insurance company to get help with my truck breaking down. Needed it hauled back into to town and was great to work with. They were friendly and arrived quickly.

I’m super impressed by how well they fixed my mom’s car. They did an amazing job and the customer service is superb. They picked the vehicle up in Pocatello and brought it straight to the shop, making for an even speedier repair process than having to deal with multiple companies. They towed my daughters car from an accident. I had rented a car dolly to tow it home from their impound lot. The dolly would not work to tow the car, so they loaded it up and dropped it off at my house for NO extra cost. They also gave me a nice hoodie with their logo on it. Thank you!

Valley Collision did an amazing job repairing my Chevy Silverado after I was involved in a accident. A wait for some parts on backorder because of the GM strike but no fault of Valley Collision. Sara and Jesse kept me informed of progress and delays and even made arrangements to get new tires on it which were due to be replaced. Much appreciated

Valley Collision is the only place I will ever take my vehicle for collision repairs. Jesse and Beau are always so friendly and they make sure not to cut corners.
