We broke down on a busy Saturday afternoon, with a large Kodiak diesel truck pulling a 42 foot fifth wheel.
From my call to the nice lady that answered the phone to the nice gentleman that came within a half an hour! Thank you thank you very much.

These guys got us out of a real bind. We had a flat tire in our rental house out in the middle of nowhere. Nathan drove to Idaho Falls, picked up a new car from the car rental company, and delivered it to us. What a lifesaver! Great communication and super friendly.

The worst experience of my life. First I asked them to come and put in my spare tire told them I did not have the tool to release my spare and they cut me off and said it's not a problem. The guy got there and said oh we can't do it without that tool. So he ended up towing it, dropped it at Walmart at the farthest spot away from the bar and in the process if him towing it he dismounted my flat and left it like this, with me unable to get it to the bay. What is the point of the tow if he dropped it so far away and in a condition that I still can't get it to the repair bay. I call the lady who I originally called that scheduled it for me she cut me off and said I'll send you the guys number just call him and hung up on me.
I had a fantastic experience! The customer service was great and Nathan was so helpful and knowledgeable while he was loading my vehicle. I got a picture confirmation when my vehicle arrived at the destination. 10/10 would recommend!
These guys are totally awesome. Need to get my car moved quickly, there were very professional and took great care with the Land Rover. Nathan is the BEST!

First off I just want to say thank you so much! What a wonderful human being this person was! I was driving a tuck and trailor and got stuck really bad like really, really bad!! He was returning from another accident and pulled over and helped us out! He managed to get us out in no time! He was so friendly and kind. 100% recommended him and this company!
I called Lindsay Towing the morning of 12/19/2022 in need of towing service for my car that wouldn't start. They were fast, reasonably priced, and gave me a ride to the dealership no questions asked. The driver, Anthony, helped every way he could, and even tried multiple methods to get my car off the bed without damaging my low bumper.
I'm leaving this review because Anthony deserves recognition for his friendly, professional, and caring service he provided me through Lindsay Towing. I'd certainly recommend them to those in need of a tow.

Insurance told us to try Lindsay towing and it was the best decision they could have made. They sent Nathan (the man deserves a raise). He made sure we were safe and comfortable for the 55 mile tow and even took us to a hotel and waited to ensure we had a room before taking our car to the dealership... We had a flat tire in Yellowstone and had to be towed across 170 miles for service. Nathan showed up like a superhero! He is professional, hard-working and a great person to chat with. He made our day & trip instantly better! In 2 hours, we have arrived at the dealership, safe and sound.

My friend and I were waiting on our husbands who were on snowmobiles and we tried to turn around off of Hwy 20 (I believe) and got stuck. After several attempts of trying to get out, we were contemplating calling AAA or our rental company or a local tow truck when Wyatt showed up from Lindsay’s Towing! What a wonderful sight! He was in the area for another job and didn’t have to stop but did. Such a wonderful, friendly guy who was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I might add his truck was very impressive too!

My husband and I were from out of town heading to West Yellowstone for a long over due vacation. Unfortunately we lost control of our car and found ourselves in a ditch. A bystander saw us and attempted to help. My husband and I are very resourceful, but we were out of our element. I prayed for help and within 5 minutes, Lindsay Truck and Towing arrived out of no where. Tyler, the operator, was so kind and thorough at looking at the car and snow situation. He made his assessment and offered to pull us out for a fair price! He was respectful of our car and of us. As a fire fighter, I work with tow truck companies often - Tyler and the company is one of the best I’ve seen. Thanks again!!
My son’s car broke down and lost the power steering. After a quick diagnostic we determined one of the pulleys for the serpentine belt had broken.

This is the best tow experience and the most friendly and professional service I have ever received. We had a devastating situation where my 81 year old grandmothers car caught on fire near Ashton Idaho. Lindsay towing came highly recommended by the police chief that assisted in our incident report. They arrived quickly and not only did Quinn load the car to the tow bed quickly, but he also loaded all of our luggage and belongings and have a ride for the 3 of us to the shop. After this is when they went even more above and beyond!
This was also my nephews 10th birthday and Quinn made his day with a Lindsay towing hat as a gift! Quinn called around to hotels to try to find us a room and when he didn’t find one local, the owners of the shop, Brad and Joanne, drove us 2 hours all the way back to Idaho Falls, where they dropped us and our belongings at a hotel (and they are the nicest people, we chatted the whole ride) Another employee, Suzie, took my grandmothers scooter and more luggage in another vehicle behind us and dropped it off at 11pm at our hotel! They also stored some of our belongings at their office in Idaho until we got the rental car the next day. Suzie texted me the whole time checking on us and we are on our way to pick up our belongings now. If this isn’t the best service you’ve ever heard of! They turned a bad situation into one of the best experiences. They showed us that people in this world still care and want to help! I would recommend them a million times over!! Thank you so much Lindsay towing, you are our heroes!!
Had a great experience with this company. They showed up on time and solved the issue very quickly. They were able to get me towed without any hassle. Logan was super helpful throughout the entire process.
After locking myself out of my car while it was still running, the insurance company told me it would take two hours for someone to come and help me. Lindsay trucking was there in 10 minutes. They were very professional and made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend them for any of your roadside needs.
So grateful at the amazing service and great response time of this company. The driver who helped me was extremely helpful and kind. Our vehicles battery died and the keys were locked inside. Since it was after hours (10:30pm) I was expecting to wait for a long time and pay an exorbitant amount. The driver was there within 10 minutes of my phone call and charged a rate that was lower than I expected to pay. They have my loyalty as a customer after my experience with them tonight.
