I unfortunately locked myself out at the grocery store today while doing Instacart.

I don't typically make reviews but its the least I can do for Prime. The initial quote for the tire fix was only 65$, but I only had a small issue with my tire and then they filled it with air completely free.
Cannot recommend enough.
Adrian came so quickly and was able to get my vehicle started without jump starting it. Refused any type of payment. I was flabbergasted!! Like, are you kidding me?!

Snowy road rescue!!
Daughters van slid off the road south of town… called prime for a quote and it was a great price for a rescue and tow home due to van having a flat (and snowy roads to boot).
Dispatcher (lady but I don’t have her name) was polite and quick.
Adrian was extremely professional and knowledgeable on getting the van back on road and moved back to the house.
If I need a tow in future - prime is the team to call.
Adrian was A1. He was so nice and understanding. I had a flat tire and never experienced this before and he made my experience so comfortable! He went beyond my expectation and made such a scary situation great. Couldn’t recommend him enough seriously he is the best!! Great personality and easy to talk/work with.
I just wanted to give a shout out for how awesome this company is! My truck needed towed to the shop for repairs by Monday morning; they came out on a Sunday afternoon and got me taken care of quickly. The driver arrived early, dropped my truck off right in the mechanics parking lot lined up with their shop door, and even put my key in the mechanic's drop box with an envelope for me. They really made my life easier and their price was excellent. Thanks a million!
There are still good people in the world! I was driving my son and baby back to Idaho Falls from Utah when my car needed fixing. We were stuck on a super fast highway, and I was pretty upset and clueless, and stressing out over how much it would cost.
I gave this company a call and got an estimate for a tow service, but when the tow got to us (after driving 30~ miles) the man fixed our car for free and sent us on our way. I gave him what cash I had, but I wish I'd had more to give him! He was incredibly kind and generous.
Awesome service! Adrian was prompt, understanding and very polite. He was extremely kind and helpful to me. Give that man a raise, he deserves it! He represents the company well and demonstrates a great attitude and is a shining example of great customer service.

Had a young man by the name of Adrian who gave me a tow and wow words can not explain how professional this company is. I was about 30 miles way from there shop and from the time I called to when they showed up felt little to nothing. I would highly recommend them and know I will use them for future towing. If you see Adrian please show him this post he was amazing.
They were professional, fast and reasonably priced! They made sure my vehicle and tools were kept safe and secure in impound and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, Adrain was an absolute stud and made sure that I knew everything was safe, taken care of and secure. The office staff is well experienced and quick to respond. I would trust them to tow my daughters car in the middle of the night anytime.
