Our motor home broke down quite a ways from anything. They came and got us and took good care of our home on wheels. Thanks Seth and Jeremy for all your help!
Our Volkswagen Atlas broken down with a camper on our way from Idaho falls to the Grand Teton national Park. It was at midnight and John came out to rescue us from the middle of nowhere without cell phone service area.

Excellent experience with Jeremy & John and my dead RV. Tried everything to jump start, but no go… a bigger problem in the engine?! Tried to tow it but in their professional opinion it was too high a risk of damage so the option to load it on a large vehicle transport low boy. There were always concerned about safety of my rig. Both obviously very experienced and excellent ambassadors of the towing industry! Hope I never need that type of service again but if I do, hope they are on call that day!!
They completely suck. Shouldn’t be a business at all. Got my car towed, they barely document anything and have no information/proof of what happened to my car. Would give them -100 rating if I could. Even the Idaho dmv practically stated you guys were dumb
Broke down in the outskirts of Driggs, and Johnnie was my operator, he knows what he is doing and was very friendly, personable and my favorite is that he has no ego, which Is a rare quality these days.

Hendrickson's came to our rescue when our truck's turbo blew out on US-26
Our driver, John, was prompt and professional, giving us a call once he received the work order and another when he was about 15 minutes out.
John was able to safely disconnect our fifth wheel RV from our pickup and tow both our trailer and truck to safety. Despite a GPS error taking us down a wrong turn, he safely navigated some tight roads without concern. There was never a moment we felt unsafe once he arrived.
Due to the gps error, our tailgate was dented in transit. John promptly brought it to our attention, was sincerely apologetic, and connected us with Chuck in the offices. I genuinely believe this wouldn't have occurred if it weren't for the GPS error.
Chuck was understanding of our extended travel circumstances and was patient as we were 3-4 weeks out from getting a quote to him for the repair.
Within a week, our tailgate costs were taken care of. The whole process was a breeze, I am grateful for both our driver and the office for their services.
All I can say is that Kenyon with this branch is amazing! He has a ton of experience and is very efficient. I broke down in Idaho Falls and needed to get to Salt Lake City. No repair shops were open on the weekend to get the part needed to fix my semi so my company had me towed back. There was a mix-up getting a wrecker up from Utah, and he got involved and got things set straight and me moving. Thanks a ton Kenyon, you are awesome!

If you are here reading this review you are at the best tow service I have dealt with period. They are a classy clean outfit that knows what they are doing and they do it with efficiency and care! If you have doubts still let me seal the deal....I honestly expected a tow bill for approx. $1200ish I hoped I would get one for $1,000ish. The final bill I got total to hook up to a loaded semi trailer and truck was $389.28. I've been pulled a hundred feet by cable thru stick mud on flat service with tow truck on asphalt and was charged over $500 and that was 15 years ago and I walked in mud to hook up cable! Shout out to the 2 guys who came out and definitely knew their job....I vote a raise for them! Very Pleased!
It's refreshing when it seems all is lost and two true professionals show up and save the day. When your baby (my rv) is being towed due to a freak accident you just pray that the guy showing up really know their business. John and Jeremy from Hendrickson's Towing service are those guys.

I had a lot of worries about how I was going to get my car home, after breaking down. However these guys were super nice, and extremely helpful! They took my worries into account and got my car home safely. Fast and at a decent price. Highly recommend!!
Hendrickson towing was a life saver during my vacation. I was stranded out in Jackson, Wyoming with low oil pressure and a month-long wait time for any shop to work on it, when I had to be back at work in another state within a week. Ryan was able to make it from Idaho falls within a few hours and delivered the car back there for us. Later that week he also helped us move the car to another shop, taking care of the tow in less than an hour of my call. At one point there was a plastic undercarriage piece that snapped from a chain, but the manager Cody was very understanding and helpful and was able to resolve the situation within a day and offered to replace the part. Overall they were very time efficient, very fair costs and made me feel like a valued customer in the end. Thank you very much Ryan and Cody, hopefully I'm never broken down out here again, but if I am, I know who I'll be calling!
This towing company took great care of us. We broke down with our RV in the Caribou Nat'l Forest with our 33ft. Camper. They drive two hours to get to us. Once Kenyon and his trainee got us to our repair facility, they took time to make sure we were okay and gave us tips on places to stay. We felt very secure with them while going through a very stressful situation. They are an excellent company to deal with and deserve more than 5 stars!
I cannot stress enough what a fantastic company Hendrickson's is. This is the second time in less than a year that I have needed a vehicle towed. The receptionist was friendly and courteous. She was able to schedule a truck within 30 minutes of my calling. This time I am giving a shout out to Ryan! He was right on time. Determined the best way to deal with my beast of a car. Explained the process and answered all of my dumb questions. Had it ready to tow quickly and was already at the mechanic shop when I arrived. He had the paperwork ready and I nearly cried (in a good way) when I saw the total cost. These people are very good at what they do. So reasonably priced. I'd be crazy to go anywhere else!

My first interaction with Kenyon was great. Definitely brightened the mood considering the circumstances.
I'm extremely big on customer service,which was ever so clearly displayed,since the first conversation, as they were en route to my location.
The customer service went above and beyond,and even gave me a ride to my hotel,which was extremely appreciated.
Excellent communicator, professional,and customer service is clearly at the forefront.
