Called Hooked Up Towing & Recovery to help get a car to the dealer that was experiencing locked brakes that would not release. Dennis took care to protect the tires from dragging as he pulled it on his flatbed. He was courteous, explained what he was doing during the process and was friendly to speak with. I hope to not use a tow service often but if/when I need it again, I'll be calling Dennis at Hooked Up Towing.

I accidentally drove the rental car over one of the cement stops and landed on it requiring tow service. The rental car company contacted Hooked Up Towing. Dennis the man arrived and saved the night as this happened after I was leaving the restaurant where I had dinner. He had me out of there in 10 minutes, and was very considerate of the situation considering how annoyed I was thinking I could pull forward not seeing the stop because it was positioned at an angle.

These guys were great, I had one tow truck company come that couldn’t get me out. These guys came with the right equipment and knew what they were doing. Dennis and Shandon were nice, professional and made my evening a lot better!!
Hit some really bad black ice and slid into a ditch. So grateful for the amazing service. Dennis was a huge help and was super good at his job. He let us sit in his warm truck which was a life saver! He stayed after and helped us get the car started since the battery died. Worked long and hard and we could not be more grateful!
Hooked Up Towing is the best around and Jeral is the man! Jeral towed our car at 3 AM when we hit a car on Pine Creek Pass and went above and beyond to arrange a time for us to grab all of our extra gear out of it the next day. My wife hit a patch of Ice and ended up in an irrigation ditch so I can’t imagine that we made it easy on Jeral but he still did a great job! There was no added damage due to him towing and Jeral was an awesome guy. We were a bit shaken up so we really appreciated the patience that he had with us.

Got in an accident on I-15 and they got there within half an hour of calling. He helped us get what we needed from the car, explained the whole process to us, and drove us all the way back to Rexburg! Cannot recommend this business enough- best towing company!
I’ve had Jeral tow my truck more than 3 different times and every time he has spent extra time with me listening to what I think is the problem or gathering up additional parts that I want changed while they are fixing the reason it needs towed. He secures my truck well and treats like it was his own. This is hard to find these days. Most just want to get your rig loaded if they have oil on there gloves you have oil on your steering wheel. Jeral will treat you right and he has always been honest with me. I have his towing number programmed into my phone if I ever need it.
They towed my car after getting hit in an accident. I was trying to figure things out with insurance and they were already trying to sell off my car 2 DAYS after the accident! That is ILLEGAL and DISHONEST. Chris specifically is all about money. He said “i don’t care if you leave your car here, I make money either way.” The insurance companies were very distraught that such a towing company had a hold of our car that wasn’t even our fault for the accident and they are trying to get money off our car.
Chris also YELLED at me for not following his directions when I called to ask how to get there. He said “See I told you to follow my directions not the dumb GPS.” I was just calling for help. That is NO WAY to TREAT a customer. Terrible experience.
Jeral was absolutely amazing! I have personally used hooked up towing twice, and I would never call anyone else! So fast, friendly, affordable, and professional. who could ask for anything more!!
