Great staff and competitive prices

I've never really had strong feelings about AutoZone - usually I just go to whatever parts store is closest. But this location completely changed my mind. I had just bought a car and was getting ready for a road trip from Washington to Los Angeles when the car suddenly died. CarMax wanted me to tow the car to the dealer, and I was stuck trying to figure out if they would reimburse me for a new battery. With only about 30 minutes before closing, I came to this AutoZone to see if they could help. Travis was awesome - respectful, careful with my car, quick with the install, and genuinely fun to talk to. He turned what had been a really stressful situation into a smooth fix. This AutoZone just became my favorite. I'll definitely be back.

Needed a light bulb for my headlight....was greeted immediately upon opening the door was made to feel welcome. They helped me choose my light bulb for my price range and got me on my way pretty fast. Great service

These folks are amazing!!! Our bike broke down out of town and these folks bent over backwards to help get us back on the road. We appreciate these folks so much! Heck 5 stars, 10 stars for these folks!

Lost my business. Asked me what I needed, I said stuff for our RV and they told us to go to the tractor supply store. So we didn't even look around to see if they had anything we wanted. Turns out, AutoZone does carry the light we needed. Bought it at our local store.

Went there for a couple fixes, they helped out so much are more super kind and sweet. Leo and his partner are specifically the best. Hands down? super funny and helpful

AutoZone is the best parts supplier. This is the best AutoZone I’ve seen from California to the New York islands to La Paz and everywhere in between‼️

We have a corporate account with the Autozone and they’re nothing but professional if they don’t have the part in stock, they go out of their way to verify who does and how long it takes me to get it. I would give him an A+.

Ok parts for today's quality, rude manager lady, good employees though. Doubt I'll ever buy another tool here though because of you don't have a receipt, you have to deal with a rude manager and a dismissal of their broken tool, not even wanting to look it up. We are encouraged not to print receipts, but need them to return supposed lifetime tools? Even cheap harbor freight doesn't ask, just replaces their tools. Think carefully before buying tools here.

Open late was a plus, needed wiper blades late at night only place near that was open, what a life saver. The employees were very helpful

I dropped my Passport card into the inner workings of my car, Leo and Travis helped me a ton, they got my card back to me in 2 minutes tops, I’ll be coming back with any car issues I have in the future. Thank you again Travis, and you too Leo, it’s hot today and you didn’t complain you just helped a ton:)

Busy and hot summer day and my AC quit on me. The product I purchased didn’t seem to be working properly, so when I came back for help, they really stepped up and did the job for me. Leo and the rest of the crew helped me troubleshoot and in the end refunded my purchase. Thanks for great service.

If you're ever an AutoZone in Oldtown Idaho you'll find yourself in a place you really didn't know existed anymore you walk in you'll get an amazing welcome and not a programmed welcome like something that came from a pamphlet or out of a computer something genuine and although this is a five-star review for AutoZone I'm going to go ahead and give some customers a one-star review you're walking into an auto parts store not the Ritz-Carlton when I stand in the background and witness a customer completely disrespect one of the most down-to-earth employees I've ever came across someone that'll give you a hug if you look sad or that sideways April Fool's smile if she knows you're having that special kind of good day. So to the young lady who was in yesterday that didn't get instant gratification and decided to completely disrespect and use vulgar language towards Sarah ? shame shame happy there are plenty of other places to shop. My recent experience at the store left much to be desired, largely due to the abysmal customer service provided by Sara. From the moment I walked in, her demeanor was nothing short of rude and unwelcoming. Despite my polite request for assistance from one of her male coworkers, Sara took it upon herself to make baseless accusations of sexism, leaving me taken aback and uncomfortable. Throughout my time in the store, her disdainful attitude persisted, evident in her interactions not only with me but with other customers as well. It's disappointing that such unprofessional behavior seems to be tolerated, as it undoubtedly detracts from the overall shopping experience. I sincerely hope that management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that future patrons are not subjected to similar treatment.

This place is amazing, wonderful employees, and great customer service. They made my whole experience buying car parts really enjoyable. 10/10 recommend.

I love this Auto Zone! Never had a bad experience there. Fair prices, and the most helpful staff ever, every time. Hence, why I’m writing this review. Shout out to Leo for helping me pick the right battery and getting his hands dirty installing it for me! Such a nice guy!

Called their competitor oriellys first, it half appeared on the list first. The phone rang for about 5 mins each time and just hung up and I never got through. Called autozone and they answered on the first ring, they guy who answered was friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend their services.

They helped me find exactly what I needed and even offered to help me change the bulb on my tail light. The guy who helped me(Leo) was very kind and cheerful. I left thrilled to not be facing my drive home stressed about being pulled over. This store went far and above what I expected, really great store!

Yesterday a wheel came off our boat trailer as we pulled out of Cowboy Pit BBQ. The bearings were completely gone! We only had a few tools, lacking most of what we needed. Across the street was this AutoZone store- one of many ways that we experienced God's hand of protection and provision that day. Leo and Travis provided not only tools, but every part we needed to be able to drive home to Spokane Valley. They were so friendly and helpful! We kept bugging them for different parts/tools and they made us feel like good friends/family. Prices are fair and the service exceptional. Thank you, Leo and Travis!!!

Since the old store manager, Mike, left things have gotten better! It's back to great customer service that's speedy, friendly, and very informative. As a previous employee, Ken has made the store better since coming back.

So happy with the customer service at this store. Travis, who helped us with our transaction, was super patient with our lack of knowledge and even gave us a discount to help us out when we were struggling with funds. I had a good experience here. The manager actually installed the battery in my chevy traverse. Normally batteries are easy to install but on this vehicle it is located under the floor in the back seat area. I did not have the tools needed to get at it. Thank you !!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff always wearing masks which I appreciate. I needed a wheel bearing but I was missing part of the assembly, It was a part that's not normally replaced, they had the bearing but not that part and said it didn't show as available in their system so they suggested trying their competitors down the road. I appreciate them making the suggestion and it shows they were concerned about customer satisfaction. Additionally they also suggested based on the damage to the part that I may be better off getting a replacement knuckle from somewhere like Spalding's in Spokane. This is what I ultimately did and I'm glad I did that because the one I had was damaged and I would have needed to replace it anyway. Overall they are more concerned about customer service than selling me a part, which means they will be selling me many more parts in the future, thank you. Also on another occasion I was having trouble figuring out how to get my wiper blades on, It was the first time I had to use the extra bits that come with wiper blades. The employee spent some time with me and figured it out. Really appreciate that kind of service. Lastly one of those wiper parts broke and went flying off when my wipers were iced up on the windshield, they have a little bucket of extra wiper blade parts and got a replacement for free.
