I lost the pulley nut on my alternator just under a mile out of town. I took the alternator in, and they had me fixed up in no time-free of charge. He even had to pull the nut from a core.
It ended up being a bandaid repair, as the nut came loose again not too many miles later.- Partly my fault.
Sunday evening at 6pm I picked up a piece of metal on highway 2 that lodged in my truck tire. I was screwed since no tire store was open and i had 60 miles before home and I didnt have a spare 35" tire for my truck. I phone oreilleys and asked if they had a plug kit, manager Austin said he did. I told him i was a couple minutes out. I slid into oreilleys and Austin met me immediately at my truck w a plug kit and compressor. Austin then helped me repair it in the parking lot in the rain while he monitored the store and employees. What a stud!! This man deserves a raise. Leadership at its best. Thank you!!

Came in to get a fuse for my amp and subwoofer cause the one I had blew.. This was a fuse I had never seen before and I was having a hard time finding it, Lucas helped me and found the new shipment that had just come in and wasn’t on the shelves yet. I was so glad he helped me cause I was about to leave thinking they just didn’t have any. Not only did Lucas help me find what I needed he also explained in detail the hookup of the speakers and amp, he also simplified ohms and watts and so much more! I left with confidence to get my amp and subs hooked up properly. Lucas is an amazing employee and has great customer service in a world where that seems to be so rare these days! Thank you Lucas!!! Someone give this guy a raise ??
Today was probably the 5th or 6th time I've called and confirmed a part in stock and when I showed up they said they couldn't find it, it hadn't been in stock for a while, and/or that it must have been someone else that i talked to and they were wrong... if you call in have them put eyes on it and hold it for you no matter what
Had to order the part we needed. Got it the next day around 8 am. Good service. We had been using rock auto because the prices were lower but with shipping cost O'Reilly beats them .
Vicky is awesome and has helped me out whenever I've gone in there. She totally makes me feel comfortable goin in there , even without my husband. Most places look ar woman ,and you get the feel of " your a woman and don't know anything ". But she helps going the that extra ,and makes sure things are good and sound. She helps me understand what's what with the rigs . Truly thankful for having her at oldtown shop♡
These folks helped me tremendously when another local auto parts place wasn't interested in my business. Will definitely be back for all our auto parts needs!
Like always great service and knowledge staff! This time at the was at the Old Town store. I accidentally grabbed the wrong part and the return was fast and easy.
I took back a pair of windshield wipers that I thought were way too expensive. I didn't think $60 for a pair of windshield wipers was a good deal so I took them back out my money back and then went to Costco and bought a pair for 20 bucks

I bought a set for expensive Sylvania replacement bulbs and both went out in under a year. The nice gal behind the counter not only took the time to look me up in their CPU for my receipt but did the return in house saving me the shipping. Thank you and good job.
I have been doing business with O'Reilly's for many years even my brother-in-law works for O'Reilly's but today I've received the worst service I've ever received in any parts store being a 40-year auto mechanic I will never step foot in your store again.
We have had so many issues with our VW w8 passat and the guys here have been rad! They even have honored our warranty when their other stores said no. This is the only one we go to now. Plus, they are knowledgeable about our car and patient with us newbies.
A very good friend runs O, Reilly's and I will not go any place else great friendly staff and they have a performance section I would suggest this Auto supply to anybody give it a try and you will not be disappointed
The wrong part came in but they were very quick to make right. The gentleman at the counter wasn't sure if it was the right one when he ordered it and had ordered the other mirror just in case. I was needing the passenger mirror for my grandmother's van. Seems it was an issue with the images in the system not his ordering.
Omg. Thank God for Craig and the awesome young guy with the plugs in his ears. Best helpers ever. I have been here 10 times since opened on my own. They Steve duprt friendly and the knowledge Craig brings is crazy. . So glad you came to town!!! Saved me $100's.

They went completely out of their way to help us get back on the road after a blown serpentine belt left us stranded, next to their store, while out of town. This is what small towns are all about!!
Do not shop at O'Reilly's! They'll try to sell you parts you do not need.
Brought in some disk rotors to be turned and after measuring, they refused, despite having more then enough surface material to turn the rotors (measurement was .419 and .408 respectively, with about seventy thousandths material left for minimum required thickness of .335). Specs were checked several times and they refused to turn the rotors despite no issues whatsoever with tolerance or warping. Both the store manager and counter help claimed that new rotors were "needed".
Took them to NAPA who also measured then both and agreed that they could be easily turned. Had them turned in Priest River on both sides with 40 thousandths still remaining above the required minimum thickness. They came out perfectly.
O'Reilly's has lost my business FOREVER. They also falsely claimed that we needed new rotors (@ $40+ each) - and tried to sell us parts we didn't need, despite the large banner sign on their front window that they turned rotors for $18.99 each (I got it done for $12 each in Priest River). They falsely claimed that "liability reasons" and "it's the law" was the reason, which I think is b.s. to bamboozle customers into buying unneeded new parts.
They were simply too lazy and unwilling to do the job they advertise, and would rather sell new parts then take the time to turn the rotors. Thankfully, there are other businesses around who are NOT engaged in ripping customers off.
Awesome staff. If you find something cheaper and local, it is so easy to price match here. They are always more than happy to help. Also open later than the other parts stores nearby. Highly reccomend.
Not a great option for getting parts or other items for your automobile. Price of oil is absolutely ridiculous, I bought a gallon of oil at a different vendor for almost $12 less than O'Reilly's wanted for same product and brand name.
