These guys are amazing for squeezing me in. I had a work thing in Hailey two hours from home my wheel bearing was giving up on me. I called one place first they were booked out a week. I then called these guys and with no hesitation they took care of me. Even let me use my own part because I by the sound it was making I knew it was the wheel bearing so I bought it from the parts store in hopes to make it home and get it fixed. However, I had a feeling I would have seized up on Galena with no service away from home. Thank you guys for all the hard work!
They are busy for a reason. This team is great!! I had a wheel bearing out. Squeeling like crazy. They didn't want me to drive on it, too dangerous. So they fit me in the schedule and got me back on the road. Fair price for fair work. Didn't try to upsell, which is a big deal for me. Just cared about my safety and time. As a long haul trucker, time is important. I can't express enough how much honesty means in today's world. Honest, fair, caring. 10 stars in my book!!!!
Everything about my visit was excellent....from their efficient online or phone reservation system to the thorough car service itself.Price was very reasonable. Even though they were just about to close they installed a new air filter I had just purchased in record time !
Went in for an oil change and inspection. They took photos of anything that was wrong. Sent me an estimate and there was no pressure to fix anything. There was a good change in the front.
My grandma, who lives in Hailey, took her Honda in for an oil change, and they were the best! They were really patient with her and answered all her questions in great detail.

Quoted for 10k and asked if I wanted to sell to there mechanic. Took to another mechanic and fixed for $718. Never going there again. Saved $9,282 for not listening to them...

Great service from a great team of people! I was having car trouble and needed to get back to Boise. They squeezed me into an already tight schedule and got my car working to make the trip home. I am so appreciative of their responsiveness and help!
What a great experience I had at Hailey Auto Clinic Main. They did an amazing job on my vehicle even though it is an older model. Kept me informed on what was happening while they had my vehicle. Easy to work with and even followed up later to make sure all was still good and it was running well! That is the type of service I always look for in a business. I recommend you give the a call you won’t be disappointed.
They repaired the rear differential on my Ram truck. They were on time and charged less than originally quoted. The repair was perfect! Excellent company, excellent customer service!
These guys are awesome! I broke down and even though they were very busy, they were able to make the time and space to get me back on the road. Devin and David are super nice and even followed up to make sure I got home okay. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Awesome customer service! After a miscommunication, their team installed a part that I was planning to install myself. When I arrived to pick my car up, they were very gracious and didn’t bill me for their labor, ultimately saving me a lot of money I wasn’t planning to spend, and a lot of future time trying to install it myself. Both Karen and David were super helpful!
These people were awesome. We blew a turbo hose on our 2016 Sprinter in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday. My wife filled out their appointment form online while we limped our way towards Hailey. We received a text shortly after, remember this was a Saturday. We told them the part we needed and they said they could order it and get us rolling Monday or Tuesday. The part showed up Tuesday morning and on the desk was also the second turbo hose just in case I hadn't told them the right one. I had them replace both for extra insurance. They were fast, and communicative. I couldn't recommend them enough!!!
I was a walk in on Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. My car issue was definitely trivial but was going to get me a citation, for sure. They took care of me immediately, went over and above.

A few weeks ago we came to Hailey to look for a house. My husbands diesel truck was having a serious sensor issue. We had to leave the next day. The owner knew this, came in early to get it done! Who does that!

Hailey Auto Clinic took great care of me in troubleshooting my seat alarm issue. They saved me hundreds of dollars by taking their valuable time to discover the problem . This lead to NOT needing an expensive , new, sensor. They did this research at no charge! The team was so fair and so through getting me back on the road. I took them cookies.
Every time I call them , they are honest, spot-on and incredibly fair . I highly recommend Zach, Tucker and team at Hailey Auto Clinic , if you want a square arrangement and a dynamite group of local mechanics , who care about you and your vehicle.
Been going here since Alex opened by the post office and will never change. Tucker is amazing as are the whole staff. They are family to me and I feel like family when I get there. Never have had any issues, and I know if I did it would be corrected immediately. Hailey Auto has got all my kids through High school with their cars. I recommend this shop to everyone. Needed an emergency oil change for our F350 before our journey home. I spoke with Tanya who was super nice and accommodating and worked us in. She also stood outside to watch for us as we were a tad lost.
The work was done and we were also shown a pic of our battery cables that need some work.
Very professional, very helpful and work well done at reasonable cost. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

Their professionalism is remarkable. They will send recommendations over email along with photos of the issues, this I appreciate. The place is also spotless and offers a small waiting area with provisions. I highly recommend!!!!
Brought car in for issue with starter issues. After diagnosis the motor mount and rear suspension issues were brought to my attention. I gave the okay to repair. Not only did they get repairs done way ahead of schedule, but the quoted price was 30% less than agreed on due to finding required parts at lesser price. Extremely nice and professional staff with my interests number one. Tucker is a true asset to Hailey Auto Clinic and we will not hesitate to use again and recommend them.
