My car was supposed to to be left at the airport so I would have a way home at a late flight ? They had a new guy and mixed up and left it at jet airport??? I have been with you for years this has never happened? It cost me wandering in snow late at night to try and find my car! Luckily I was able to rent a car ? It cost me headache and $150. ? I would like you to pay for the rental

This dealer was the most transparent honest dealership I have ever dealt with. I flew in from Seattle and spent the day looking at a car. They offered me a loaner car and told me to to lunch zero pressure on the purchase and take your time. I ended up not buying the car and they didn’t hassle me one bit. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
SV Auto does a great job. They accommodate special needs, work with clients at their convenience, even deliver your car after servicing to the airport for your arrival. They're knowledgeable and nice too. I'd recommend them to anyone, let alone an import car.
5☆'s-Winter tire change out. No loaner available this time. But it only took about an hour. And they let me wait with 2 dogs in their office area. Their shop dog didn't mind.
4☆'s This visit 4/3-7 This visit I did get a loaner. It had a seat cover on the back seat. Summer tires back on. They also found a leak in the radiator and replaced my rear brakes. Which I didn't know I needed. The reason for the 4☆'s this time is they didn't adjust the tire inflation. They were overinflated.
I had some upgrades done to my truck - fog lights, spotlights and winch. The SVAC guys were great. Been back a few times for oil changes, car detailing - and to buy a truck with my daughter! Praz and Alberto are awesome, friendly, efficient and always willing to help. See you guys soon! Thank you!
I recently had a surprise fluid leak. Once I noticed I made a call to SV Auto Club late on a Thursday. Once again, they went above and beyond. I dropped my vehicle that night, they were able to get the vehicle in to diagnose within 2 days and it was fixed within 3 business days. Thanks SV Auto Club!

Earlier, I was disappointed that a repair was made to my vehicle, which turned out to be unnecessary, did not solve my problem and required me to go to Twin Falls. However, the auto club later corrected the mistake and and made it up to me with other complementary services. I truly appreciate a company who owns responsibility for their repairs!

I took my 1989 F250 to Sun Valley Auto Club for a transmission rebuild and a general maintenance look over. Alberto was absolutely great. Truck is running very well and all was delivered as promised. Honest and efficient service. Highly recommend them for your auto needs.

Always excellent service. Miguel was prompt in getting me a quote for a new alternator, getting the service scheduled, and the work was explained to me in advance and was done on time. They even had me bring it in early to diagnose and get the correct parts ordered so that I didn’t spend more than I needed to on parts and labor. Have been going to Sun Valley Auto for many years and with a few different vehicles. there is no reason to ever go anywhere else! They are the BEST!
I am totally, utterly amazed by the top-quality job done on my dog-hair covered car not to mention a few extras such as: tightening a loose roof-rack that vibrated at high speeds & reinstalling a back seat headrest.
Staff was beyond efficient & polite!
Exterior was also amazing including gleaming wheels. Not cheap but without a doubt, worth EVERY penny. Wish I’d done this sooner! A joy to get into my new-smelling / looking 10-year old SUV.
