I have had them tow a lot of stuff and they always come through. They are super professional and very courteous. I called late this evening in the gentleman that is going to retrieve one of our trucks assured me that it was not a problem. This is a top-notch company.
Griff showed up as promised in 20 minutes and did a great job after I had waited over 3 hours for Boise Valley Towing that never showed up! I called...there were multiple excuses and new ETAs. Definitely call Naylor first!!!!!
I work over at All Valley Fireplace and Mark brought us our new ConEx storage container this morning and he placed it exactly where we needed. Threaded the needle so to speak. Naylor helped me transport a 12’ x 46’ trailer up a mountain canyon and then install it in a difficult placement. Mark Pierce, their driver was amazing and maneuvered the trailer like a magician in a semi. Couldn’t believe what he was able to do. Will definitely move Naylor to the top of my list for any future transports!
Naylor towing is amazing! My partner, our dogs, and I recently broke down on the freeway out between Fruitland/Notus. We were pretty stressed, trying to figure out what to do. Mark from Naylor towing saw us stranded and stopped to help. He took a look at the car and figured it might’ve been the engine, later we found out that the engine was seized. But Mark took care of getting a tow truck out for us and even offered a discount! It was very hot outside and I was worried about our dogs, in this stressful situation it was incredibly helpful to have someone stop and get everything sorted out for us. Luke got there as soon as he could with a tow truck and got my car to Nampa. Thank you so much to Mark and Luke for all your help! Mark absolutely did not have to stop and assist us, but he did and we are so so grateful for his kindness!
I called Naylor Towing to help move a vehicle that I thought couldn't be jumped. Larry was prompt, polite, and actually was able to jump the car for us and save us some money! I really appreciate the honesty and care he showed. I 100% recommend Naylor!
My poor old Honda has been through a hard time, especially considering my lack of car maintenance skills. I attempted to change the dead battery myself to no success, I didn’t know what I did wrong. I called Naylor for a tow to the shop, their guy was super nice. In fact, he took a look at my work, tweaked a few things, and presto! My car is now working perfectly. He only charged me for a jump, and also saved me a hefty diagnostics charge in the shop. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and had lots of helpful tips. Highly recommend their services.

My car wouldn't start after work yesterday, so I called in to this company and they had someone head right out to help me get my car home. I really appreciated how easy they made it for me and I feel like this was pretty affordable as well. Our Sons truck needed to be towed from the repair shop to our home and Brian (truck 19) was the driver who was dispatched. We live a bit further out of town in a new community which isn't on maps yet. He called letting us know he was on his way and again to confirm our location. He was very professional and helpful. We have had a bit of a difficult time getting tow trucks to come in a timely manner where we are but he was prompt and came when the said he would. I would definitely recommend Brian and Naylor Towing.

We had a family members vehicle towed to one of their locations and we had Brian in truck 19 come out to assist us with letting us into the vehicle to gather some things. We were there a bit longer than expected and he was extremely patient and understanding of our situation. Very professional attitude and would highly recommend!

Called at 10 am to schedule a pick up, said it would be five hours, Gave him the addresses of pick up and delivery and phone numbers to call. Even gave me a price of 125.00. Seven hours later nothing. Called and they stated they didn’t know anything about it and the information wasn’t relayed to the person we spoke with seven hours later. Bad business! He didn’t even try to make it right or help come to a resolution. Just questioned when we called. What happened to customer service? Must not need our return business: We had used them two times before. Won’t use them again!!
I called a week ago to get a quote on getting a 20ft storage container moved from Nampa to Challis! The lady was very polite and helpful. She was able to quote me a great price. She told me that it was a week out from being able to make a trip like that. Unfortunately i needed it to be moved sooner! I will definitely call them again when i need something big moved!

Back in September i was out in California fire fighting trying to make a decent living just to come back and learn that my vehicle got towed right in front of my apartment in my parking spot. I was confused why wasn’t I informed that my car was going to get towed what I didn’t know that it had been towed for almost a month and not a single call to inform me or a text message to my number that’s clearly associated with my license plates. I have worked way too hard out there to come back and not able to take care of my family and run usual errands. The fees were piled up to the cars value by the time I found out. And with no negotiation to make payments or let me get my tools and property out of the car it was lost. And when I asked where it had went and try to explain that I was in California and unaware I was told to “get over it “. I just hope your team take minute next time to be somewhat empathetic to people’s certain situations. Put yourself in my shoes and tell me what would you have done? Money shouldn’t always rule out every choice you make. But the second your team heard “down payment” “unaware” “ alternative options” they lost interest and hung up. I’ve tried to talk to the owner but no one let me.
Being a AAA member you never know what your going to get.. the fact that he was dispatched from kuna had me worried! I have to say Don made a very frightening situation much better! Our daughter went down the mountain side. My husband didn't think the car could be brought up! When Don arrived my question was.. can you get it out.. with positivity he said Yes! And yes he did.. he took his time. Assessing each move- to get the car up! Very confident.. he made everyone feel at ease. A nice guy.. explained what and how he was going to bring the car up! Thank you Don from the bottom of our hearts! I would highly recommend Don from Naylor towing!
I called for a tow last week, they said they’d send a guy right away. Few minutes later I got a call from Don, I told him I was broke down in the left turn lane at state 44 and 16. Don got there in 20 minutes and had my truck loaded up and we were on our way. Don was a good guy and I will definitely use Naylor for all my towing needs, I’ll request Don, but if he’s not available I’m sure the other guys do alright too!

Naylor Towing came to my location in Garden Valley to relocate two CONEX shipping containers within the area, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Driver Don Rowling was extremely professional, he made a somewhat stressful process (for me) a breeze. If you need towing services (and especially moving shipping containers) Naylor is the way to go. And their prices are by far the most reasonable that I found.
We had an issue with our tow, but Mike stepped in and handled it the next day. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone has the humility to admit to them and then work to fix it. We sincerely appreciate the great customer service and will definitely recommend Naylor Boise to family and friends!

My operator was outstanding. I have a 69 Camaro which sits very low. He took the time to move the car onto the truck without a scratch or a rub. It was a professional move! I will use Naylor Towing again.
After not being able to get a hold of anyone elsewhere (minus one shop that was absolutely rude) I spoke with Rick and he was polite and helpful, he was upfront the cost and about how far out he was. I didn’t end up needing his services but I called him back to let him know and he was once again polite and professional. I didn’t use them, but based off of Rick—I recommend them.
I was out of town for an event and my friend's car broke down late at night. She was already frantic about other stuff so I googled a tow company for her. I saw that Naylor had 24 hour towing service so I called them first and since they accepted her insurance-- done deal. I would recommend Naylor to anyone. They were fast and efficient. Jason even gave me some coffee while I waited in the tow truck.
