Code Red towing was great. On a small school field trip to Bruneau Dunes, I locked my keys in the car. Cell service was almost nonexistent. I got a call to AAA, then couldn’t get a signal. They were unable to reach me for updates, so I wasn’t sure if/when they were coming. We were so glad to see the driver pull up! He had the car open quickly, and we were back to the school in time for parent pickup!
We were Stuck in Pine City near Featherville leaving Trinity Lakes when our car decided to have engine issues. Don’t know yet as I am writing this while otw to the mechanic. The driver is was nice, tried to make the situation light hearted easing our stress. The driver came all the way from Nampa to help us & drove us to Mountain Home.

Car broke down yesterday and needed a tow to my mechanic. I have USAA for insurance and they contacted code red towing. Collin came to my rescue. He was very professional took very good care of my car while loading it onto his truck. Very professional in the car very courteous. He is a true asset to the company. Unprepared to do the job and poor customer service. I called (7:52pm)because I needed help with a flat tire. I had already gotten the spare tire off under the truck (chevy silverado); which is a task itself. So I told the dispatch I needed someone with an impact wrench and a jack to help me put on my spare tire. When Derek (driver) showed up, he didn't have the tools to do the job,so he told me he was going to contact somebody else. He ended up finding another driver (Matt) with an impact wrench and some sockets. Derek than told me that Matt would be coming to help me instead(at this point it was 8:52pm), I said ok. At 9:40pm Derek called me, to tell me that Matt got re-routed to another call in notus and he'd be on the way. Derek showed up at 9:55pm; and got working on the tire. It was 10:25pm by the time I was able to get going. All in all, I felt like this situation could have better since the beginning and I wouldn't have to wait over 2hours just to put on a spare. Something that would have taken 15-20mins turned into an hour delay because of not being equipped properly; eventhough I mentioned it from the beginning. Overall it was a poor experience (waited over 2hrs)!I asked if I would be getting a discount for the inconvenience I had been put through and Derek said, "I tried, but the boss said no!" Ben B was my hero the other night. After an awful accident and being stranded in the middle of nowhere for hours he seriously was the kindness we needed that night. We appreciate the conversation, kindness and all the help we got with our vehicle.
Best experience with a tow company I’ve ever had.
Benjamin was our hero last night! While staying overnight in Meridian our rental car wouldn’t start. The rental agency connected us with Code Red Towing. They communicated approximate rescue times. After a bit of a wait, Benjamin reported his arrival time. When with us, he reviewed the condition of the car with us, got it loaded and took it and us to the Boise airport for a replacement vehicle. He graciously walked us inside to the rental counter. Can’t be more pleased with his kind service! Thank you Benjamin!

It took a while for the truck to get to us, but once he was there, it went awesome. Matthew was super nice, and the drive from Boise to Nampa was fast. He is a hero!
Stetson went above and beyond for us. We got a flat and needed a 2 hour tow. He was at the end of his graveyard shift and also didnt hesitate to drive an extra 10m to pick up my husband and I to be able to get to discount tire. We all squeezed into the front seat and drove 2 hours together. He was awesome, so grateful for the assistance.
Matt from Code Red did a great job in quickly and efficiently getting our vehicle towed to the repair shop after it failed to start. Appreciate that he immediately got it loaded and delivered since we were trying to get to our grandson's state baseball tournament game. He just stepped in and handled everything so we could head to the game.
Mathew was great. Called ahead to let us know his arrival time, was able to trouble shoot how to get our car in neutral and was very kind throughout the process
AAA contacted Code Red Towing to assist us after our Class B motorhome’s serpentine belt broke while driving on I-84. We were approximately 25 miles from Boise (and on our way home to Seattle). Nick (tow truck driver) and Carson arrived 20 minutes after contacting us directly to confirm our location. They were both very professional, friendly and time efficient. They were very careful with our RV and towed us to Precision Automotive in Boise per our request. From the time they arrived, hooked us up to the tow truck and towed us to our destination was approximately 45 minutes.
The gentleman that showed up to tow my car, was amazing. My passenger side cv shaft literally broke .3 miles or a few blocks from our home. He originally told me that it was going to be about an hour and 30 min wait before he could get to us. But he showed up in less then an hour and was able to get my car back home. He was very kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable as well. He originally said that we would have to put my car on his flat bed, which in turn would have caused more damage. But then he used the stinger, which worked to get it home and in the driveway, with no additional damage. So again I want to say a huge thank you to that gentleman, I feel bad, cause I didn't get his name. But again thank you for you service. It was a blessing to work with you on Thanksgiving night. Highly recommend
