Great company! They collected my car when I was in an accident and made the whole transition very smooth and easy! They also helped us out to collect my items from the car.
We needed a tow around 9 PM on a rainy Saturday night and he came out quickly and was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated his help and care with my vehicle.
I would give them 6 stars if I could! Excellent service from Chris at Silverback Towing! They arrived quickly, gave us a ride to the tire place, and even helped figure the issue with our tire! Plus their rates were more affordable than competitors!

Broke down in the middle of Boise. These guys were there in 5 minutes, had me loaded in 10(without damage which is commendable considering my wheel was sideways in the wheel well) and had me home withing 30 minutes of the car breaking. Thanks to the guy named James and anyone else involved. Couldn't ask for a better outcome.
These guys know how to haul a lowered car. Turned out great! And I really appreciate it. Recommended highly by throttle works. My go-to repair vendor. I'm glad I met them.
Quite possibly the most painless towing experience I have ever had. Arrived early, loaded the car fast as safe, then took it to my mechanic. He even dealt with dropping the key off at the mechanics drop box after hours. Would highly recommend to anyone who hates dealing with the stress of towing a car. Affordable too!
They are so nice and helpful. My husband got into a bad wreck today and they were right there helping get my suv taken away. They let us get all our stuff out right away, most places we would have to wait. Even one of the guys stayed just incase we needed help. I recommend these guys. Very hard workers! Highly recommend. They were able to jump start out diesel truck within 30-45 minutes after calling. They will be who I call the next time one of our vehicles has a dead battery.

Called a few other companies on New Year's Eve and didn't get an answer or recording. Ryan answered promptly and had Billy immediately at the site where my car had stalled. Billy even called afterwards to say my car was at my mechanics.
Courteous, reasonably priced and efficient is what I call these guys and their company.
I will never recommend or call another tow company except for Silverback.

I've used Ryan a few times for tows and he has always done a great job. Both of my Porsche's were delivered perfectly and the deck on his truck is designed for lowered cars, so that means no scraped bumpers or busted lips like I've dealt with others in the past.
