Great company! They collected my car when I was in an accident and made the whole transition very smooth and easy! They also helped us out to collect my items from the car.
We needed a tow around 9 PM on a rainy Saturday night and he came out quickly and was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated his help and care with my vehicle.
I would give them 6 stars if I could! Excellent service from Chris at Silverback Towing! They arrived quickly, gave us a ride to the tire place, and even helped figure the issue with our tire! Plus their rates were more affordable than competitors!

I was recently in a bad accident in one of the worst places possible outside of Boise that totaled my SUV. I got ahold of Ryan and he jumped in his truck and made sure I had first responders on their way out to me while I waited in the freezing temps and snow. When he got there he was compassionate professional and walked me through everything he was doing. He warmed up his truck for me while he loaded the car up and made sure I got back to town and had a ride home. He continued to help me after that night with getting items out of my vehicle telling me what to expect out of insurance company and even got my plates off for me so it was one less thing I had to worry about later. Can’t recommend him enough and I’ll be using him if ever I need tow truck services again in the future !!
Broke down in the middle of Boise. These guys were there in 5 minutes, had me loaded in 10(without damage which is commendable considering my wheel was sideways in the wheel well) and had me home withing 30 minutes of the car breaking. Thanks to the guy named James and anyone else involved. Couldn't ask for a better outcome.
These guys know how to haul a lowered car. Turned out great! And I really appreciate it. Recommended highly by throttle works. My go-to repair vendor. I'm glad I met them.
I sincerely apologize but I do forget the gentleman's name who assisted me today, but to tell you the truth best tow experience I've ever had in my life. Very trustworthy very quick and when it came to being precise there was a zero error and zero worry! On top of it they were not super super cheap. But definitely worth every single penny. You definitely get more than what you pay for. Only towing company I'll ever use from now on!!!!
Quite possibly the most painless towing experience I have ever had. Arrived early, loaded the car fast as safe, then took it to my mechanic. He even dealt with dropping the key off at the mechanics drop box after hours. Would highly recommend to anyone who hates dealing with the stress of towing a car. Affordable too!
I manage a small local company and always love working with other small local companies. That being said, when running 16 work trucks you're bound to have a vehicle issue or five. I have exclusively used Silverback towing the last 3-4 times I have had to tow a truck to our mechanic. Silverback always answers the phone when I call and very responsive. Communication is top notch. I will continue to exclusively use Silverback towing.
I was in an accident in Boise and Ryan with Silverback is the one who came and towed my car away. 10000/10 service, very knowledgeable, very empathetic to the situation (I was tboned, not at fault) and made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to do and answered all of my questions. While I hope I never need another tow, I know I won’t use any other company if I do. This entire situation was made better simply because of Ryan, he truly represents the heart of the company. They are so nice and helpful. My husband got into a bad wreck today and they were right there helping get my suv taken away. They let us get all our stuff out right away, most places we would have to wait. Even one of the guys stayed just incase we needed help. I recommend these guys. Very hard workers! Thank you and stay safe
Highly recommend. They were able to jump start out diesel truck within 30-45 minutes after calling. They will be who I call the next time one of our vehicles has a dead battery.
My mom just got out of the hospital and was driving to the DMV to register her new car. The car started smoking and she had to get it towed back to the dealership. James offered to give her a ride and she couldn't step up into his vehicle. He called his manager Ryan who brought their truck to get her into. I was on a work call and finally connected with her to pick her up. Ryan was very sweet and waited until I got there with my mom in the truck with the AC going. So grateful for both Ryan and James!
The owner Ryan was so nice and helpful!! He jump started the battery on my son's car and we were able to get it to the repair shop without towing. But as luck would have it, the battery was not the problem, it was the starter. He came to a different location to come get the car and tow it. He was so genuine and nice and didn't act like he was bothered at all! He also suggested that I tell the repair shop that they should have tested the battery first before just putting a new one in. They did and it saved us $165. If I ever need to be towed again, I will be calling Silverback Towing!

Been on hold for an hour with insurance to get roadside assistance.. finally decided to just call towing company directly as my son who had just been in a car accident is waiting on side of road. Ryan did a great job. He is professional and has great people skills. And he completed the task of loading up my vehicle and dropping it off at the mechanic's with ease.

Called a few other companies on New Year's Eve and didn't get an answer or recording. Ryan answered promptly and had Billy immediately at the site where my car had stalled. Billy even called afterwards to say my car was at my mechanics.
Courteous, reasonably priced and efficient is what I call these guys and their company.
I will never recommend or call another tow company except for Silverback.

Had my car towed - twice - by Ryan at Silverback. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and had helpful input on what could be wrong with my vehicle which made a difference on my decisions with repairs. Totally recommend this company.
I've used Ryan a few times for tows and he has always done a great job. Both of my Porsche's were delivered perfectly and the deck on his truck is designed for lowered cars, so that means no scraped bumpers or busted lips like I've dealt with others in the past.
