i was on my way to a dinner and my gosh dang pickup broke down called you guys up and tyson was here in no time, he was quick with a joke and helped me out as much as he could and took good care of old betty(my pickup)

We were driving through Boise when our diesel Audi blew an injector (I think that’s what it was, I glaze over when the mechanic starts talking car parts) we called Eaton Towing and Tyson came out and helped us. It was very early in the morning, he showed up quickly and was very polite and empathetic of our situation. He took great care with my car, treating it how I would treat it, and helped us drop off our car to a mechanic. We were able to get a rental and resume our trip to the Oregon Coast within 2 hours of breaking down. Tyson was really a big part of what made our trip do-able with minimal stress and delay! Here we were visiting Boise from North Dakota, a 1000 miles from home and the gosh dang pickup broke down. Google towing companies and came across Eaton towing. Call them, dispatch was very polite and had someone on their way before we could hang up. Within 20 mins cody showed up (little bit of eye candy made the day). He promptly got to loading up the pickup and we were on our way to the dealership. Let me tell you Cody was one of the nicest tow truck drivers I’ve ever encountered. I know how much of a bad rap some companies have with towing and auto repair shops, so when one does an amazing job, I have to write about it. After a stressful night with my car dying, I called Cody at Eaton Towing, who arrived at my car lightning fast in the middle of a rain storm. Cody took the time to tow my AWD, Audi S4 car correctly and the price was extremely fair. I hope I don't have to get towed again, but if I do, I know Cody at Eaton towing is the guy to call!
