Patrick was an absolute G! I got an a car accident and he was passing by and pulled over to help stop traffic! He assisted me and waited with me until the police arrived. He was so helpful even though he wasn’t my designated tow truck driver. He was so kind and showed compassion when I needed it most! Patrick is the best!!

Patrick did an exceptional job with my tow tonight. Right when I got off the phone with State Farm, Patrick contacted me right away and let me know a time estimate. He then showed up even earlier compared to the estimate that he gave me and was very positive the entire time. He was able to diagnose my cars problem and suggest to get it taken to ATS local shop for a quick repair. He even called his boss at 10:30pm at night to make sure he could get me taken care of and help fix my car. Overall, extremely impressed with Patrick’s service and I will be using these folks for any towing services moving forward. Thank you Patrick!
My car was towed due to a parking sticker mishap at my apartment building. Picked my car up and noticed an indentation above the front drivers side tire. My car has never been wrecked or hit. Was told the company had footage of the towing but when I asked for it from the gentleman I picked it up from, he said Mike would send it but I never received it.
Our car needed towed to a different shop. After calling several towing services we decided on ATS. Their respond time was quick, their communication prompt and accurate .
DJ, our truck driver, was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. He was polite and courteous. This company, and DJ more specifically, turned a stressful situation into an organized and manageable process. Many thanks to them and their help. I can’t recommend them enough.
A Coworker of mine was stuck in the snow off the main road and after attempting to get unstuck, we were spotted and saved without a second though. Amazing service!
Dj @ ats took really good care of my Camaro it is lower to the ground and he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He got it up on his flatbed no problem and got it to where I needed it to be quickly and safely. Highly recommended
Awesome company! They came out quickly on a Saturday when I was stuck in a McDonald's parking lot with a dead battery. I'd been there overnight trying to figure out what to do with my 2 dogs in the truck with me. Truly lifesavers these guys
Had ATS tow my K3500 long bed dually (not an easy feat), and they were fantastic. Sam was my driver, and he maneuvered my truck perfectly. It was parked in a horrible spot to get out of, but he made it look easy. He was very professional and extremely helpful. I would/will highly recommend ATS because of my experiences with Sam. Special thanks to Chance as well. He was a pleasure to talk to over the phone.
My car would not start and it was not a battery problem. I called my insurance company at 8:00 a.m. and my car was on its way to my mechanic by 9:30. The driver was polite and hooked my all-wheel drive Subaru up properly. He spoke to another client on the phone and was honest in his estimate of arrival and exactly what the charges would be. I would use this company again.
This business is a joke. Hired them through State Farm to tow my car. After 25 minutes given an ETA of 20-50 minutes. After waiting an hour State Farm reached out to them and they said they will be there in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I started calling their number to find out what was going on since they never came. They ghost their phone and don’t answer! Finally called State Farm and they couldn’t get a hold of them either after trying for 20 more minutes. State Farm ended up arranging for another tow. 3 hours wasted waiting for this incompetent business. Save yourself the frustration and deal with a reputable company in the future, this one for sure isn’t.
Had them move my toolboxes to a new employers shop, they showed great care and knowledge in ensuring my investment made it safely to the destination. Highly recommend using them.
Mike's always super friendly. Car started leaking oil. Mike came out with Automotive Towing Services and got the car and took it back to Automotive Technical Services and got everything fixed up all while keeping costs low considering the towing and repair that had to be done to get the car back up and running again.
How lucky was I to meet Mike on the River st. exit. My 50 year old truck had a problem with getting enough power and gave up on me just as I was exiting the connector on the River st. exit. I called my insurance and arranged a tow to Oakley Moodys (less than a mile away) then Mike came along side my truck and politely asked if I was ok and if I had engaged a tow truck. I thanked him for checking on me and let him know I was fine and had a tow truck on the way. Seconds later it occurred to me I was denying a Good Samaritan so I quickly asked if he could help. Gladly he offered help by towing me to the mechanic’s and when I asked to pay him or offered to have my insurance pay he kindly said no thank you. He suggested he was happy to help and would not charge me, it was a holiday miracle! When I got in his tow truck to ride with him to the mechanic’s he respectfully put on his mask and offered a very pleasant conversation. The world is a better place because of people like Mike, he helps make the road less rocky. Thank you Mike, you will the call I make next time I need a tow. I have told many about my experience and have shared your contact information.

I called ATS towing to tow a car parked in my permitted parking spot. The next day the car was still there so I called ATS again to let them know. ATS still never got around to it and the driver of the car parked in my parking spot left during the afternoon. Do not recommend this towing company to anyone.
Need a tow? This is THE company to call. Michael was great to work with! He came out in a timely matter to tow my diesel pickup, from Boise, all the way out to Fruitland. I was put at ease with his sympathy and professionalism. I wish I had not gone thru my insurance company (Progressive) for the fact that they charged me nearly twice the price as ATS’ rates.. If I need a tow in the future, ATS is the company I’m calling first!
My best friend is in town from the UK for a funeral, she accidently locked her keys in her car after our visit. I called ATS to see if they could help, he named his price and showed up promptly to help us out. He was super fast and got the keys out with no damage to her borrowed vehicle. Super friendly and exceptional service. Thanks so much for your help!!!
My Geo broke down in the middle of the night. Called ATS and they answered right away and were happy to help me! Highly recommended, wouldn’t use another towing service after my experience with them!
