Super quick shipment on boxes and label, got them shipped out a couple days after I received the box and labels and then they went out Monday and they quickly received them today Wednesday and they just sent me a receipt and check going out to me today. After purchasing a used vehicle and deciding to delete the catalytic converters for a performance exhaust, I searched around my area in Indianapolis for a place to scrap them, and to my dismay, not a single business and the entire area would even consider taking them due to the extreme amount of theft that has been ongoing, and were quite rude. I sent a couple of inquiries to a couple of other companies online, one didn't even answer back at all and the other was $200 less than converter reclaim and in Malaysia, and wanted me to pay for shipping. This company responded immediately, the website and process was incredibly easy and straightforward, the quote was within minutes and much higher than I had expected, and all I had to do was throw them in a box and slap a pre-paid Fed Ex shipping label on, and wait. That was just because I had a box, if not they'll send you one. I must admit I was slightly skeptical as it was on a Google advertisement that I just clicked for a shot in the dark but have ended up pleasantly surprised, and completely satisfied with this company in every way. Sent pictures to them, they came back with a quote quickly. Once I accepted the quote, they sent me a box to pack up the catalytic converters. I packed them up and sent them back using the label they provided and money was deposited 2 days after they were delivered to them. I will absolutely use them again if I have any more converters. The box arrived on time with tracking, I then returned the shipping of the converters the same day I received the box FedEx.. They received the converters three days later and direct deposited our agreement sales price in less than 24 hours of receiving my shipment back to them. Very good company. I had some material from catalytic converters in my garage and contacted them. they sent me a box free of charge and I sent it back and within a week they payed me and let me know everything went good. Very responsive team and amazing customer service. You never speak with a robot always a representative.
