Super quick shipment on boxes and label, got them shipped out a couple days after I received the box and labels and then they went out Monday and they quickly received them today Wednesday and they just sent me a receipt and check going out to me today. Very easy quick and painless process they are awesome! I would totally recommend them, if you are ever needing to sell your cats. After purchasing a used vehicle and deciding to delete the catalytic converters for a performance exhaust, I searched around my area in Indianapolis for a place to scrap them, and to my dismay, not a single business and the entire area would even consider taking them due to the extreme amount of theft that has been ongoing, and were quite rude. I sent a couple of inquiries to a couple of other companies online, one didn't even answer back at all and the other was $200 less than converter reclaim and in Malaysia, and wanted me to pay for shipping. This company responded immediately,
the website and process was incredibly easy and straightforward, the quote was within minutes and much higher than I had expected, and all I had to do was throw them in a box and slap a pre-paid Fed Ex shipping label on, and wait. That was just because I had a box, if not they'll send you one. I must admit I was slightly skeptical as it was on a Google advertisement that I just clicked for a shot in the dark but have ended up pleasantly surprised, and completely satisfied with this company in every way.

Sent pictures to them, they came back with a quote quickly. Once I accepted the quote, they sent me a box to pack up the catalytic converters. I packed them up and sent them back using the label they provided and money was deposited 2 days after they were delivered to them. I will absolutely use them again if I have any more converters. They were also very quick to answer any questions I had.

They shipped, for free a box with tracking to put my unwanted cat converter in after ensuring it was my converter, let me know when they received it and provided prompt payment. I dropped the ball, made far more banking transactions than usual, and the payment made was lost four pages down my banking, leading me to believe it wasn't there. I checked nearly daily, and called my bank with exacts and they were no help and advised no such payment amount ever was deposited. I'm not even sure at what point the deposit decided to appear. Back to Casey and his company; trustworthy...he had my personal info and was responsible. Diligent; he stayed in clear respectful communication diligently until I found resolve. The box arrived on time with tracking, I then returned the shipping of the converters the same day I received the box FedEx.. They received the converters three days later and direct deposited our agreement sales price in less than 24 hours of receiving my shipment back to them. Very good company. I had some material from catalytic converters in my garage and contacted them. they sent me a box free of charge and I sent it back and within a week they payed me and let me know everything went good. Very responsive team and amazing customer service. You never speak with a robot always a representative. Everything was professional and no more than a drivers license was needed about personal information. All forms of payments are very secure and trustworthy. Wish i could give more stars.
