Boise Towing absolutely saved the day. Robin was my tow truck driver, and not only did he know exactly what he was doing (he made sure everything was strapped down and even showed me the hood wasn’t going anywhere ), but he also kept me calm and laughing during a stressful time.
Chuck—the owner—jokingly told me to say Robin was “dumb and slow, but a nice guy". In reality, Robin was smart, patient, and had a great sense of humor that helped me breathe a little easier. I definitely talked his ear off the entire ride, but he made space for me to bounce ideas around without judgment, and that really helped. I also enjoyed being included in the inside joke, "well, i got all the way over and she changed her mind". That sounds about right, when it came to all of the decisions and what to do. I, absolutely, enjoyed how playful and professional they both were. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
Even though the AC was out in the truck, I didn’t mind—I love riding with the windows down anyway. The bigger deal was being able to ride along at all, especially with the mess the insurance company had set up with a shop that already had 14 vehicles ahead of mine. Choosing to grab a U-Haul and pivot ended up saving time, money, and hotel costs—and talking through it all with Robin helped me make that decision. I appreciate the fact that he offered to drive me all the way home, 5 hours away. My goal was to just get home to my babies safely.
All in all, I’m grateful for the kindness, patience, and professionalism. Hopefully deer country doesn’t get me a second time—but if it does, I know who to call first.
Boise Towing helped us during an incredibly stressful time after my daughter’s car was hit and she was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Chuck went above and beyond—he was kind, professional, and walked us through the next steps when we had no idea what to do. He also referred us to a much better body shop than the one our insurance recommended. Excellent service and truly compassionate people. Highly recommend!
Omg, Chad is the best. I was outside cooking in this 93 degree heat and he came to the rescue and took me to the gas station and helped me out with gas. He probably doesn’t understand how much I appreciate his help but thank you Chad! If you need a tow he’s the man to call! Quick, kind, and extremely helpful!
No one else would drive way out into lowman to get my car! Chuck was so helpful and easy to work with, even gave me a good deal for how in the middle-of-nowhere my car was stuck. Very thankful.
In light of my situation where I totaled my vehicle, Chuck was very kind and helpful! He towed my vehicle, was very responsive when I needed to get into my vehicle after it was in the tow yard, and even gave me a ride back to my home because I took an Uber there. Highly recommend.
Please avoid doing business with this place. The owner or manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, and they were not transparent about their policies. It seems like they prioritize making money over providing good customer service. When I first called, the person asked if the car's owner (my dad) would be there. I said maybe, and they seemed fine with it. But the next day, my brother went in to make a payment, and I called to confirm, only to be told my dad had to be there in person. Before that, they told me a credit card would be fine, with no mention of needing the owner present. Every time I called, they gave me different information.
Overall, this place is unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for better service and honest communication.
this is the same building as idaho recovery specialist. they towed my bike and had it one night and half a day. 420$ so unreasonable. wish the owner would actually work with people. the employee there was great.
Shane had to haul things in and out of the parking garage to put my spare tire on.

Best towing experience I have ever had!! Thanks to Chuck for going out of his way to meet me multiple times and for being willing and able to talk me through the process. Also a big thank you to the driver who had to spend multiple hours up at Bogus Basin just to get the car down after a horrible accident.

Amazing!! Helpful and nice. They towed my daughter's car when she wrecked, the driver was caring and made sure we had information before they took the car. Communication was clear and they worked with us to come clean out the car. Cannot thank them enough!!

It’s been years since an accident. He was so kind and calming, no rush to get my belongings. He met me the next day after the accident at the tow yard, informing me of the process while I gathered my things and said good bye to my trusty Prius.
