A heavy wrecker truck from this company increased his speed toc80+ MPH to get past me, ultimately causing a rock to fly off and hit the windshield of the rental car Im driv9ng, causing damage. There was no license plate visible and the driver refused to stop. Im waiting for State police to file a report. Their drivers are unsafe .
I had Cameron Graham pick up my lowered civic. He did a great job, quick, thorough had seating for my spouse and I, and it looked like he could fit more in his truck. He even helped me push my car back in it's spot.
I locked my keys in my truck while in Nampa. A couple of Sparklight guys tried for about 30 mins to get it open. Then one of your B&W guys came by and got it open in about 5 mins. They were all awesome. None of them told me their names but you know who helped. Thank you all!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. (Besides my initial flat tire) The tow was super fast and the driver dropped me off at home, before taking my car to the dealership. He was polite and efficient, and even sent me a photo of my car after he dropped it. Would highly recommend their services.
As soon as I heard Ryan's voice, I felt at ease. We needed a tow but had our two dogs with us. The last company I called could not help us since there wasn't room for two passengers and two dogs in their tow truck. When I called B & W, Ryan quickly and cheerfully said that was not a problem because their trucks have extended cabs. He gave me a price quote and an estimated time for driver arrival. As it turned out, we didn't need to ride with the driver because unexpected help arrived but I felt so much better knowing that it would not have been a problem. My Beagle was really panting in the heat! Cameron came and towed our car, fitting it into a tight spot. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely use this company again!

I had accidentally locked my keys in My vehicle, unfortunately, I did not have a spare so I had to call a towing Company to unlock my vehicle. This towing company were here within a jiffy and had my door unlocked within A minute. I’m so grateful for their service. This towing company is very speedy and professional.
My daughter's car had broken down and I was referred to B&W Wrecker. Very happy that I was. Called them up and within a couple minutes had a wrecker on the way to pick up the car. Cameron was the driver and called to let me know when he would be there. Cameron showed up got right to work and was very professional and courteous. Got the car loaded up and got myself and the car to the mechanic. Very smooth operation and will definitely use and refer them!!

Needing a tow is often not a good thing, can be stressful circumstances like mine.
This was as smooth and helpful as could be.
Upon calling, they were out to help me within the hour and even picked me up from the hotel with my bags and dog prior to getting the car. The cost was really impressive. I had a quote the night before that was nearly twice as much.

These guys were great. They were sent out to me by Silverback towing here in Boise. Very prompt, very professional. They even offered to give me a lift to where I was going. Cameron was very professional and courteous. Answered a bunch of my questions.he even took his gloves off every time he went to open my vehicle and operate it. I wouldn't have minded otherwise. But the small things mean a lot.
I only have this one experience with them, but I'd easily reach out to them and Silverback again.

My car was stuck in the garage, unable to start. Based on the indicators, my owner’s manual and talking to my dealership, I was told my key fob probably needed to be reprogrammed. But I had to get my car there. I’m so glad B & W was recommended to me. If I could give them 10 stars I would! It started with the initial phone call and talking with Alea. She was professional, kind and cared about making my day better. I don’t know if she just has the knowledge or if she was quietly googling the issues that I was having with my vehicle, but she talked to me about things that could possibly cause the error messages that I was seeing with my car. One of them being that it might be my car battery that was low. That’s true caring and going above and beyond what is required. Plus, she was giving me more information than my dealership! Alea made sure that I understood all the trucks were out, but that I was definitely on the board and someone would contact me when they were close. Got a call from Cameron when he was 10 minutes out. Cameron was professional, courteous and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain a couple of things about my car, which I was not aware of. And he took great care of it. Absolutely 100% recommend this company!
We ended up blowing a tire on I-84, and a B&W Wrecker vehicle stopped and helped us through the whole process! He ended up getting his own jacks out, helping remove the tires, and all on a Saturday evening at 6:30pm!! Amazing guy, amazing company! Had a vehicle towed and the driver Cameron was very outgoing, professional and enthusiastic about every moment of the process! He made sure that none of the bumpers scraped the asphalt when unloading and even helped me push the car into the garage. I had a great experience and will be using B&W in the future!
Cameron made sure to bring 2x4's to tow my car so the bumpers wouldn't get damaged while loading it on the flatbed. He even helped back it into the garage with a welded diff which takes a lot of effort! So thankful for the quick rescue!
My husband Rob and I had a tire come off of our boat trailer on the freeway. We had two young grandkids with us, and they told us it would probably be an hour and a half to two hour wait when I called. Cameron arrived earlier probably about an hour after I called. He went above and beyond to help us out, even offering to drop us off at our hotel and then drop off the truck and fill out all the info needed for the mechanics. Even their prices were far lower than other tow companies. We are very grateful for the professional and caring service!
B&W Wrecker was phenomenal. Cameron arrived quickly, despite our location 40 min outside of our destination of Boise. My friend and I were trying to make it to our conference on time, and Cameron's efficient care of us got us there remarkably fast despite the breakdown. The long trip in the tow truck afforded us a great conversation with Cameron, and we learned more about the area, too! He facilitated a speedy drop off of the vehicle at the dealership, and offered us a ride to the conference (but we already had a rental car available). He made 2 stranded women 5 hours from home feel at ease and cared for- thank you, Cameron!!
Oh, my holy stars! Where do I begin . . . ! ?
Yesterday I happened to be PRAYERFULLY & CAUTIOUSLY coasting down Eagle Road as SLOWLY as I could WITH my hazards on because some moron did a horrific, temporary reposition job of 2 tires the night before, attempting to install an ALSO•HORRIFIC tire with metal showing to the back, long enough to get some tire replacements, hopefully the next day.
That tire was SO JACKED•UP you could literally see the metal exposed!# I mean, the horrid placement was SO bad and SO uncommonly LOUD that while barely moving with my hazards on, people on both sides of the road, even with their windows rolled up could HEAR the jacking banging & squealing of whatever the heck was going on with that tire placement! It literally felt as if it was absolutely going to roll the heck right off my van!#
So would you THEN believe that God placed the most phenomenal, kind tow truck driver in my path ON Eagle Road at the exact same time, who was also going in the same direction! He saw my van AND my back, right tire wabbbling ALL over the place and HEARD it and pulled over to the right shoulder.
Both of our windows were down and I saw this dude with his large smile, looking at me like . . . Hello! Your rescue coach is here!
I yelled out to him through my open window, “Dude! I SO need your service, but I’m homeless and I can’t afford you.“
And that guy didn’t need to know any more. He wasn’t hearing it and got right back on the road and drove directly in front of my car anyway, and let me know he was helping me no matter what!
“W o w . . . Are you kidding me right now!? Seriously!?” He then extended out the lift and took charge fast. My eyes were already watering and I could not stop saying, “Oh, my gosh! Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU, CAMERON! I cannot believe how phenomenal you are and that you’re doing this for me!”
Cameron then drove me down Eagle Road to Discount Tires, whose reps were waiting for me and who were also kind and fabulous to me, as well. What a blessing all the way around . . .
