I was visiting Maui when the rental car key fob battery died, leaving us stranded in the shopping mall. We walked a mile in the hot sun and found Napa auto parts ;the nice guys at Napa Auto replaced the battery in the fob and I stayed behind when the younger adults walked back to get the car the men let me hang out with them in front of there fan while I waited to be picked up.Outstanding customer service.Maholo❤

I've been to NAPA'S all over the country and ALL of them have a engine code scanner to barrow for customer use in the parking lot. There is no reason for them to not have a scanner available so their customers can try to quickly diagnose a problem and then proceed to buy parts from the store. This location doesn't have 1 scanner available. Instead I was trying to get hustled for $45 one in store. I'm an Orileys customer through and through now.

Best Napa on Island, Danielle always knows what I need the moment I need it. She also knows what shes talking about. Which honestly you don't get from any other auto parts store. So next time in ask for her.

I bought a battery at the napa kihei store 4 months ago and it wouldnt hold a charge i would charge the battery and by the next morning it would be dead my alternator was good and cables were like new they would not honor the warranty claiming the battery was good i bought a new battery at costco and never had any troubles again

Very helpful salesman even came outside to show me what I needed to do to change out my brake light bulb

took my battery in that was faulty and got a new battery. Fast friendly service under 10 minutes. Thanks Sheldon!

They are open on Sundays which is amazing and helpful for when car problems happen. The staff has always been nice to me.

Went for Low beam light fixture for 2010 prius. Had it. That was good. Went je.ust before closing but still helped

Had a rental car that got smudged but wouldn’t run out. Went in and got helped quickly, gave us some buffer paste and a rag and we rubbed it out in 2 minutes, no charge.

I had a small scratch on my rental car and they were so nice and had extra buffing material and just gave me it for free and even checked on me while I was using it! Would definitely recommend!

I can usually find what I need for my car here. Also one of the agents was so nice to help me put my windshield wipers on as long as ythey are not too busy. they offer military discount which is wonderful. They very helpful when you have questions about your car or want to find a certain product!!

bad attitude of the staff, do not return the greeting... “people who are at the counter must be friendly and cordial with the client” Choose to buy what I need online...

I will GLADLY drive to the Kahului NAPA off of Ho'ohana Street for my automotive needs, where customer service has been EXCELLENT for years. The Kihei store has rude and disrespectful employees in their customer service department.
