DO NOT CALL FOR SERVICES! I’m off island with the military for work and sent my spouse to pick up the car after it got towed (our fault). They intentionally make everything inconvenient so they’ll keep your car there longer and charge you more (notary has to either be the original in person or completed online, a literal photo/video of the notary doing it won’t work, you can’t FaceTime them as the owner and show proof of ownership and allowance for someone else to pick it up. Oh…and cash only. Probably so they can avoid taxes. Definitely sketchy and dishonest vibe. I hope they get audited). On top of that, don’t even think of laying on the bench outside…”policy” says you can’t. I think it might have something to do with wearing a military uniform though. The lack of professionalism was just gross too. Girl scrolling on Facebook during the interaction with my spouse on 04FEB at around 10:00AM. I received dismissive and a rude tone from a “Chris” at 10:35pm on 03FEB while trying to execute their “policy”. Doubt that’s his real name. I hope this business goes under someday/gets bought out. I’m speaking it into existence. Please don’t let bad people own businesses. These kind of workers just aren’t good for world cohesion. No compassion and intentionally try to inconvenience the customer. Like just let us pay the fee…

They told me I could pick up my car with a picture of my id and then tried to pretend like I was scamming them when I showed up. My car was also not parked in a tow away zone.

The customer service was very pleasant and they even had the office beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday season. The two Wahines in the office were kind and very helpful to me in my time of need. I’m am so very grateful to the younger Wahine (possibly the Bosses kaikamahine). She was obviously taking over the Ohana Business for her Ol’ Man; and she sits well and honors her father by serving the public with such kindness. Way to go PoPS on raising a good girl (I have two kaikamahines)! Braddah Security @ the door was definitely a “Man of Christ”; like myself, so thank you braddah for easing my anxiety with this whole debacle! The driver Kaulana; Mahalos for your kindness also. You can really tell when a business in Hawaii is Ohana owned and ran; they have that Aloha spirit that makes me proud to be Hawaiian and Live Hawaii! Thank you Lord for these people, and the work they do. Godbless them and all of you. Highly Recommend this Ohana to you In your time of need! God is Love! Aloha is Love!

They have a lot in Pearl City FYI.
Address: 96-1268 Waihona Street. Its not hard to find as theres signage along the main road directing you to their lot.
Dusty and looks abandoned, very typical of tow lots here in Hawaii. Staff dont always answer the phone. Not always friendly when they do.
This company services a majority of the Kapahulu, Waikiki, Makiki, Manoa area so expect to wait when youre here. About 20-30 minutes for the whole transaction.
Average price for tow starts at 200.00 USD then goes up roughly 100.00 per night. Cash, card accepted.
Youll see different tow companies using the space and frequent HPD.Dec 12, 2025 -
I wouldn’t even give them a star if I had the option. Horrible service. Rental got towed at 845 am. We went to pick it up got there at 10:40am and our jeep still wasn’t there. Had to wait over an hour before it showed up. Although when I called before we left they said they had it.
Cash only they said their machine was down. Seems like it’s been down a long time. ATM had no money in it so people had to leave again and find cash. Nothing but a money scheme. I can’t see why the HPD uses this company. I’m sure there much better out there.Nov 24, 2025 -
One of the rudest and most unprofessional ladies I have ever met in my life. Absolutely disgusting place, she also blatantly broke the law by not providing a itemized invoice before I paid. I told her that she was breaking Hawaii state law, and she did not care at all. This is how they get people to pay absurd amount of money because they don’t tell them what they are paying for exactly before they give them money.

People I dealt with were friendly and gave good service. Seems others may not have but my experience was a relief.

Absolutely horrible place. My boyfriend parked my car in a tow away zone by accident and they towed it which is normal. The lady on the phone was already rude when we asked if our car was there. We get to the place and when they take me to my car the mirror was gone!! Completely torn apart and backwards!!! I confronted the men sitting on the porch and they all were extremely condescending and rude to me telling me they didn’t know what happened and showed me a photo of it “already gone” when they towed it. I have been parking in this area for months and nothing has ever happened to it but suddenly the morning it gets towed someone “must have side swiped it” as they told me. If your vehicle got towed expect there to be pieces missing.

Didn't accept rental agreement just because it was not on one piece of paper. Unfriendly and uncooperative. Tried to be friendly was met with rudeness.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It was hard to get too, the staff wasn't the friendiest, and they only took cash. It feelss like a huge scam, because it was. They made a difficult part of my vacation even worse.

DO NOT GO HERE , NO Aloha here ,
after hearing good news of law enforcement found my stolen vehicle in which why I'm not sure why it was towed from town to the middle island . Only reason must be for some contractual profit and not putting the citizens first. None the less I was relieved as being mobile raises my and I'm sure many others quality of life significantly.
Upon arriving at front desk I was met with the most unprofessional, contankerous,Callous , Incompetent of a immature young woman who lacks any sort of tactfulness or understanding the importance of her role that she has and how it affects others. Nor does her self serving attitude realize why it is important to treat others with kind ness and respect as she is a reflection of the company . Interacting with her myself and watching her speak to others and how it gave her the sense ethnocentricity ,power and authority was so vile and pungent to the word Aloha that it took me a total of 10 mins from arriving at this business that I decided they can keep the vehicle as I don't even want any of her energy rubbing off on me. I cannot believe the city and county of Honolulu specifically HPD has a contract with this company as it is only putting the city's reputation and commitment to its people at riskAug 09, 2025 -
Charged double what Hawaii law allows for a tow which I found out after. Girls in the office are extremely rude. Towed my rental car and charged storage fees when I wasn't able to get it for a day because of a tsunami lockdown.

My experience with this towing company was incredibly frustrating and honestly felt like a scam. First, the phone system is broken. The automated message says to dial extension 2 for certain districts, including Waikiki—but that extension doesn’t work. After wasting a lot of time and doing our own digging, we finally discovered you actually have to dial 7 to reach the right person if your car was towed in Waikiki. Completely unacceptable for people already in a stressful situation.
Second, the address provided in the automated phone message is incorrect. We wasted an Uber ride going to the wrong location because of it. Be sure to double-check the actual tow yard location before heading out—don’t trust what the automated system says.
Third, they refused to show us the bill before demanding payment. We repeatedly asked to see the breakdown of charges, but they said they wouldn’t release the car unless we paid first—which is shady at best. To make it worse, they only accept cash (although they are by law required to accept card), which seems designed to make it harder to dispute unfair charges. This kind of practice is not only unethical but likely illegal.
It blows my mind that local police work with a company like this, especially one that treats both residents and tourists so poorly. The whole experience was exploitative and disrespectful.
If your car ends up here, be prepared for a frustrating process.
Tip: If you're towed in Waikiki, dial extension 7, not 2, after the automated message. Save yourself the headache.Jul 19, 2025 -
All Island Automotive Towing requires cash-only payment for vehicles towed from public property, which is a violation of ROH § 15-13.10. This ordinance clearly states that tow companies must accept at least two forms of payment, such as credit or debit cards.
When I brought this to their attention, they ignored it and insisted on cash. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) for further investigation.Jul 02, 2025 -
If I could give this place negative stars I would. My car got towed on Saturday and they wouldn’t allow me to pick up my car that day or next (Sunday) because the lot is “closed” on the weekends and yet they are STILL charging $25 per day that its there. Thats an extra $50 charge for days their lot isn’t even opened to get my car back. This is absolutely unethical and seems illegal. This business needs to review and change their policies and operations. I might have to report them to the DCCA/Office of Consumer Protection.

Giving the only star, for the braddahs that were taking people down to pick up their cars, mahalo. Wish I could give the women working, zero stars. From conversations on the phone to interactions in person, just terrible customer service. As someone who also works as a CSA as well, I'm appalled and disappointed in how these women speak to their customers. I understand bad days, but treating people like their beneath you is unacceptable. Do better.

This was the worste expierence I have ever had in Oahu. I got unlawfully towed. The towing company made me uber all the way here to then tell me they didn’t except card only cash. There machine is “broken”. Get it fixed it’s 2025. They said I need to get a form overnight shipped, they could have told me this on the phone before I wasted a $60 uber. This business is terrible, unhelpful, and rude. Don’t use them for anything.

These people need to be put out of business and put in jail. They make their own rules because there is no one above them. Two unprofessional ladies who talk over you, tell you to grow up and hang up on you. She also pretended to be the manager and hung up on me once again. We have had a car in their yard for almost a month, been there 4 times with everything needed. At this point it’s theft and there is a statute in place stating that any person with keys is the registered owner and can pick up the vehicle. It’s a racquet even the officer reworded the law to help them out. It’s disgusting how corrupt this island is!!

This place sucks.
#1 The ladies here have issues, what weirdos. Like who the hell lives with these people in real life? The guys here are chill, But some of them seem to be scared of the girls here. The ladies (one was the manager) literally mumble in anger as They walk away from you, like a crazy woman. Like who does that. I seen one of them start mumbling as she made a sassy comment to the guy that works outside. “Is no one else needing help because my windows been open for a while now” and storms inside in anger. Definitely made sure to not say thanks because they’re awful people, I feel sorry for them for having sad lives
#2 Picking up a company Car is a pain If the owner is not on island. They will not accept a digitally signed a copy apparently it needs to have ink Signature which is just another way for them to get more money from you as it sits in the yard. Even notarize copies, they will not accept, No verification over FaceTime or phone call With a police Officer . That’s as legit as it gets. How are you able to tell if signed copies are real or not? Makes zero sense
#3 There was an AUC 5/28 Written on The Windshield. What the hell? Who gave permission for you to write on it? I had been actively trying to retrieve the vehicle from day one So it’s not been abandoned.
#4 They will not pick up the phone even either. They called 20 times on the first day they towed the car. They acted like someone was watching the phone the whole time when I had The call records. Another way to scam people is to not let them have a way to figure out where their car Even is by not picking up the phone
#5 My seatbelt was tied to my wheel, As if they broke inside of it and did that. That’s illegal as hell
Overall, many issues With this company, and their cash only what type of company cash only for bills that are gonna be 250 or more ?The city should have a contract with other tow companies with better policies. Again, the ladies here are awful people, Just go in there show your ID and leave. Don’t even talk to these peopleMay 07, 2025 -
Just visited Oahu and parked along Ala Wai in Waikiki. I admit that it's my fault that I did not carefully read the sign and thought that it was completely free parking. However, I want to warn all Hawaiian island tourist renting cars and parking along the streets. HPD only provides the name and the phone of the towing company after they confirme that your vehicle is indeed towed. The company all island that tows vehicles in Waikiki is located in Pearl City, some 30mins away. Prior to locating them, the phone number HPD is not picked up. It just rings and there's a robo message that prompts you to each district and then provides you with an address for pickup. The address they provided for district 6 Waikiki is incorrect so are left stranded. I luckily found another towing company and asked for they're help. They were kind enough to provide me a working number and I was able to reach a live person on the phone. They only wanted CASH! They even wanted the rental agreement for the rental car, something that was unheard of by the rental company budget. So $220 CASH! After I paid I waited for the person that will be taking me to my vehicle. When the car arrived and I got in, I was surprised to see a very young man perhaps under 15. I asked him how old he was but he declined to answer. I then asked him how long has he been driving and he said 2yrs and that he's been doing this job for 2 years. So the HPD let's tax cheats get the towing contract as well as violate and abuse underage minors to work as a driver in they're impound lot. It's very dark and muddy and it's a very dangerous place to have underage minors working. They even have a wild pig roaming around the lot where customers have to walk past.

For anyone in need of all island automotive towing's service, please note that State law is Hawaii clearly states that towing company is only authorized to charge: $65 per tow, $7.50 per mile, OR $75 for a tow with dolly, $25 for each of the first seven days a car is in the lot and $20 for each day thereafter.
Companies are not authorized to charge other fees, except for “reasonable amounts for excavating vehicles from off-road locations,” according to another law.
If you witness anyone/business trying to break the state law, you have grounds to call the police to enforce the laws in question.Mar 11, 2025 -
Bring cash with you!!! The only complaint I have is that their credit card terminal is “out of order” read: it is never working. I was forced to be towed because my car stalled on the freeway & HPD forced me to have it towed due to safety risk. We were there last night & AAA wasn’t available for a few hours so we decided to wait until morning. I wasn’t told that I couldn’t use my card. They have an ATM that charges $4.95 & I’m pretty sure that the yard gets a kickback. I had more than enough cash at home. When the clerk said “The credit card terminal is out of order” without immediately saying that there was an ATM directly behind me. I got irate thinking I’d have to go get cash & return. The tense interaction could’ve been avoided by just telling me about the ATM. I’m sure they deal with a lot of irate people & the clerk could’ve avoided my irate response by simply saying so. I’d recommend calling to ask how much it’ll be & get cash at your own bank’s ATM to avoid the extra fee. Edit to add: everything else was OK.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. My experience with this tow yard was nothing short of disgraceful, both in terms of customer service and ethical responsibility.
My vehicle sustained damage either during the towing process or while in their possession, yet when I attempted to address the issue, I was met with blatant rudeness and outright dismissal. When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused to make eye contact, remained glued to her phone, and didn’t show an ounce of professionalism or concern. Instead of engaging in a basic conversation about their protocol for handling vehicle damage, she simply shrugged it off and coldly denied any responsibility, offering zero explanation and zero accountability. When there is an OBVIOUS puncture in my tire.
To make matters worse, when I requested a tow just to the front of the lot so I could change my tire (since they refused to allow me to do it on their property), they quoted me an outrageous $75 fee—for what would have been a short, simple move. Minutes later, they conveniently claimed no one was available, despite the fact that two technicians were sitting outside, unoccupied, for over an hour.
This business operates with complete disregard for customer concerns, an alarming lack of integrity, and a culture of denial and deception. It’s no surprise they have so many negative reviews and terminated contracts—it’s a pattern of behavior, not a coincidence.
If you’re unfortunate enough to have to deal with this company, document everything, because they will deny, dismiss, and deflect at every opportunity. This is a shady operation, and I would strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.Feb 13, 2025 -
Yesterday, the company towed my car. During this time, the brakes were damaged, the rearview camera broke, the check engine light came on, and there was another error on the computer that I cannot identify. My car is a Mercedes, and I requested to speak with a manager to understand how the company plans to compensate me for the damages. However, the operator spoke to me in a raised tone and then hung up. I am planning to take legal action, considering that these repairs will cost me thousands of dollars.

Our family member was careless to park a car in a no parking area. Our car disappeared and we had to cycle to the agent. it was simple to receive the car.

Steer clear. Complete scammers. Towed my car on a street where there were NO signs stating tow-away zone. Completely illegal under HRS Statute. It was a set-up cause they thinking I was a tourist cause it was a rental. In addition, completely rude and obnoxious women running the front. Called the police just to get my car because they would not release due to complete arrogance and whatever fraud they were trying to do. There are several complaints and investigations ongoing with this company.

I just called. I was parked in my neighborhood and was off island for vacation. My car was towed. I was told the car has to move every 24 hours despite my HOA never indicating that anywhere in our documentation.
I called Saturday, they don’t work weekends but still charge you every day and won’t release the vehicle. I called twice this morning, my husband called once, once from home phone and my property manager called as well. The call prompt says to hit #1 for pearl city/Kapolei and when I clicked that button it didn’t even ring and said “the mailbox was full”, I work 2pm to 2am so that left me unable to get the vehicle because after 12pm they charge you for a full day. The girl working was atrocious. She called me a liar and said she was working and no one called 6 times, I told her I could prove the attempts to call and she said “we don’t have a voicemail”. I told her I didn’t feel like she was being kind or respectful and requested a manager and she said “yeah I don’t have to” and “it’s not my fault you didn’t move your car”.
No one should talk to anyone the way she was. Regardless, there’s extenuating circumstances but this person clearly hates people and hates her job and is a scammer who turns the phones off in the morning to make more money. The girl is clearly a POS.
Can’t wait to file with better business bureau! P.S. here’s the proof I called multiple times before you tell me I’m a liar ever again.Oct 01, 2024 -
DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this towing company. From start to finish, they were nothing but deceptive and unprofessional.
This towing company is a nightmare. They caused serious damage to my car and are refusing to take responsibility. Despite my numerous attempts to get them to admit fault, they continue to play games and dodge accountability. Their customer service is a joke—unhelpful and dismissive. They’ve handled this entire situation poorly and unprofessionally.
Don’t waste your time or money with this company. You’ll only end up with a damaged vehicle and a massive headache
It’s clear they’re playing games and trying to rip people off. Save yourself the headache and avoid this towing company at all costs!Aug 17, 2024 -
