I’d give zero if I could. The positive reviews are definitely employee accounts. I set up an appointment with them a week ago to have my car picked up, we scheduled a time and date. Day of, I waisted half a day waiting for them and they never showed. Never called to let me know anything either. I called them later and asked if they would still come get my car and the operator mumbled something, and hung up. Tried calling back, but kept going straight to voicemail
Alex was the most helpful person helping me with my auto parts needs. He is friendly as well as the rest of the abc ohana. Thank you guys I’ll be back soon. I highly recommend to look for your used parts at ABC !!!
Went in looking for two simple AC control knobs. The guy behind the counter wanted $30 for two tiny plastic knobs. I mentioned I could buy the same ones online for about $10, and instead of negotiating or even trying to help, he told me to just throw them in the trash can next to me.
So I did. Dropped them straight in the trash and walked out.
Not really sure what kind of sales strategy that was supposed to be. If the goal was to lose a customer and make sure they never come back, mission accomplished. Miserable service and a strange attitude toward customers. I’d recommend going literally anywhere else if you need parts.
Wish I could leave a negative review. I called trying to find a quote for a vehicle and when I mentioned I was researching other possible places they dropped my price from $800 to $100 and told me the guy I was talking to before was new and it was the same guy then he was getting all mad at me saying "you said you were gonna call other places right? What did they tell you? " and I proceeded to apologize saying I didn't mean to upset him in any way and I was just doing research then he stopped talking and I assume I was muted. Terrible experience I would not recommend doing business with these people at all!!!! Completely rude don't listen to these other 5 star reviews this place is terrible !
My favorite junkyard has become a landfill. It stinks and has flys everywhere. Birds picking from the trash for food and bugs. There hardly is any cars to pull from and the prices are high. I had high hopes for the new owners ship to make this junkyard great. I was okay with the washers and other scrap metal they had but this is too much. Bring back the JUNK CARS and take out the garbage.

This is the worst junkyard we've ever experienced. My husband called to ask about copper prices politely, and the man told him he wasn't interested and hung up on him. We called a couple of times to ask why he hung up on us, and he told my husband to go back to the mainland. He didn't even know him. We were shocked because he could have simply told us that they don't buy scrap metal politely instead of being racist and rudely hanging up on us. Treat people with respect and kindness. I hope you'll get your karma!
Went to ABC Towing in Pearl City and purchased a part off of a 2000 Toyota Camry. They gave me great customer service and was willing to work with me on the cost that I couldn’t refuse. Great people to work with and took care me very well
Went to this junkyard expecting a quick and straightforward experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
I was ignored at the counter and then told to “go look in the back” with no directions or assistance. After walking through rows of cars in the heat, I found a part and brought it up front—only to be told a higher price than what was originally quoted.
When I asked a basic question about the return policy, I was met with a rude “all sales final” response and an attitude that made it feel like I was the problem for simply asking.
I’m not expecting luxury service—just basic respect, clear communication, and honest pricing. I won’t be returning, and I’m sharing this so others can decide if this is the kind of experience they want to deal with.
Didn’t pick up the first time I called but they called back so 2 stars for that. But they were rude on the phone, immediately shot me down about the car and didn’t even give me a chance to ask if they had anything else.
This operation does a ton of business, I was treated with great aloha. I even parked in the wrong place twice. Still I got a great price. Really appreciate ABC junkyard… I will be back forsure. Huge selection of cars and trucks. SHAKAS ALL AROUND. A+
The people that work in the yard are helpful and friendly, but as for the people that lounge in the office nothing good can be said about them. They are not friendly in person or on the phone. Ifyou call expect to be treated like an idiot not as a paying customer. I get it this isn't anyones career choice, but you choose this job and customer service is part of it.

Terribly rude customer service . Would give negative stars if I could . Never even let me finish my sentence. Just nasty energy they were portraying. Can’t say if the rest of the company is just as bad , but the gentlemen i attempted to speak to was so rude . Hope whatever had his feathers ruffled comes to pass and he experiences better days to come so he can portray better energy .
Chad was very responsive on the phone and when I found the tire I needed Diesel didn’t hesitate to help out with the lift. I was so thankful for all their help and their fair pricing.
I called back the next day bc I needed an extra rim and they helped me out again. very good experience, will be coming back for parts in the future.
Cool junkyard in the middle of the island. You park outside and you bring your OWN tools to pull parts. Tools are not provided, but the staff can assist with access to certain vehicles because some of them are stacked on top of each other. I recommend bringing some sort of cart to transport your equipment back and forth to make life easier for yourself.
Their inventory rotates and they don’t keep a backlog of their stock, so you have to find what you’re looking for on your own. The lot is not that big; I walked the entire area in about 15 minutes looking for specific automobiles twice. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I recommend multiple trips as the stock rotates fairly frequently.
Under new management! Way better than before now they have the cars jacked up. So easy access to underneath! Parking was easy too! And they definitely hit you with the deals!!!! Thanks again!
This place is the bees knees! Drive down the gravel road and there is a nice parking area that is labeled and under video surveillance! Bring your own tools to the scene (I used a wagon) and start wrenching away! Prices were very fair, there is a cold water station, bathroom, and place to wash your hands. The head honcho was extremely friendly and helped me out a ton! Keep an eye on their instagram to see if they bring in anything you might be interested in. Will definitely be coming here again and recommending to all my friends.
Stopped by yesterday and got a GREAT price on several parts for my wife’s 2010 Taurus SHO in a package deal. I have to stop by again today for some other stuff. They have quite a few cars for the small area that they have so be prepared to climb around and squeeze between cars to get where you need to go.
AJ provided satisfactory customer service and went above and beyond helping me and my husband look for parts. He is very knowledgeable in car parts and mechanics. Our conversation on the phone was helpful in guiding us to not just the parts we needed but also the quality of the parts we were getting. We were able to solve our car issues with the parts we received and save money in the long run by purchasing it from ABC junk yard. We have the peace of mind that what we purchased was of quality and the correct part we needed.

old school junk yard where they let you pull parts off yourself. not a Walmart where walk in and they hand your item. if you know your part and have your own tools save big bucks and walk the yard, maybe you get lucky maybe not but that's how old school yards are. there are other places on Oahu but for sure they charge more. this place is great for do it yourself kine folks. I recently found three old school rims to match the three I have. not made anymore.
I have seen quite a few newer cars too. Unlike the previous management now there is great turnover, you may want to stop by often if it is in your way. right in the middle of pearl city easy access
