I had a mattress and foam pad that needed to be taken. Lale and Jacey were very efficient and kind. :) They took care of everything immediately! They even helped me set up my new Bed-in-a-Box. Tyler + Josiah did an awesome job removing a baby grand piano and large treadmill from a tight space. Were fast and careful not to cause any damage, breaking down the items as needed. Would highly recommend them for any job.
The two young men who did the pickup were pleasant and efficient, so five stars for them. The estimate for one couch and one coffee table that we received from initial phone call was way, way too low. Zero stars for the person who answered the phone and basically lied to us. We feel ripped off by this company.

Tyler and Michael were fantastic. They were accurate with their ETA, explained how they would attempt to donate our used items, were careful with our house by paying attention to doorframes and by taking off their shoes, and were very personable. We are very satisfied!

I called them around noon and was so glad that they could do same day pickups. The dispatcher had initially told me they would be at my house closer to 6pm (the end of the appointment time) so I was pleasantly surprised when they came an hour earlier than I had expected. Thank you so much to Thomas and Austin for helping me out! Service was awesome and they had no problem making small talk with me while working which made me feel better about just letting them do their jobs and not helping. A bit pricey but for efficiency and last minute arrangements, couldn't ask for anything better
Tyler & Jadon made the moving process so easy for us! Took our stuff within 30 minutes and we’re good guys too! Definitely recommend! The price is somewhat hefty, but they took half of a garage worth of stuff so we’ll take it!! Thanks again guys

This was my first time dealing with 1-800-GOT-JUNK, and it was a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process, even when you first call in to speak to the coordinator / dispatcher. Initially, I only wanted a quote to see how much it would cost to haul away a lot of trash that has appliances, furniture, and loose items all mixed in. I met with Austan and Diego at the property and not only did they provide the quote to do everything we asked, but they offered to start that day and do at least one truck load. They could also come back and do more if we wanted. I opted to do only one truck load as I needed more time to sort stuff and set aside things to keep, but I felt no pressure from them to commit to anything. They were very professional throughout the time that they were there.
When they started work, they were going gung-ho already and worked extremely fast. Not only that, but I had imagined the crew to be more rigid in following directions and throw away the entire pile without question if I told them to throw it away. However, if they did spot something that's potentially valuable that I might have missed, they would check with me. I can only appreciate that level of customer service and I would recommend their services to anyone that needs trash to be taken out. Judging by how fast they got things done, you will make your money's worth. The crew I dealt with was very approachable as well, so it made things less stressful overall. I look forward to scheduling the remaining truck loads with them and will be referring them for other jobs I might come across.
I scheduled an appointment for the guys to come check out my couch less than 2 days ago, they followed up with me the morning of a few times and took away my couch after giving me the estimated cost which I paid for. appreciated the consistency of follow up and efficiency. Logan and Eti are awesome! Getting in contact with them and scheduling a pickup was effortless. They were quick, efficient, and super courteous. They were conscientious about maneuvering around our house, and kept communicating with us the entire time. They easily completed in 30 minutes what would have taken me 3 days on my own! They are the best, and I will definitely call them again.

We live on a pretty steep hill that most vehicles have a hard time getting up, but they were really accommodating and carried all the furniture down our hill instead.
Considering that they had to walk up and down that hill- they got done way quicker than we expected as well.
They also had a great attitude the whole time and was super transparent and detailed about their pricing. We've had a pretty stressful month but they just made this process so simple and easy.

While we were remodeling our bathroom, we were making a pile of the sinks, wooden vanities, and boxes, to eventually take to the dump. When we took out the cast iron tub, we knew that we needed help. Within 24 hours, we set an appointment with 1-800-JUNK. They called to confirm, called to let us know they were on schedule for the day, and called to give us a 30 min warning ahead of when they were planning to arrive. Brendan and Louis were in and out in 25 min. They got all the trash put away, and even swept up after looking for any screws. 10/10 recommend!
