Mick & Mario were excellent. They removed the fridge in no time even though they had to haul it down a flight of stairs since elevator only goes to 2nd floor. And they also removed an old armchair that weighs a ton to me but they made it look so easy. They were polite, efficient and speedy. I would ask for them again if I need to get rid of more stuff.
Logan and Jason were true professionals! They called ahead and were very pleasant to work with. They provided a quick and easy solution. I really appreciated the friendliness and quality of service. I will definitely use them again in the future!

This is an EXCELLENT SERVICE. Came on time, highly business like, quality on site staff and muscle men who moved really heavy furnishings from inside to outside rusty furnishings that had seen better days. The sales/movers were really quality guys and as an ex sales manager retired I was surprised by their positive attitude and skills. The price was right if you figure what you have to do to get rid of these furniture dinosaurs hanging around your residence. The staff names were Brandon and Jake and really excellent hires. The whole experience was very positive
I've been sitting on clearing our house and property of everything we no longer needed. 1-800-GOT-JUNK made the process so easy. Making the reservation online was straightforward & availability was quick.

Just based off the time it took them alone (maybe 20 mins) this service is worth it. Thomas and Mason absolutely did a perfect job. Keoki and Thomas were excellent! I’d been meaning to get rid of some oversized bean bag chairs on my back patio. They had great communication and came within the timeframe they gave. They gave me an estimate that was a bit out of my price range. So they worked with me and were able to meet me at a price I was comfortable with. Super kind and courteous! Very happy with their work!

I used their services for the first time and can not recommend them enough! I called yesterday with a simple inquiry to get a loveseat and few other items removed from our house. They were able to book my request the very next day. They were very organized and communicative about setting everything up from top to finish. Mad props to JC and Jake at the Honolulu branch! Tyler and Mason were amazing! They moved crazy a crazy heavy elliptical machine up 33 stairs. Throughout the rest of the project they worked tirelessly moving everything I asked for up those stairs quickly and without complaint. They were very polite and positive natured! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend, after tennants left behind a large mess and damaged property, my father and I had no way to get all the larger bulky items left behind up and down the steps making it hard for us to carry on with our life due to this major set back. 1-800 junk sent their team of Mick and Brendyn and they were able to quickly get here assess the state of which the tennants left the place in and gave us a very reasonable quote to help us pick up ourselves from this major bump in the road for us. Mick and Brendyn efficiently took all the large bulky items from the upstairs unit loaded it into their truck fully using all available space to get the most done for us in this time of hardship. I truly appreciated the service I received.

We cleaned our patio and surrounding area and decided to call a junk removal company to haul our trash. I went online to check out their rates and availability and was happy to find they were able to come the very next day. From the scheduling call, to the actual trash pick up, their customer service is excellent. I scheduled this pick up last minute while we were in the middle of a move, it was perfect! They came and picked everything up, including my donation items and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Troy and Liam are awesome!! So friendly, easy to work with, helpful and kind. In addition to taking all the things, they were super respectful and even took more when we found more junk than expected. We even had a very large couch that didn’t fit in the elevator, and they took it down 9 flights of stairs (very carefully), and they were still pleasant. Highly recommend! The best out of all the junk removal services we tried.
Troy and Brendon came by the house within 3 hours of me making an appointment to pick up a pretty decent amount of stuff I was trying to get rid of. The quote they provided was reasonable and fast.
With the rain being off and on I even tried to help and they kept running over to stop and reassure me that they’ve got it.

While we were remodeling our bathroom, we were making a pile of the sinks, wooden vanities, and boxes, to eventually take to the dump. When we took out the cast iron tub, we knew that we needed help. Within 24 hours, we set an appointment with 1-800-JUNK. They called to confirm, called to let us know they were on schedule for the day, and called to give us a 30 min warning ahead of when they were planning to arrive. Brendan and Louis were in and out in 25 min. They got all the trash put away, and even swept up after looking for any screws. 10/10 recommend!
