We drove all the way over to Hana Farms for the previously delicious banana bread. Spent >$50 for 4 loaves assuming that it was as good as the last time we bought it. I did think it looked a little over baked in the package but bought it anyway. Unfortunately, all 3 types were very dry and not like banana bread should be. Last time,, the loaves were warm so I knew they were fresh baked. I am not so sure these dry loaves were baked the same day as we bought them. I have ordered from HF for friends twice in the past and now that I can't trust the product, I won't be doing that again either. Sorry, but this is my honest review. It was a long, long drive to be disappointed.
No Cap review " Free wifi, awesome friendly staff great atmosphere. The pizza is the real deal loved the white sauce pizza my party was very happy with there pizza also. This is restaurant quality pizza in a laid back setting. Have flowers to take pic of for your flower loving family members that. Eat with you. I bought me a OG banana bread ?. Smells fantastic just going to wait till VRBO to eat. Definitely stop and relax after driving The Rd to Hana !!!
incredible pizza. some of the best I have had. lots of veggie options. they use fresh locally grown veggies on pizza like lotus root and breadfruit. and really well done sauces. highly highly recommend for those doing road to Hana. only thing to know is that it closes early around 4:30. also is right next to a cute stall that sells nice gifts etc
Wow. First time to Maui and taking the road to Hana. This was a great stop. The pizza was delicious with great flavor, fast, and great service! The banana bread was great as well and very flavorful. We tried the original and the macadamia nut and could taste all the ingredients. Wish I had grabbed the pineapple and chocolate chip to try. This is truly a compliment as I also make homemade banana bread for my family. We will be back whenever we visit Maui again.
Absolutely loved the food and vibe here! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and good good. Also super cute shop where you can get chocolate, coffee, tea, soaps and other local souvenirs
The pizza here was surprising delicious. They do make the dough to order and use fresh ingredients so it can be a bit of a wait to get your pizza but it's so worth it! Breadfruit is a new pizza topping favorite of mine.
We planned our drive around this pizza stop. It was so good. The garden setting was beautiful too and the little store was a great find for locally made products. The salads were delicious and presentation was so pretty.
10/10! Great all around. Had gluten free pizza and was unbelievable! So great! With celiac and not sick after! Would visit here 100000 times over. Clean bathrooms. Quick food. Excellent service! A MUST DO on road to Hāna!
After an early start and a full morning of exploring various attractions along the Road to Hana, my friend and I were beyond ready for a solid meal. Between hiking and swimming at the Twin Falls and exploring the black sand beach at Waiʻānapanapa State Park, our appetites were no joke—so stumbling upon Hana Farms felt like perfect timing.
Hana Farms offers 14-inch pizzas with both signature options and a build-your-own choice, plus a couple of fresh salad options if you’re in the mood for something lighter. The pizzas hit the spot: hearty, satisfying, and exactly what we needed halfway through our long, adventure-filled day.
The outdoor seating is another win. Tables are set under a covered roof, making it a comfortable place to relax, refuel, and soak in the laid-back Hana vibe before continuing on.
If you’re driving the Road to Hana and wondering where to stop for a real meal, Hana Farms is absolutely worth it. I’d highly recommend it to anyone making the journey.
Great ambience of being in forest or farm with wood fried pizzas with fresh produce.
The dough was fresh and crisp, the cheese was a bit more for me. Almost perfect.
We stopped here on the way to Hana. They lose a star because there is no service. You get a pager and pick up your pizza and bus your table when you're done. Of course you're presented with the option to tip. Please just raise the price and don't ask for a tip if the service doesn't exist.
After driving all morning to enjoy Hana and the parks, this is a must-stop for great pizza. The size, taste, and atmosphere are all really good (one pizza for two works perfectly). Then we had a nut banana cake that was the best I have ever had. I totally recommend stopping here.
Such a wonderful place to dine in. Everything from the food to the staff to the vibe was perfect! The Artichoke and Feta pizza is a must try. Also try their Hibiscus Lilikoi soda, we loved it so much that they we took some for the road. A perfect place to rest and relax after the long drive to Hana! Staff is super friendly and very accommodative.
Such a great little stop in Hana. I highly recommend you stop and get some pizza, "Pine Kline" is a great option! The store has a tone of great local gifts as well.

The pizza was quite large coming from an Asia country. Very tasty and the crust was good and charred right.
Good choice to stop by after the black sand beach.
This was our food highlight in Hāna and a contender for food highlight for all of Maui. The atmosphere here is absolutely unmatched. Gorgeous grounds, a cute shop with locally made goods, and a stunning open air patio with string lights. All would be enough to venture there just to look around, but on top of all of that, they make KILLER pizza! Absolutely delicious dough and toppings. We got the Pine Kine and the Margarita. 10/10 recommend.
Before driving back from our road to Hana trip, this place was a great stop to have some food and get some rest. We loved the Harvest salad, with all its colour and nutrients, good enough for two, the dressing options you could really tell they were house made. We ordered some Pizza too, great size, I think one pizza serves two, maybe three, after sharing the salad. The place is nicely decorated and surrounded by the stunning Hawaiian vegetation.
Brought to this place by a local and was pleasantly surprised. Solid pizza and tasted even better as part of the road to Hana trip. Got the Hana dragon and enjoyed every bit of it! Spicy, just a touch sweet from the hot honey sweet, savory. Dipped each bite with their ranch dressing. Chef kiss. Would go again.
Loved this place for lunch on Road to Hana - just outside the town, amazing pizzas, huge, great value, friendly service, lovely dining area, nice store with baked goods too, and very beautiful gardens. Highly recommend.
Best pizza in Hawaii hands down! Nothing comes closer. Must stop place for road to Hana trip. They got many great pizza options including a ton of vegetarian options. I would highly recommend artichoke pizza. Salads were also super fresh. We loved farm fresh soda options - lilikoi, hibiscus and ginger. They have free hibiscus water. Plenty of parking, clean washroom, fantastic natural decor and out of the world banana nut breads.
Great stop! The atmosphere is simply heavenly! Plus, they offer a real bathroom to use as well. The pizza is pretty good and will hit the spot. Banana bread is good, too. I would recommend stopping here if traveling the road to Hana
Stopped here on the way back from Hāna and it did not disappoint. Location and vibe were great and the staff was amazing and super friendly. The pizza was incredible, and if you like a good salad, you can’t find one with fresher or better ingredients(the dressings were off the chart as well). Great food great people. Definitely recommend!
Hāna Farms is a must-stop if you're headed through the area—especially for the pizza. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere has that laid-back, rustic charm that makes you want to hang around a little longer.
The pizza menu is full of winners—each one is so good, it’s genuinely hard to choose. They come out fast, are super fresh, and packed with flavor. The only thing we wished for was a bit more crispiness in the crust. Still, they’re absolutely satisfying.
Keep in mind: if you’re paying by credit card, there’s a 3.5% upcharge to cover transaction fees. Also, the chip and swipe functions are taped off on the card reader. Wait to tap otherwise you'll apply a tip automatically.
Their banana bread is also a popular grab—and while it’s tasty, note that it contains some enriched ingredients like niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid.
Absolutely loved this spot! The pizza was delicious and the ginger & hibiscus soda was so refreshing. Beautiful, nature-filled setting—perfect for a relaxing lunch. A must-visit if you’re in Maui!
We were suggested this place from our resort and we are glad we took them up on it! This place is amazing, had we known this earlier in the stay we would have become regulars. The area is visually beautiful, plenty of parking (Friday & Saturday nights are live music busy during that time), easy to order staff was nice and accommodating. You place your order and find a seat, then just have to grab the pizza! Pizza was amazing, best pizza we have had since we came to Maui! Highly recommend this place and if you can make it on Friday night or Saturday night for live music it’s worth it!
Roadside store and restaurant located on the Road to Hana. The shop carries local goods including fruits, snacks, and gifts, while the restaurant specializes in pizzas ?. They have nice restrooms behind the restaurant and also offer a fair amount of parking.
The bamboo theme and structures are cool, and offers ample, covered seating. The place is also adorned with unique and beautiful flora throughout.
Prices are a little high, like most things on this stretch. I saw a sign and it seems like they may host tours in the future.
The pizza alone makes the trip worth it...amazing! The coffee is also good and the gift shop has some really neat and unique gifts including fresh fruit. I wasn't a fan of the banana bread. The hibiscus juice was also a hit with my family.
OMG!!! We haven’t had pizza as good as theirs since we moved to the southern US!!! So so good! $20 for a 14” cheese pizza is more than reasonable. Everyone was friendly. The place was beautiful. A great place to stop on the road to Hana! It wasn’t there 20 years ago when we last visited! We were looking just for a snack, but pizza proved to be the best solution- we ate a slice and took the rest back to the resort. Even better the next day. The dough was so fresh and delicious. They didn’t scrimp on the tomato sauce or cheese. Well worth the stop with a huge covered area to eat and relax!!!
