Absolutely amazing above and beyond service!! We were stuck in the middle of nowhere, but Ray with Sutton's came faster than we expected, resolved some issues with Triple A, and transported us and our Yorkies safely to our destination 40 miles away. We couldn't be happier with our experience, Sutton's really made a bad situation much better.

The owner called the law when we were picking up our property and we already paid in full trying to intimidate us, Unprofessional and very overpriced.

Absolutely a bad deal. 1st off told one price on the phone and the price changes whenever the vehicles were delivered. I even repeated what I was told back to her and was told we might be able to come. Inoffered to give the driver a 20$ tip, then immediately it was yes ill have someone there in 1 hour. Imagine that, that alone should've been my red flag. But hey whatever wont make that mistake again. And I hope you don't either. On top of that, im the reason why my truck is even on the rollback. I crawled under it, hooked it up for the man and helped get it out of hole. If it wasn't for me and my back, one vehicle would've been left behind. Then once we get to new house, I can't get both vehicles where I wanted them. I now have to come along one of the cars in place. Buyer beware.! Not happy about the price change and stealing the drivers tip. With a x2 final pricing. If there was a misunderstanding MAYBE DONT TALK ON SPEAKER PHONE SO THERES NO MISTSKEN WHATS BEING SAID. I find it hard to believe though considering I repeated her words back to her. The driver was excellent very nice and respectful. I hold no ill will towards te driver he was stuck in the middle.
