Randy and those guys ALWAYS take care of me and I would at least call them first and if they don't have your part needed they will tell you WHO to call for it.
I had wesley come look at some cars and he said he would buy them and I haven't heard nothing from him And I call him and he Wont return my phone call And I Could have took them to somebody else
Great experience getting what I needed for a great price. The owner and staff are really nice people. They pulled a gas tank for me my Tundra gas tank was leaking. It took me a little while to get down there and they had it ready and waiting for me. I would not call this a junkyard this is a great place to get used auto parts and help with recycling and reusing parts. They have many great vehicles and they have 2 locations. Very well ran and great southern hospitality! For a little more but not much more than LKQ they will pull the parts for you. Also LKQ drills holes in their gas tanks so wouldn't suggest going there to pull a tank yourself.
Shout out to Hudlow Axle who recommend them. Also Randy and Nick are very helpful, friendly and experienced. Service was above and beyond great southern company been in business for many years for a reason.
After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried about coming here. But I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful everyone was. My son needed a transmission for his older Honda, and a Newport auto parts suggested Bohanon's. I called and they had what we needed. I told them I would be driving from Knoxville so they made sure they had the transmission and put my name on it till I could get there. They are a very busy place, but never missed a step and always apologized for interruptions. Haven't put it on the car to see if it's ok but I'm not worried. Thank you Randy, Tim and everyone else. If you need car parts and can't find them, check this place out. Just remember it's a parts yard, and not some uptown store.
Terribly rude and not helpful at all would not go look for the part I asked for because the posting was old on there system also tried to charge full price for a tail light assembly for as much as you can buy it at a store brand new
I feel they forgot who pays the bills. There customer service has suffered tremendously do to there incredible growth but not applying the amount of staff needed to compensate for the increase in customer base.
What a joke of a business call down there as for a part every time they will tell you to call back in 15 minutes and they will check to see if they have the part you call back 15 minutes later they haven't checked you drive down there two hours they haven't checked they don't have the part on believable get a system that works guys.
Couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone!! Then was led through massive mud pits by a spaced out moron who couldn't answer any of my simple questions!!! Just turned around n left with zero results except for getting all my clothes dirty. I'd rather shoot myself in the eye with a BB gun as to ever go back to this place!
Well mr. Scott c God forbid if you get put on hold three times but it is a good business and they do have good people that work there and they are reliable they don't talk bullshit and they back their parts for 30 days I guess you will always have critics but when it comes to a business I guess you could say it's the best I've been to and I'm 42
A pathetic excuse for a business!! Very unprofessional. Kept on hold 3 times while they talked about personal issues w others!
3 out of 3 of my customers had to pay for extra labor when having engines installed because Bohannons cut the wiring harness instead of simply unplugging it!
They require advance payment to pull a part, and then discover they don't have the part and take days and several inconvenient trips before getting you your money back!!

beware of this place I have had nothing but horrible experiences the most recent which was today. I was told they had the part and asked to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes later we don't have the part. I had even asked if I could come back later they told me all parts must be pulled and paid for the same day. The price was $15 less than brand new. I even told the guy this and he basically called me a lair. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!
