This towing company is an absolute joke. They are the designated towing company for my apt next to Shady's. Time and time again, they never answer. They've kept my neighbors waiting over an hour and never show. They tell us they're in another state, so it takes a long time to get there when it's a 10 minute drive. They also tried to tell multiple tenants that our building manager has to call them, as though someone is available at 2 in the morning. Multiple tenants reported it, and that policy changed. It doesn't matter though. They never answer the phone. Our problem are bar clients taking our spaces at 1 in the morning. Don't believe me? Try them at that time. It's a pathetic excuse of a towing company, and who knows why they have their signs in our parking lot. My neighbors and I have dealt with their lack of professionalism and service. Absolute baloney.
I can not say enough good things about this company. We had a shipping crate the size of a car come on a tractor trailer, with no way to unload it. I called Kay’s and asked if they would be able to transfer it from the tractor trailer and unload at our house. When I called I wasn’t sure what day, or even week it was coming, but Scotty said it was fine whenever it came he would take care of it for us. We got a 30 minute notice, but by the time I made it to Kay’s, Scotty was already working to get it onto his tow truck. Superb service, and really goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you so much for all of your help! We really appreciate it! Definitely recommend this company for all of your needs!
Picked us up from Meeks law and towed us. Found us a replacement tire QUICK and made it to pick us up and change the tire. QUALITY AND EFFICIENT WORK!! Also very friendly. If I lived closer I’d trust them with my everyday life work. Not to mention gave my baby 3 popsicle! Thank you all so much! From your Indiana friends!!
They are great! I was recommended to them by a couple people and I'm glad I went. They were fast, friendly, and knew what they were doing. I will come back again if I ever need more work done on my car. Thank yall!!
All of my breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. Getting an appointment date was easy. Took care of my car in no time! Owner and entire staff were friendly! I'm not so out of pocket as I thought I'd be. Will continue future services there! Shout out to my Father for finding Kay for me!
Horrendous customer service
Have towed me 2 times in the past. The truck drivers have always been great. However, the lady that answered the phone, (on both occasions), seems to hate her life and will take it out on you.
Edit for the owner: Never been rude to anyone I am asking a service from. Do a better job.

Talk about a company that goes above and beyond when another leaves you stranded on the side of the road at 10pm. The owner said give me 20 minutes me and another guy will be there. They showed up. Got my pick up truck and trailer to their yard after exhausting all options to try and get me back on the road that night over a couple hours. Took me to a hotel for the night and offered to come pick me up the next day. After tracking down parts had me on my way in a timely manner the next day. They will have continued business every time I'm in the area and need assistance. They are a small company trying to make a living like everyone else with out breaking your pocket book. Thank you once again yall did a great job.
I can't comment on the towing since my car was drivable, but their mechanic service is excellent. He fixed the problem the first time and had the car finished right when they said they would, right at the price they quoted. Can't ask for better than that.
I'm a Retired Army Vet Gov Contracting in Poland. I needed my truck towed due to mechanical issues. I called up at 8am. Dispatch asked for information and I gave it to her. She let me know she would have someone on it. Driver came out to my POC and proceeded to hookup and was very Professional and safe securing my truck. I would recommend anytime.
This company is BEYOND helpful. My F250 would not start after running out of diesel. Which is typical. They came out and offered to get it running for me instead of trying the tow first. The owner got it up and running in 2 cranks for me to drive it off to my dad’s shop to get it looked at. These are people who genuinely value customer service. 100% recommend.
Not many people would want to tackle this task. But they jumped right in to help remove this thing from my property. If you need any towing done. Be sure to check them out. You won't be disappointed!
I would like to thank all the guys at Kay's towing and recovery for the amazing work they done on my son's car today. I called today at 11:20 to have them tow it and have an alternator put on and by the time I got off work the car was done and very affordable. Thanks again.
Fair price and friendly/quick service. The driver (Scotty I believe) and the representative I spoke with on the phone (Kay I believe) were fantastic. Gave me clear time frames and expectations. Up front cost estimate and gave feedback on repair options. Went from a stressful situation to a manageable annoyance at best. Thanks for all the help!
I can not rate them high enough. The dispatcher was informative and friendly. The tow guy was professional and nice. I had to ride with my car to the mechanic and he never once made me uncomfortable and was very nice. I was nervous talking and he just chatted with me to help me stay calm. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help on the side of the road.
This business is Top Notch , we have used them several times when we were stranded and they come immediately to us, they have worked on our cars and deliver the finest service available. There are many businesses out there that are bad, but trust me this business deserves a 5 star rating. We are seniors and we have never had a bad experience with these folks. Please take your business to these folks, you will be glad you did.
Nothing but absolute amazing things to say about Scottie and his company. He took great care of our special Tiny House, and got it safely from one location to another. We would 100% recommend him for any towing needs!

Had to have a vehicle towed from Rossville to Ringgold, the driver was professional, and respectful with how he handled my truck. Excellent service with a humble attitude for also a great price! Definitely will be using them again.

Called and scheduled with them on Friday for a Saturday move because they gave the lowest quote. Going with the lowest bidder isn't always wise, but he was on time, a skilled driver, thoroughly secured the load, and delivered it safely to where I wanted it. He even tucked it securely into the tight corner I asked him to with finesse. Great job!
I on the way from Chattanooga to Rome, GA had a flat tire on Hogan Rd in Rossville ,GA. Pulled into a convenience store at intersections of Hogan & Park City. Googled “towing services nearby” & liked what I saw about Kay’s. The lady on the phone was so nice & assured me someone would be right out. In about 15 minutes he was there, changed my tire, & charged a very fair price. He was so friendly & turned a bad day into a good one. I highly recommend these folks!
After trying for hours to get my car insurance to send out a tow truck (which was like pulling teeth), I called Scott from Kay's Towing and he came right away! He then got my van working as quickly as he could, even though he had other customers to work with. He was honest (he only had to replace the battery, and didn't try to trick me by "fixing" something else), and I felt like I was a high priority. I definitely recommend Kay's Towing & Recovery!
We called and he came between calls to make sure we were dropped off in a safe place. After he finished his call he came back and towed us to the shop. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed our ride. Definitely who I'll call next time. Awesome and friendly service.

Highly recommend this towing company! They have good prices and are very professional! Unfortunately I had to have my Chevy Equinox towed from Chattanooga, TN to Dalton, Ga about 30 minutes away and Kay's towing gave us a good price and came within the hour! Awesome people that work here!
Y'all, I want to give a YUGE shout-out and THANK YOU to Kay's Towing & Recovery!! I don't do this often, as I've had mostly crooked guys trying to scam us and lie when we've needed services. These guys waited patiently for a week while I got my moving affairs in order. Within two hours of my call on a SUNDAY, they were at my house and hooking up my shed! I'm blown away at their professionalism, their skills and customer satisfaction! They were fair and reasonable in their prices and I didn't even have to empty my shed, just needed the boxes from the loft set down to the floor! Nothing was even shifted! They maneuvered my shed with precision and it was set down gently. Please consider using them for your towing/moving needs! Thank you so much!!
Needed a tow from East Ridge to Jasper, TN because my car broke down. I called a few places and Kay’s had the best deal. They arrived within 30 minutes and took care of us. They did a great job and were very friendly. A great homegrown small business.
