Great people. The customer service was prompt and courteous. I didn't feel rushed. (the store was busy at the time of my visit) The associates took the time to explain, in detail, the answers to my questions.

I was shown what I was looking for quickly. Checked out and on my way within 5 minutes. Every time I have been in this store it has been a good experience. I do recommend this place to everyone.
Mike and the gang there are great people! Loyal customer forever! They always make sure i got what i need and the premimum parts are great. Very convenient when you need somthing quick and i like the quality of the parts vs other places!
Spent quite a bit of time here lately. Got to know some of the staff, I wouldn't hesitate to go back here. They were extremely helpful anytime I went in there with any questions. One of them helped me match a part to my car in a pinch. Really great crew.
This is going to sound strange but I don't go in here for auto parts. I lot to work on furniture and they have a good selection of upholstery paint and spray cans. The guy that worked with me in the store was extremely friendly and helpful to see what other colors he could find for me.
Called and spoke to codey, he was wonderful, I gave him my brothers car info, he got the wipers and the daytime running light all ready for us. And even came out and checked out of he could help with switching the headlights for us. He was great! The price came to about 53 for three things… so not too bad! Thank you again for all your help!
Austin is your grade A employee! So helpful with us on our headlight journey. It’s our first route as a company and this mad asked what the problem was I told him we couldn’t see and he made sure to help us with installation and also used personal tools to help. We are a long way from home no tools and we appreciate you!
Had to get my brand new motorcycle battery tested due to it leaving me stranded at work. Found out it was a bad new battery. Thanks to the fella's for load testing it for me.
They were very nice & very knowledgeable. It took them about ½ minute to look up the parts I needed & showed me there were several prices & explained each. After recommending what my Jeep needed I decided on the price range comfortable for me & he had my parts to me & I was out the door in a flash.
A well managed and staffed store among other part stores in the area full of buffoons. Jerry, James, Mike, and Corey are excellent at helping you get what you need.
This is the friendliest O’Reilly’s hands down. They make a commercially owned company feel like you’re going into an old hardware store that everyone just hangs out in.
It makes me feel like any questions that I have, they will know the best answer.
I made a lot of rookie mistakes today causing me to visit this parts store numerous times. Jerry waited on me every time, he never lost patience's with me and he was bound and determined to get me fixed up and he did. I highly recommend the Chickamauga O'reillys.
