I can’t say enough great things about Rief Auto Dealers! From the moment we called and even entered the lot Ricky was friendly, patient, and truly cared about helping us. We were nervous about getting approved, but he worked hard to make it happen! Ricky has worked with us for a couple weeks to find a car that fit our budget and needs and made the whole process smooth and less stressful for us. Here recently I’ve been on a long and exhausting journey to look for a truck. I have called and talked to a bunch of different dealerships and lots, and at every single one it just seemed like they didn’t really care on what I was looking for, but that was different when I met Mr Ricky. Mr Ricky listened to what I was looking for and what all I could do. He was very very helpful. Me being 19, I didn’t know anything about financing a vehicle , I didn’t know what steps to take , but Mr Ricky explained everything to me very well and he even called different banks for me to get me lower interest rates .This is definitely the place to go to if you want to buy a vehicle from an honest man. God definitely put mr Ricky on my path. He is by far the best person to buy a vehicle from. He could’ve seen a young 19 year old who didn’t know anything about getting a new vehicle and just sell me a vehicle at a higher price and a high interest rate , but he did the exact opposite from that . Ricky Rief, the owner and salesman, is a great man of God who truly keeps his word. He went above and beyond to make sure I drove away not only happy, but confident in my purchase. Even when there was a hiccup with my tag over a month later, he reached into his own pocket to help ease the strain and keep any ill feelings away. That kind of genuine care is rare in business, but it’s who he is. Ricky’s the type to keep planting good seeds, and I know he’ll continue to be blessed for it. He will downright refuse to sell you a car if he knows there’s a mechanical issue with it and try his best to make sure your vehicle is aesthetically pleasing. So if you want honesty, integrity, and someone who’s truly on your side, this is the place to go.

Ricky is an honest Car salesman. I know those words are hard to say together, but it is true. His cars are priced fairly! He is willing to help you out any way he can. I went into his office on the 4th of July and he was willing to talk to anybody that came in the office, even though he didn't have to be there. He is not there just to sell cars. He wants to build relationships. He will not make a deal that is not in your best interest. He has several loan agencies that he works with and wouldn't let me use them because he thought I could get a better deal through my bank, which I did get the better deal. He had a spare key that didn't belong to any of the vehicles that he had at the time. He offered to have it programmed to my truck and just give it to me. Turns out that key couldn't be programmed to my truck, but because he told me that I could have that spare key he went ahead and got a brand new key for my truck, still at no extra cost to me. I believe it when he says "I love selling cars, not for making money but for the people that he meets." I referred my son to go there and buy his first financed car. I have referred other people to go there as well. And the cars he gets are decent looking and dependable cars. I would buy again from him.

He helped my wife and I after a long search for a vehicle. I broke my neck, and sort of left my wife to pick up all the bills, plus on top of 3 kids she was now taking care of me as well. We were going through a rough time after my other car blew the Head Gaskets. He told her it is going to be okay, and he answered a prayer of ours! Thank God for Ricky, if it wasn’t for him then my wife would’ve lost her job. We have another friend, Derek, who also was giving us rides even through his own struggle. Ricky definitely came through for everyone involved on our side to help us get a vehicle, and he saved my family’s life pretty much. The truck we bought had an issue with the cooling system because he didn’t have a chance to look over it, but he let us bring it back up there and kept his word on everything!! This is a righteous man of God, and he is definitely in line with the Holy Spirit! I’m so grateful, there’s not enough words to express it.. If ANYONE asks me where they should buy a vehicle, I know EXACTLY where I’m sending them!! Rief Auto for the Win!! 🎉

Ricky is as good as they come! My wife and I went to buy a truck from him a few months back and it didn’t workout. However, he was very personable and we did not leave with a truck, but we did leave with a new made friend. We had seen him at a local restaurant and he didn’t hesitate to stop by and say hi to check in with us. I was able to buy a truck from him yesterday and the experience was something you cannot and will not get at any larger dealership. He truly cared about making me and my wife happy. I have waited for several months to buy a car after my previous one was totaled. I saw one on Ricky's lot and stopped to drive it and loved it. Ricky helped with sending the needed paperwork to the bank and insurance company, which made the process so simple! He then had the car detailed and ready for me to pick up. Even though the cars are sold as is, I had an issue a few days later, and Ricky immediately had me bring the Nissan Pathfinder back and fixed the problem. He has been wonderful to deal with, and if I have a future need, I will definitely be going back to see him he has become a friend and will recommend him to everyone!

I purchased a 2019 Chevy equinox from here. I’m currently finishing up bankruptcy. I was very hesitant about getting approved for anything. My last car experience left me with horrible anxiety and terrified to buy anything else. When I called Ricky and talked to him I just felt so comfortable, I was at work so couldn’t do anything right then. I came and seen him the next day. He tossed me the keys and I test drove a few vehicles. I immediately fell in love with the equinox. I said let’s see what we can do. I gave him my information and he got me approved.
