Really great service. We were stranded in I-185 North for hours in the night 20 miles away from LaGrange and once Triple A got this dedicated tow company, the driver called us and kept us informed on the time he would arrive. the driver was courteous and helpful.

Wow, I just don't understand how these places can charge so much !! After 21 days who can afford to get there car out!! To make a killing off of someone else's misfortunes, or mistakes is just wrong!! I pray you never have to go through this ever!! I do appreciate you covering my window and allowing me to get my belongings out, oh well you had to do that part!! to own this kind of business you must not have a conscience I'll be praying for ya!!
Long story short....my son's vehicle broke down and he was using mine while Crowder was fixing his. We were working with a tight Deadline. If my son's vehicle was not fixed in time...I literally would have been stranded in another state. Jerry came through for us! Highly recommend!
We were traveling Christmas week from the east coast to Mexico and our alternator went out. We had 4 pets with us and our family of 3. He dropped us all off at a pet friendly motel nearby and he was able to get us back on the road the same day only 3 days before Christmas eve after procuring the parts needed that afternoon.

Seems like a very expensive tow service. Some towers know that if you need a tow, you are probably desperate, and they charge accordingly. He wanted over 50% more than other competitors. It's his business...he can charge what he wants; on the other hand, the customer is entitled to their opinion about the price, and in this case, I feel very much like I was being taken advantage of.
