Grayson went above and beyond for our family in a way we’ll never forget. After being connected through his parents at Auto Doctor, he came out after hours, in the dark, and gave up his evening with his own family just to help ours. We were preparing to spend the night stuck since we were so far from home, but instead Grayson graciously got to work, had the part that all the part stores said would take a week to get and had the problem solved on the spot in under an hour. Talk about a blessing and a Godsend! His knowledge, efficiency, and genuine kindness sets him apart—he’s not only an excellent mechanic but also someone who cares deeply about his customers. Very honest shop and owner, I’ve been using this shop since it opened, and used his father’s shop for around 20years. I’ll honestly say they don’t just throw parts at a problem to fix it, or to make it seem fixed, if it’s 1000$, it’s a 1000$ fix, and same goes if it’s 100$. The shop will stand behind anything they fix, I can promise you that. They will properly find the issue and fix that issue, but also let you know what else could be wrong that needs attention. It’s honestly great knowing that just because your vehicle is skipping and they fixed the skip, they also paid attention to possible lights not working or anything else that could give you a problem when you leave there and head on a road trip. Great honest people and shop! Always remember you get what you pay for!!!!!

Auto Doctor has worked on my truck several times. It is a 2010 Ford F-350 diesel. Always done a good job and the price is right. Will satisfied with their work. Last time they worked on my truck was in March of this year and they did a great job. While they had it they busted my radiator and replaced it free of charge. Couldn't be happier with the service we received at Auto Doctor. My husband's truck died on the side of the road. They were there within fifteen minutes to tow us, and Grayson and his team quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed in a timely manner as well. The staff was communicative throughout the process, and quickly answered any questions. Returned today for a small issue we felt may be related to the repairs we'd had done. I want start by saying how amazing Grayson and his team is starting with their office staff. My experience with Auto Doctor Diesel & Repair was nothing short of incredible! They promised they would have my truck done and had it done two days prior to the promise date. I have found myself a new diesel shop that is honest and one that truly care about getting people vehicles back on the road. It’s hard to find the customer service they provided. The problem I experienced with my diesel DPF system was very trying. after much research and trial and error, Grayson and his assistants isolated and corrected the problem. I requested their services for roadside assistance to change a tire (gave us a good ETA, and arrived on time) BUT they went with malfunctioning equipment, and charged me for the time they took trying to fix their equipment to be able to change my tire. 3 hours of my time lost for a job that's done in 20 minutes and charged us $580 (not including a spare tire, which we had already). I will not call them again, I don't know about you.

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about this place. Brought my truck in for brake issues and needed it done fairly quickly as it’s a work truck. They messaged with a quote first thing in the morning then called to verify. They were very timely and knowledgeable and did very good work. Fixed the issue and explained what was going on and how to fix it. They had it done in the time frame I needed it and we’re great to work with. I highly recommend their services!

My sister Deborah Williams recommended them to me.I had a 2003 Trailblazer given to me it had sat over 5 years they toeed it fully checked and said it was fixable which they did a very good job and worked with me in a timely manner. They dont do repairs that arent needed I feel they are honedt and very capable in their work and ability, I day Grayson and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommended my son he broke down they came right away and did his steerig and other work they saw he needed at a good price and stand behind their work.
