I got a flat tire and they came to help so quickly. The service was fast, professional, and very helpful. They changed it to my spare tire with no issues. I’m so thankful for their help and definitely recommend them!
Mr. Eli went above and beyond tonight. As soon as dispatch sent him my information, he left and arrived in a timely manner to change my flat. He was efficient and had me on my way quickly. I am very grateful he went the extra mile and followed me back to Thomasville (even though I could only go 55mph on my donut) to ensure I got back to town safely. He could have gotten home much faster, but chose to drive slowly behind me.

They had one airline to change and said that they needed to change the whole 3in1 because he didn’t want to deal with putting the line back with the other airline and then actually charged for 5 hr and it only was less then 30 minutes. I understand they have to make money but 5 hours for $95 an hour. This was a ripoff.
We can’t thank Monte at Auto Doctor enough! While traveling with our young kids and 5th wheel, our truck broke down hours from home, leaving us in a really tough spot. Monte personally took the time, well past closing and right in the middle of their dinner, to make sure we weren’t left stranded. On top of that, he connected us with their son, a master mechanic, so we could get expert help or a plan in place. Monte & Laurie's generosity, care, and genuine concern for our family gave us peace when we needed it most. Auto Doctor is more than just a shop—they’re people who truly care. We’ll never forget how they blessed us!

While traveling several hours from home with our two small kids and towing our 5th wheel, our Ford F350 lost a turbo sensor and left us nearly stranded in Thomasville. We first called into dispatch and were connected with a mechanic, but when the issue went beyond his expertise, he immediately put us in touch with Monte directly. What a true Godsend he was to our family. Monte and his wife, Laurie, went above and beyond. Stepping away from their own dinner to connect with us and long after they had closed up shop just to make sure we had the help we needed or a plan in place. On top of that, Monte went the extra mile by connecting us with their son, Grayson who owns Auto Doctor Diesel and Repair. Their hospitality and kindness gave us peace of mind in what was a very stressful situation. They all treated us like family, and we will truly never forget their generosity and sacrifices they made to help our family. We highly recommend Auto Doctor to anyone in need of honest, dependable, and compassionate service!

I will definitely use auto doctor towing again and suggest it to anyone in need of this type of service, he came to the rescue ima very timely manner when others I contacted said 3hrs or longer;it only took James 20 minutes. I was very impressed with him.

This business is the biggest ripoff ever they charged me $800 to tow a trailer out of a ditch and tow it a quarter of a mile they sent inefficient equipment out there to do the job and then charge me because of it would not recommend them to anybody
U-haul didn’t update them that they were a day late and they sent another company. The owner was very rude and yelling at me as if I made the decision to have the truck picked up by another company. No good for friendly service
They picked my car up, towed it in, got it back up and running, then delivered it back to my house for me - same day! This was on a Monday after 2 other shops in town had told me they couldn't get to it until Thursday. Great, friendly, and fast service!
Dealing with car repairs can be expensive and stressful! My SUV stopped on me. I called to have it towed and worked on. The man who answered the phone was so nice and thanked me for calling. The tow truck driver arrived in 15 minutes and was nice as well. I was called within an hour, they found the problem and fixed it. The guy who called was knowledgeable and friendly. The lady at the front desk was so sweet. I was extremely pleased! Would definitely recommend this business.
