Called in at 9 o’clock had locked my keys in the trunk. She showed within 30 minutes and helped me get my keys out. Prices were very reasonable and she was on time with the timeframe given great woman right here.
I had an excellent experience with Horton’s Wrecker Service! Miranda came out at about 10:30pm to unlock my car after the sheriff’s department could not get it unlocked. My keys were in the trunk and she fished them out through the opening in my back seat. She had such a positive attitude and I will definitely be using Horton’s Wrecker Service for all my roadside assistance!

Customer service was excellent. They towed my car as part of my insurance road side assistance. They made sure I understood Geicos tow policy and even loosened my lug nuts so I could change my own tire in the morning.

We broke down in the middle of nowhere on a holiday weekend three hours from our home in Atlanta. We called several towing services who would not help us out before we were able to thankfully reach Miranda at Horton's. She was super professional and kind and took us all the way home to Atlanta and worked with us on pricing. And as a bonus she was quite pleasant company for the long ride as well. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Tonight we had our car take a dump on us between mcrae ga on our way home and we ended calling Horton's and they picked right up and took our info and not to long after we called , Miranda who was our amazing savior tonight she came out got us settled in to her truck as she went to work putting our car on her flatbed she was quick , and kinda funny , and all in all great at helping us in our time of need .

Stranded on a sleepy country road, we had a flat tire and the spare tire was flat. Miranda Horton was our hero. She got to us quickly, towed us to the gas station, gave us good advice where to get a new tire, and even brought dog treats for the pup. She made a bad situation much better—in fact, we truly enjoyed meeting her!
