I highly recommend this store.The store staff provides great customer service. Cortez is second to none. I really appreciate your willingness to change my battery and the extra step to check on a couple of other things (which turned out to be nothing). I was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service.The staff is not only friendly, but highly skilled. Give Cortez a raise.

I had a wonderful experience there earlier this evening. I was driving my car and all of a sudden the doors would not lock and one of my windows was down but would not go back up. I was frantic because I didn't know what was going on I stopped to the AutoZone on Tobacco Road and was greeted by this handsome young man by the name of Anthony. He came out and tested my battery and found out that I had a faulty battery. I want to send a shout out to him for the excellent customer service that he provided and he's only 16 years of age. The manager on duty when above and beyond to assist me and purchasing the right battery for my Infiniti QX60. I was blessed to come in the store tonight and encounter an excellent team. If you ever need any assistance and you're in this area make sure you stop in and ask for Anthony!

This is my favorite autozone location. The associates and managers are always helpful and friendly.

They have me the wrong part and were unable to get the correct one, however have a really old Dodge that was assembled at the end of the production for that model & some of the original parts are even older than my truck.

I originally went to the North Leg location to get a battery under warranty swapped out and was told they couldn’t help me. They directed me to this store where I was assisted by a very kind and helpful young man. I believe his name was Zachary. He took one look at my battery, said it would be an easy swap and got to work. It ended up being a little more difficult than anticipated due to some corrosion, but he never complained and got the job done quickly. Afterwards, I had a few more questions and he was instructed to clock out for lunch while assisting me. Even after he was off the clock, he stuck around to finish answering my questions and helped me find a part I needed that they weren’t able to provide and didn’t seem annoyed or make me feel rushed. Customer service like this is hard to come by and I appreciate his time and efforts today and I hope his management does as well.

This young man is such an awesome young man. He helped me with my battery. He explained everything he did as he was doing it. It's hard to find great customer service in young adults nowadays. Thank you Ezra, I have found a new auto parts store ❤️

Auto Zone store 944 Tobacco Road Hephzibah Ga. Gerald was so helpful. He put in the bulb for my Jeep. The Jeep place wanted to charge me $150.00 to put my bulb in. They told me that they would have to take off the bumper in order to change my bulb. I am so grateful. I pray God will continue to bless him and your store for the great customer service. Needed a security bit to change my tag out. They didn't have one, but did manage to get the tag off and new tag on! Great customer service and great and helpful employees!

Needed DEF for a generator. They had plenty. This was during the week when parts of Augusta had no power after the hurricane. I was really glad they were open. Quick service and the counter person helped me carry the boxes to my truck. Great service.

First as a military personnel I would like to shout out Briana for helping my mother change the battery in my Lexus. Then to Richard please leave that young lady alone. I’m forward in a training and really appreciated your employee for being able to knock out the task.

I went to AutoZone 110 on Tobacco Rd Hephzibah GA. I actually accidentally came here I don't shop here shop normally. I came to AutoZone to get a second opinion on my battery and on Monday or Tuesday this week I had the pleasure of being helped by a very experienced customer service called Ezra. He went above and beyond. Also today I was again helped by Ezra. A Mr. Lee contacted me and said he could not find my original review. Not my usual brand store for parts but they close an hour later and I'm glad they do. Fast, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Might be time for a new brand to give my loyalty a trial run.

I came in to have my vehicle tested due to the check engine light coming on. Gabe was polite and proficient. He assisted me with checking the vehicle and giving me a print of diagnostic. Greatly appreciated

There is a young man named Jaquan Dawson that works at this location. From the time I stepped in the store, I watched as he helped customer after customer with the most amazing service and attitude I have seen in a long time. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and working hard to help each person get what they need. He even replaced my battery for me. He was not running away from work like some people do, but instead looking for how he could help solve problems. That kind of service is rare these days. Because of his amazing customer service, I will be coming to this AutoZone for everything I need from now on.

Arrived to store at 8:53p.m., the store isn't scheduled to close until 9p.m. The worker and manager would not allow anyone to come in. When we arrived, there was already people standing at the door requesting to go in just to purchase antifreeze for their car in order to get home. However, they were turned away. We were turned away as well. When I asked why, the salesman just kept repeating "store's closed". For 5 minutes he stood there turning people away instead of working.

Not impressed. I knew more about a battery replacement than they did. They did look it up & decided 45 minutes was too long because my Nissan needed a memory saver. No interest, no equipment. Just not helpful or inspiring a lot of confidence.

Location is good. Inside the building is clean. Workers are quick to assist. They're kind and helped us replace our battery, as well as ran a few tests to make sure everything was good at no extra cost. Would recommend coming here.

Great service! They replaced my windshield wipers on my old 2007 Silverado. It took about 15 minutes because it was difficult to figure out, but they got it done. Oh my, I see rain ? clouds. Replaced just in time!

Very professional and courteous. I was not able to find what I need but the crew was pleasant to work with. Perhaps someone else can help me locate a engine wiring harness for a 1993 Ford E350 460 V-8 7.5 Liter engine. The rats have made a nest and a mess out of my 30' Dutchman motorhome.
