Fellow that was working was great. And, just to mention, it was closing on a Sunday and a man came in as we were leaving and this employee stayed open because of what he had spoken with the customer about previously in the day. His response, “I’m not going to leave you hanging.” You could see he wanted to go home but he opted to be kind and help out a man. This is the definition of Do Better. Kudos!!

Employees Gray and Jamie were outstanding helping us we were in need of tires and what a blessing it was to apply for a tires plus card for the tires. The wait time was minimum and we want everyone to come here for all their car needs. Excellent, outstanding and professional service.

I had a very good experience at tire place today from the receptionist that took my car and my information to the person that changed the oil to the person that checked me out everyone was really friendly. The service was really good and the price was excellent. I would come here again. I’ve been coming for a while and I would again and tell anyone that I need any type of car service that they come here also.

Horrible customer service horrible communication. Made an appointment 2 days prior brought the car up 30min early was told it would take about an hour. Call back 2.5 hrs later and was told the part isn’t in the store yet so it won’t be completed until 5 hrs after my appointment. When asked why I wasn’t told that the part had to be order when I dropped the car off the manager (Daniel) couldn’t give me an answer even tho he was the one I spoke to and gave me the information at drop off he was rude and snippy he was not apologetic and would only say he will call when the car is ready and hung up on me! This is the 2nd tires plus I’ve been to in the area… same horrible service. Some how there always seems to be reason after reason why more things need to be added on and more things are messed up!!! Their prices are asinine!!!

I went to this Tire Plus for a simple tire leak repair and wheel balance that they told me was covered under warranty since I just bought my tires from them earlier this year. When I dropped my truck off, I told them I had patched the tire myself and they confirmed it was still under warranty. But when I came back to pick it up, they suddenly changed their story and said it wasn’t covered anymore.
The mechanic, Pedro, tried to upsell me on things that were flat out untrue. He told me I “needed an oil change,” even though I had one done 3 weeks ago and still had 800 miles left before the next service. After I showed him the proof on my dash, he backpedaled and said, “well, it’s getting close,” which made no sense. He also claimed my brake pads were “installed backwards,” which also doesn’t make sense but at that point gave them the benefit of the doubt, over the phone they told me it was $140 to “fix” yet when I came to pick it up they charged me $174 to switch around my brake pads.
When I asked the manager, Jamie, for a district manager’s contact to report the situation, she told me “we don’t have one,” which is obviously not true for a corporate Tire Plus??. And when she didn’t like being questioned about the inconsistent information, she got rude, unprofessional, and even insulted me personally.
This place is unprofessional, they are scam artist, if you go in with something under warranty they will do anything to try and get money out of you. They’re compulsive liars I wouldn’t trust hem with anything. Avoid it at all costs. If tire plus upper management sees theirs I would still like to talk to a district or area manager that James claims “doesn’t exist”Nov 18, 2025 -
ABSOLUTELY 0/10!!! Sold us OLD tires made in 2023 that have weather cracking!! They have old valve stems in their inventory as well!! The employees are rude and basically have no idea what they are doing!! Caused an oil leak on my Subaru by OVER TORQUING the drain plug and cracked the washer!! AND STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR AN OUL CHANGE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! Go to peach orchard location instead!! If I could give 0 stars I sure would! Absolute garbage!!!

I just wanted to say how awesome and incredible Nathan was. He was able to get my vehicle in and notified me that there was more issues then what I thought there was. He was very helpful and explained everything to me, and told me what I needed and didn't need but told me that for my safety and my family’s safety to come back when I could to get other things worked on and not once did he push me into getting things done. I just wanna thank him and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle because they took there time witch I appreciate and they took good care of my vehicle. I will be back that’s for sure.

I had new shocks struts and tires installed at the Robert C. Daniel location. Everything was done in a timely manner with pride and precision my 2021 honda accord drives like new again I appreciate Nathan, Jamie and the whole team

Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the awesome quality! The work on my vehicle got done quickly and to perfection. The manager, Danny, is super friendly and was very helpful. I'll be returning for all of my future maintenance needs!

In for my tire rotation and balancing, the service was performed in a reasonable amount of time. I waited while the service was being performed. The lounge was quiet. The chairs are in need of repair or replacement, noted many crackles in the material of the seats. Overall I had a good experience.

They are the worst. Wait times for service are always super long even with a scheduled appointment. I only came for a tire patch and rotation. They move slow as molasses , so Be prepared to spend half of your day here.

The work was not completed but I have been charged for work not completed. The tire sensors light need to be re-calibrated and has not been done. They knew their equipment was not working to perform the recalibration and I should have been told this before they performed the work so I would have taken my vehicle to another location. I keep calling because the light for the tire sensor is still on. I keep being told the piece of equipment is not in that they need and I get no follow-up calls on when the work will be completed. It has been a week now and the tire light is still on with no phone calls giving me an update. The work was performed at the R.C. Daniels location. I have been charged over $400 for this work for a job that has not been completed. I feel like I am getting the runaround from these people at this location.

One of my lug nuts became damaged beyond repair after a tire rotation at another establishment. No one’s fault, just bad metal. I hauled the mail over to TiresPlus and walked in at 6:45 (they close at 7) hoping against hope that they might have a replacement.
Lo and behold the two gentlemen there, Gray and Tyler, quickly found a replacement for me, mounted the lug nut, torqued it down and wished me a good evening.
Those two guys are the absolute salt of the earth. I cannot sing Gray and Tyler’s praises loud enough. They completely saved the day.
TiresPlus has always gone above and beyond in taking care of me, but this took it into the stratosphere.
This is the only establishment I will patronize when in need of tire / wheel services.
If you want it done right, you come here.

I found myself in Augusta due to the fact that my dad was transferred via ambulance to a local hospital. I was taking my mom for supper her first meal of the day after a more than stressful and exhausting time of sitting in two different hospitals all day when I heard a "tick tick tick" noise coming from one of my tires. I pulled over quickly to assess the damages only to find a screw in my tire. I was devastated. We were across town from the hospital in a town we aren't very familiar with over an hour from home. I did a quick google search to find I was only half a mile from Tires Plus on Robert C Daniel Parkway yet, I could see they were closing in less than 10 minutes. I hurried over and ran inside to ask for any help they could offer or any reference for someone else who may still be open. I was met by Daniel who was more than kind. He heard me out and offered to take a look. He quickly realized the screw I'd picked up was tiny in length and most likely had not actually penetrated the tires due to the fact that the light wasn't on for tire pressure on the dash. He offered to take it out and naturally I was apprehensive because he had no one else there to repair the tire if a leak started. He used the needle nose pliers with the spray and moved it ever so cautiously checking to be certain no leak started. He was right, the screw did end up being tiny and he had us on our way in no time. Daniel was such a blessing to us in a true time of need. Thank you for employing thoughtful, knowledgeable, and caring employees.

I have never filed a complaint against a business until today.
On Aug. 2nd, I visited this location for an oil change and tire rotation, but your team recommended replacing the air filter as well, which I approved. On August 17th, my check engine light came on. I went to an auto parts store where the diagnostic test indicated a faulty mass airflow sensor. I purchased the part, replaced it myself, and while doing so, noticed that my air filter compartment did not look right.
Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the wrong size air filter had been forced into the compartment. One side was clipped shut, but the other side was left open. This meant the compartment was never properly sealed. I immediately purchased the correct air filter and installed it because I did not feel safe driving with the improper installation.
On August 18, I returned to your store to report the issue. The manager, Jaime, acknowledged that an incorrectly installed air filter could damage the mass airflow sensor. She also stated she would discuss a possible refund for my parts with the manager. However, when I called back for an update, I was told I would not be refunded or compensated because I did not give your shop the chance to fix the issue.
The problem with this reasoning is that I was not aware the air filter compartment was left open until after my check engine light came on, after I purchased and replaced the sensor, and after I removed the incorrectly sized filter myself. At no point would I have thought to return for a correction, because I trusted that the job was done properly in the first place.
The fact remains that your mechanic knowingly installed the wrong air filter, left the compartment unsecured, and allowed me to drive away with my car in that condition. This negligence directly caused additional expenses for me.
This experience has left me with no confidence in this location.Aug 20, 2025 -
Came in to get a tire replaced because it had a nail in the sidewall. Luckily the warranty still covered it so I didn’t have to pay anything. The service was fast and the staff were very professional

would not recommend this location they had my car for almost 3 hours for just an alignment, mind you I had an appointment which in augusta seems to mean just a suggestion doesn't mean the actual time they will work on your car. They never did the work and could have cared less that half my day was waiting for work that was never done. Very unprofessional with not providing any updates other then it would be 30-40 mins to do but they were busy so give them 60-90 mins. When I showed up 3 hrs later how convenient my car was up next. I took my keys and left with nothing being done. I would NEVER recommend this shop!!! Worst experience!!!

When I visited Tires Plus today, I received phenomenal customer service from Mr. Nathan and Mr. Jason. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they both demonstrated a great knowledge of what would be best for me and my vehicle. I truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and excellent service. I had an 11:00 AM appointment but was told there would be at least a 2-hour wait. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not honored?
On top of that, the lobby was filthy — trash on the floor, flies and bugs everywhere. It was genuinely uncomfortable to sit and wait in such an unsanitary environment. Completely unacceptable.Jun 26, 2025 -
Dropped our vehicle off at 7:20am for an 8 am appt with morning preference pickup. I called the shop a little after 12 noon for a status update & was told that they would get to my vehicle shortly “ obviously we had a lot of alignments to do this morning”. It’s now 2:48p and I had to call back yet again for a status update only to be told that they’ve completed a partial alignment due to one side needing a tire rod and that they’ve been trying to work on it for 2 hours. The unprofessionalism & lack of communication, not reaching out to inform me of what was going on & ask how I’d like to move forward and then to have an 8am appt & it’s 3pm and not have a complete job done is absurd. What am I to do with a partial alignment? Never again will I use this location for business.

Everything went good until I got home and realized that all except 1 of my rims were damaged. I immediately called to let them know what was going on i spoke to Jason and I was told that my car was already like that when I brought in which it wasnt and was also told there was no way they damaged my rims when taking my tires off. I had only had the car 2 weeks before I took it to them. I did take my car back up there to show them what I was talking about but they took so long to come to the front counter that I just ended up leaving because there were 3 other people waiting and I had to go to work. The fact that the guy Jason laughed st the situation and completely acted as if he didn't care about my concerns is what pissed me off. I never went back or called again

Absolutely amazing customer service, the car we took in was an absolute beater, 2008 Honda fit with 206k miles that’s been through 3 deer and held together by zip ties and hopes and dreams, that did not stop Jason and Steven and the team at the Robert c Daniel jr tires plus from making sure we were taken care of, my family was going through a loss at the time and Jason was very understanding and sentimental about, extremely professional and friendly and I can assure you this will be the only place I take not only my Honda fit but also my 2020 corvette. Amazing customer service you guys, we really do greatly appreciate everything you did for us.

I went there April 25th stay for about for 45 minutes for my car to do the same thing. Went back Monday April 28th was there for about 45 minutes again and the car is doing the same thing. I paid $210. I was supposed to have my tires balanced and rotate. I also asked for an alignment. I got neither. I am just got out of $200. I will never give to any tire plus again.

Very disappointed with the service at the Robert C Daniel Pkwy location.
I scheduled an appointment through the Tires Plus website to have a tire I already purchased installed. I’ve done this before at another location without issue, so I didn’t think it would be a problem.
When I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, I was told they do not install outside tires at that location. There was no sign, no mention of this on the website, and no courtesy call or email to cancel or clarify the policy ahead of time. Worst of all, no apology was offered. The attitude was as if I should’ve already known.
If certain locations don’t accept outside tires, that should be clearly stated on the website or during the appointment booking process. A little communication and basic customer service would have gone a long way.Apr 12, 2025 -
Had a flat tire at 5:59 p.m.! Tires Plus closes at 6:00 p.m. I explained to them my situation and Jason, the supervisor, acted without question. He was very understanding along with the gentlemen that were with him. Keep in mind, these guys just finished a long day of work and I’m sure had the weekend thoughts running in their mind. Needless to say, the staff at Tires Plus had me out the door in 20 minutes tops and after hours! I’m very glad such people exist in the automotive industry! Thanks again guys! Definitely will be seeing you guys next time it is needed!

My front tire was on its way to being flat. The store was quite busy so I did not expect to be seen quickly. I was greeted with excellent customer service by the manager and staff upon entering the store. They did a quick inspection of my tire and confirmed there was a spot leaking air. They were able to patch the tire and get me in and out very quickly despite how busy they were. They made me feel like my business was valued even for a small repair. They even explained the benefits of one of their credit cards should I need any other repairs in the future. I highly recommend them!

It was about 4:45 PM and I picked up something in my tire right there in the Target parking lot. It left me with a pretty fast leak so I gave them a call despite it saying online that they closed at 5. The guy told me to bring it in that it wouldn't be a problem. They looked at the tire and told me they couldn't patch it, so there wouldn't be a charge but they put my spare on for free. Great guys!

I set up an appointment via the app and it was confirmed. When I arrived at the 7:00AM appointment time there was not a technician capable of the service I required on hand. The person at the desk said she tried to call me, but I received no call. She said a tech would be in at 8:00AM. No big deal as I had the time, and she did improve my discount! The vehicle was not pulled into the garage until 8:30AM or later. The technician that did work on my vehicle had worked on it before and was top notch! I always have been able to discuss my vehicle and the repairs/services I am receiving, and he is knowledgeable and thorough. Overall satisfied with the service performed just not the 3.5 hours it took to get it done while I waited.

I am sharing a review from 4/9/24. I made an appointment online to check on a leaking front right tire. The service was AMAZING from beginning to end. I was told that there would be a wait…I left the car to be looked at. Within one hour I received a call that the tire had been repaired and that my car was ready. The HONESTY that Manager displayed was greatly appreciated! I continue to send customers to this location when they are looking for an honest and amazing customer service experience! THANK YOU!

I spent four and a half hours to get four new tires put on my car. That is way too long. And I had an appointment too.
I will say they eventually got the tires on there. But there is no way I would ever suggest you go to tires plus. They just take way too long.Jan 23, 2024
