Thank you JEFF. He drove VERY FAR! Around 90 miles to make sure that our tire was changed. I thank him for going out his way to ensure that we got to our destination safely.
I spent all day calling around to get a new tire on my RV. These guys did an awesome job was here in no time was wonderful to us and we have our Rv back on the road. As a campground host I sent their contact information to our ranger and I will be sharing it with other managers and rangers. Now I know who to call to help with our RV when there is an issue 356 stars would call them again and again we are so so happy with the service that will be sharing their information with any guest that needs help.
I woke up to a dead battery and had to get my son to his game. Triple A was running 90 minutes. Called Bennie's for a jump. Young lady arrived within 30 minutes and had me on my way.
Whoever Jeff is.... Hats off to ya... wife had a flat at work... calling around for a solution... When his techs got tied up... he called and went to see the problem himself... fixed the tire, saved us hundreds of $$$ on any of the other options we had to decide from... it was quick... my wife didn't miss any work... a heart felt THANK YOU!!! When I called and asked for help the young man was to our rescue. He was so nice and caring. He was punctual, knowledgeable, dependable, and most of all respectful. I would definitely use this company again, because he was a 10 for us.

Tire went out on the way to work this morning. Bennie’s was the only place to pick up the phone. Jeff ended up coming out and helping me. Was very efficient and friendly. I got a brand new tire and it is working great. Definitely would call them up again.
I had full belief in these guys because I had work done before…I was approached by the workers…One of the guys kept saying about how expensive my car was and how expensive the tire is…They over charged me and try to do a half way job with it. Once I showed my disapproval of the job they did…They told me they would replace it…Me being a disabled veteran…they felt like they could take advantage of me…making me wait for days to replace my tire …after waiting I asked for a refund and they got mad at me for exposing that my tire wasn’t hard to find and the service was horrible…(check out the pictures of their work) I walked inside to pay for the work they did…by the time I walked out…They left unexpectedly…I just want my refund…
It was late & cold when I got a flat tire, I called Bennie's & they was there within an hour to save the day. He was kind, & efficient, & fast. I'd definitely recommend their services, & if I have another issue I know who to call. Thanks again!
This company was great. I got stuck in Augusta right after Hurricane Helene came through. There was no power or gas anywhere in the city. Bennie's came to my rescue and I will forever appreciate them for delivering gas so that my family and I could resume our travels. Thank you Bennie's!!!
I’ve utilized their services on two occasions for a flat tire, and each time they arrived in less than an hour. Their efficiency in changing the tire was remarkable, completing the task in just a few minutes. I highly recommend them for their prompt and professional service.
Incredible experience with Bennie's. I have AAA roadside assistance. I Called them for an issue that required immediate service this past Sunday evening. 3 hours later, and no action, I called Bennie's. Jeff answered, and in 20 minutes, he arrived and repaired an issue for my mother's car. This was all done over a phone call as my mothers lives several hours away. Jeff updated me along the way, and I felt very comfortable with what I would be expecting based on the reviews left so far. Jeff's genuine and welcoming nature assured me I was in the right place. He repaired the immediate issue , and the following day, replaced the tire completely. This is a great representation of incredible customer service. Thank you for doing what my AAA roadside assistance couldn't pull off.
I was on my way home from Lexington, SC visiting family when I caught an unexpected flat tire near the town of Aiken, SC. I had to pull off the Aiken exit before I completely lost air and just so happen to have a place to park in a closed Volunteer Fire Station. Every tire place shut down at 6pm and AAA never showed up. We just so happen to luck up on Bennie’s Mobile Tire & Service after being stranded for hours. Jeff initially answered the phone and was willing to get someone out to us from Augusta, Ga to fix our flat but he ended up having to come out himself. Upon arrival the new tire turned out to be faulty which was a bit frustrating in the moment because we were really hoping we could get back on the road… but the thing that I really RESPECT about Jeff is that upon discovering the tire issue he promised us that he would drive straight to Augusta and back to ensure we got home that night. He held his word and did EXACTLY that. Even though we had to wait another hour and some change at this point, it was about midnight Jeff came back and fixed us up in no time. My sister and I were able to make it back to Atlanta safely because of this guy, after being stuck in a town where we couldn’t even find an Uber to come out. JEFF IS THE MAN!! THANK YOU
We had a blow out on I20 and it took almost 3hrs for them to get there and talk to the dispatch person he kept switching prices and kept switching the arrival time and it was a total mess very unprofessional and so I had to get unprofessional with him. The guys that came out were very pleasant but we didn’t get the tire because I got very upset with the dispatcher because he was trying to come with another price . Never again
We traveled from California to South Carolina for my 30th birthday and we rented a car for the week. We were driving to Georgia for our first stop when our back tire started slowly leaking. Of course it’s Memorial Day weekend so the rental company closed early and I had no idea what to do being so far from what I’m used to. I found Benny’s Tires on Google and was met on the other side of the phone by Jeff. I explained what was going on and he went above and beyond for us. He was out to us himself within 30 minutes to save the day. He was very quick and efficient and one of the nicest most genuine people I’ve met. Thanks Jeff!
First ever Google review for anything. I was left stranded with my wife on the side of the road until the manager himself showed up on time. As, he was putting on the tire he was very thorough through the whole process and provided Excellent customer service which is extremely hard to find now a days. Thank you again A+!
I can't say enough about this company and Jeff for taking care of me. He was so kind, reassuring and made me feel so comfortable. I had a flat at night and no one to change my tire. Was traveling from Columbia, SC to Southeastern GA and stopped in Augusta. Without warning my car would not start or even jump off. My battery was completely shot. Called Bennie's and they came out within the time promised and got me back going. Jeff provided excellent service and saved the day! 5/5 stars Highly recommend
Terrible! Would not call them again. They placed the wrong sized tire on my dumptruck which ended up costing about $6k in damages. The "owner" was never available to speak with me or even reimburse a fraction($500) of what was paid. One day the story was his mother passed, the next time was he was in the hospital, after that the owner just didn't show. Personally i feel the "owner" was the person I was speaking to the entire time. Mind you I paid slightly more than $900 to have them come out and only asking for $500 back to be done.
Also, I even asked for the recording, because I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking " maybe I did make a mistake and ordered the wrong tire, l". To my surprise, they couldn't find the recording (big surprise right). Had they found the recording, and showed me that I ordered that size tire, I would've been okay with it and left it at that.
I'm no mechanic, but does that tire on the picture look right?
Both my vehicles were a no start for days; one would just power down while driving on the hwy and I couldn't get to the grocery store nor the bank was just stuck on the shoulder of the road which left me depressed & discouraged. I reached out to Jeff and he came out in a reasonable amount of time and got under the hoods and said he will fix the problem so that both vehicles will drive well. And now they are driving wonderfully, problem free.

Jeff and Michael came out to patch up a flat due to a screw, and they did a fantastic job. Excellent service, very communicative, reasonable price (130 for them to come out to you and fix it, cheaper if you can make it to the store), and friendly. 10/10 would recommend
I would give 10 stars if I could. These Guys are extremely professional and prompt with providing roadside assistance. Chris was absolutely AMAZING and polite. Took great care of us on 2 occasions. Much respect to James as well for handling the calls and providing a solution for my situation. Great job guys
Had an issue with a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. Couldn’t get the tire off because we didn’t have the correct lug nut key, and Chris was able to help! He was so honest and kind, even talking us through what he was doing the entire process. James called back about ten minutes after we finished up and confirmed that we were set and the service was good. All around a great experience and we are grateful for people and companies like this!
Outstanding service. I called by phone on Sunday afternoon. The dispatcher gave me an estimated quote for both service at their business location and service on-site at my vehicle location. I drove to the business location, arrived, and was promptly and professionally greeted. A younger man initial helped me, who was quickly supported by a more experienced worker. Within 10 minutes, they had fixed (plugged) my tire and had me on my way. I couldn't be more pleased. (This was a great experience, especially after calling at least four other "name brand" tire shops in the area who all said they couldn't squeeze me in today.) Bennie's Mobile Tire & Roadside Service saved me both time and money. I will return for any tire repair needs in the future.
