So I went loves truck repair shop in Georgia, after the estimate they didn't notice any leaks ....said defective coolant sensor that was shutting down my engine but they where booked till Tuesday so I called local mechanic and they tow my truck to their shop , and now they say my water pump is leaking so ok im like how come guy from the loves didn't noticed that but ok im like ok just lets do it im late to deliver my load already for Wednesday, now after they finished installing my water pump , they sending me video recorded on the cell phone that the radiator is spraying antifreeze, I just took it to different mechanic asap and he showed me radiator was punctured by something, watch out guys ,....!!!!
Our trailer was losing air, and after calling several places, we unfortunately contacted this service.
A mechanic arrived and spent two hours on-site only to inform us that he was unable to resolve the issue and that we would need to bring the truck and trailer to his shop for further "diagnosis." When we attempted to speak with the mechanic directly by calling your main line, we were told by a dispatcher that she could not connect us with him.
Just a typical highway robbery, and it was certainly the worst roadside assistance encounter we've had in a long time. I strongly advise others to avoid your service.
Lopas saved one or Clients who was stuck by the side of the Interstate with a blown tire. He was speedy, professional and polite. Thank you for the help Lopas.
Very Unhappy with Service Received - or rather NOT Received
Called these people at 230 PM to do a call out to rescue one of my drivers sitting road side. I was told they could handle the job and would have a tech on site within 1-1.5 hours so I left it in their hands. At 5 PM, my driver calls me and tells me no one had shown up. I called and spoke with their service team again to get an update on when the tech would be arriving and was told that they tried to call the driver, couldn't reach him, so apparently they went off and did other things. As it is now after 5 PM, their techs were off the clock and they had no one to send.
This leaves me holding the bag at 5PM (now it's after hours), with a truck/driver that has now been down since 2PM, still not fixed.......and NOW I have to start cold calling in the hopes of finding SOMEONE else that can do an after hours road call to help this guy.
Very disappointed that no one at C&A took the initiative to call me directly when they could not reach the driver and they've left me in this situation today.
Very poorly handled
Very bad experience people are very ignorant 1hr job charged 2 hr open the wheel hug clean and put new grease. Didn't torque my wheels. When I asked them to do it the supervisor was looking at my face and tell me that's is that. Such a place
Kris went above and beyond!! My drive shaft on my tandem Dumptruck broke while fully loaded with asphalt. Kris showed up within an hour, towed me to the asphalt plant to dump the load and then he towed me to a shop. Probably took about 3 1/2- 4 hours total. Very reliable, great customer service, I would recommend to anyone and will be using C&A for all my future towing/mobile repair needs.
Kenny was awesome. I needed him to come out and move a Uhaul out the yard. He did it in no time. Awesome customer service. I definitely recommend their service.
Truck died through the night. Someone either stole fuel from my passenger tank or my equalizer valve is bad. Either way. After trying to start my truck my batteries ran dead. Called these guys and they showed up immediately and had me going in a jiffy. Will use them again if I'm in the area and need any service. Definitely recommend.
Jorge and Kenny came out to tow me, both were very helpful and treated me with the utmost respect.....It's just good to know that there still are some good people out here.....I highly recommend C&A for every reason a trucker needs.....
C & A Mobile Repair was a blessing today, as I was traveling on I 20 heading east I began to hear an air leak on my tractor, so I pulled into a truck stop to safely assess the situation and realize I had a major air leak somewhere, I called this company to see if they were available for repairs and the receptionist was very helpful and she got me a mechanic right away. I spoke to Lopez my mechanic on the phone and we arranged for him to come out to help me with my air leak, which I might say he is a very Knowledgeable and friendly person and he got the truck repaired within minutes. I really appreciate the mom & pop businesses because they don’t take advantage of their customers and they prioritize the issue at hand. I’ve waited at a loves truck stop for a tire repair for 10 hours, but companies like C & A mobile repair truly care about their customers especially truck drivers who need them constantly, I recommend this company to anyone who is in Augusta, Georgia area if they ever need any repairs Five star service for sure.

The gentlemen and ladies at C&A are top-notch people. Broke-down and low on funds, I was unable to pay for services to repair my rear differential. These kind folks provided me with a location to repair my truck, meals for the time, repair guidance, and I even borrowed a few tools. One guy even clocked out to drive me around to collect parts. Not one time did I ever hear a negative word spoken by any employee, and everyone was happy to be at work. Thank you C&A.
The tow driver just ran thru a red light on Gordon hwy. He was running super fast. I am glad no one was there he would destroyed a car. How irresponsible this company must be. I would never them for my towing needs. Wow. He would have killed someone. He was going at least 90 thru an intersection.
The drivers for this company are truly amazing. My husband and I got a flat tire in Augusta and had to pull over. The scissor jack that came in the vehicle bent and the SUV had fallen off. Two of their drivers happened to find us right when this happened and came and helped us out by lifting the vehicle so we could put the spare on. I wish I had gotten their names. They really saved us. Thank you so much.
I was involved in a wreck that totaled my car last week. I have never been in a situation like this and had no idea on what to do. My car was brought to this business I called and miss Bonnie told me everything I needed to do. Great people. We were broke down in Columbia on Fathers Day and called Cliff. He came all the way to Columbia SC to pick up my husband and our motorhome and brought them back to Augusta. Most places wouldn’t do that. He also fixed our motorhome in a timely manner (one week because parts had to be ordered) so we can get back on the road to take our son racing. Wonderful people and highly recommend! Can’t say enough of how much we appreciate this business.

This review is not towards the company and the services they provide but towards the drivers they have with their flat back towing vehicles. Reckless driving, speeding through neighborhoods, and almost causing an accident. Please get your drivers under control before they cause and accident or worse.
I was backing out my driveway with my daughter the back seat and the driver came whipping around a turn without stopping for the sign and caused me to slam on my brakes. If I hadn’t been paying attention he would have slammed into the back of my vehicle.
Well it's not much to say other than the guys that worked there were very helpful and it didn't take long to get in and get out that's good customer service for me

I talk to a friend today and heard he had the same experiences that I have had at C & A their service I have been happy with, but I will not leave my person vehicle there while I out on the road. My car was broken into last year and I had my personal items taken to. Biggest problem, no one knew someone had been broken into it and it had rain hard for two days. My deductible was $1000.00 so I had to take the loss. My car has had a musty smell ever since and I had the car/padding taken to dry, did not work. I will use them for service, my vehicle will never be park there over night. I have had to pay for a uber to get to my truck. Uber driver doesn't want to go into the area at night. It is a totally dark lot!
This is where my company has us park our trucks.The service is good, but not a safe place to park your truck/trailer. My personal truck was broken into and I had over $1600.00 in items stolen. This area is a very bad area and gate is never lock along with no lighting. You need to do you truck pre-trip, but you do not feel safe in the area. So you want to just jump in and drive it to a safe location then do it. Not the correct way to do it. My company needs to have a different storage location. I still would take it there for service. Just not leave you personal vehicle there.
Sent a driver in for a hole on top of trailer, being refused from a shipper. We called C & A on a recommendation from another carrier and they told us to send the driver in. They had us in and out in less than 2 hours and our trailer was able to get loaded. Good work and thank you C & A team!
Amazing service broke down because the belt tensioner broke on the semi they promptly picked up my loaded trailer and tractor. Wrecker driver that towed the tractor was amazing and an excellent driver, very knowledgeable in his field. My truck was fixed promply the following morning, putting me back on the road in excellent time. I would highly recommend then A++ service

Outstanding towing service! We use them on a monthly basis for all of our heavy towing needs and they are always super responsive and on time. Easy to do business with and they do excellent work. Have used the shop several times as well and work is always don’t quickly and as advertised.
Cliff and his guys at C&A have taken very good care of us and our dump trucks. They always go above and beyond to make sure our trucks are in good running order before sending them out the door. They also have a quick turnaround time, which gets us back on the road MUCH quicker than anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
