Changing a tire that’s a little over 100lbs I’m sure is not easy! Especially on the interstate with cars speeding past. Thank you Traci for your hard work and dedication to get it done in a timely manner. Truly thankful for you & this company. Job well done!
They have a minimum charge of 2 hours and a call out of $80 i needed a jump start and they changed me $350. Not a problem at all for me. When they jump started it, something did go wrong and that caused the system to fault, the windshield wipers came on and it got alot of error message on my dashboard, the batteries went up all the way to 18.5v, that cause problem in my system and now eveytime my truck turns off i have to jump start it. I called them to tell them about this problem they said "we will charge you again for 2 hours of labor to come back out ($135/hour). Really bad people will not recommend at all. And Ricky the mechanic said that"18.5v is fine and he got alot of trucks that high and nothing happened". With Simple to no understanding of electric system , when the system say 12v getting it to 18.5v will damage the system. Please be mindful that I let the truck run for 5 hours after he jump start it.
Great place and service. Logan and his team were able to repair my truck in a timely manner to get me back on the road and make my delivery on time. Very efficient. Discussed any issues found. Very reasonable. Highly recommend them!
Tracy came out to me in North Augusta tonight when I had some road debris sever a couple of my trailer's air lines. He arrived earlier than the original estimate and had all the equipment to get the repair done on the spot. From the time I broke down to the time I pulled away with fully repaired air lines was under 2 hours. Can't ask for better service than that.

Had an awesome experience with CNA Mobile Repairs! I was stranded with a car issue, and George came to the rescue—towed my car fast and kept me laughing the whole time. I’m convinced he secretly moonlights as a stand-up comedian. His jokes were so good I almost forgot my car was broken… almost. Highly recommend!

I had to get back to Texas I was in Augusta Georgia. I need a tires for my drive Van. They quoted eight tires at a very good price. The technician Micheal Rogers that’s in the Trailer Shop took my tires off and had them on in no time and I was back on the road C&A mobile repair is a great place to come get your work done. I had a great experience with the technician side and the service rider side.
Whoever answers the phone needs a new job. Puts someone on hold to answer all other calls to get back after 5 minutes to say they don't handle that type of call is horrific. Bad service
I got them to work on my f250 and all was good I went to pay and pick up my truck and after I paid the bill they went to go get my truck to find out it was stolen not only that they have yet to say anything call me backi I found out at 830 it's now almost 2 I feel if they really cared it wouldnt take 5 hours to contact and try and do something instead of leaving them with nothing i mean no refund for the work I paid for no phone call from boss to at least try work through it to make it worst if they didn't leave the key in in sitting out front all weekend it probably still be there and to follow up on this hole thing after missing a week of work the police find my truck and give it back full of trash and radio, speakers, amp, all stolen out of it so they decide to give me my truck back and 1100$ then proceed to wait about a week. Call me ask me if I was happy and was I happy with my truck. Then, they decided in the same conversation to ask me if I would take this review down. No, i'm not happy.No, I will not take this review down.Am I glad my truck was found? That has nothing to do with c.&a that's the police doing their job my truck wouldn't even have been stolen if they would have not left the keys in my truck for entire weekend in the Ignition. With the gate wide open not to mention through the entire experience, they were rude and left young red at any occasion that they could. I feel that if anyone gets to be rude or mad in this situation, it should be me. Then, after everything i've been through with these guys, you asked me to take my review down to hide this from your customers or future customers.I will not i would honestly leave a lower view than one but this review will not let me give anything less if you truly care about your vehicle and want it taken care of do not go here, did they fire the guy to lift the keys in my vehicle?No, that means that the same thing can happen to you.And anyone else that goes here, if you truly want your vehicle taken care of go to mendit diesel 2318 edge field highway the only reason I didn't go there this time because I'll live a little further away. And I wanted something closer, do not make the same mistake I did go a little bit further, for way, better quality and way better work.
So I went loves truck repair shop in Georgia, after the estimate they didn't notice any leaks ....said defective coolant sensor that was shutting down my engine but they where booked till Tuesday so I called local mechanic and they tow my truck to their shop , and now they say my water pump is leaking so ok im like how come guy from the loves didn't noticed that but ok im like ok just lets do it im late to deliver my load already for Wednesday, now after they finished installing my water pump , they sending me video recorded on the cell phone that the radiator is spraying antifreeze, I just took it to different mechanic asap and he showed me radiator was punctured by something, watch out guys ,....!!!!
Our trailer was losing air, and after calling several places, we unfortunately contacted this service. A mechanic arrived and spent two hours on-site only to inform us that he was unable to resolve the issue and that we would need to bring the truck and trailer to his shop for further "diagnosis." When we attempted to speak with the mechanic directly by calling your main line, we were told by a dispatcher that she could not connect us with him.
Just a typical highway robbery, and it was certainly the worst roadside assistance encounter we've had in a long time. I strongly advise others to avoid your service.
C & A Mobile Repair was a blessing today, as I was traveling on I 20 heading east I began to hear an air leak on my tractor, so I pulled into a truck stop to safely assess the situation and realize I had a major air leak somewhere, I called this company to see if they were available for repairs and the receptionist was very helpful and she got me a mechanic right away. I spoke to Lopez my mechanic on the phone and we arranged for him to come out to help me with my air leak, which I might say he is a very Knowledgeable and friendly person and he got the truck repaired within minutes. I really appreciate the mom & pop businesses because they don’t take advantage of their customers and they prioritize the issue at hand. I’ve waited at a loves truck stop for a tire repair for 10 hours, but companies like C & A mobile repair truly care about their customers especially truck drivers who need them constantly, I recommend this company to anyone who is in Augusta, Georgia area if they ever need any repairs Five star service for sure.
As an owner of fleet trucks I want to give C&A a great review and recommendation . They have helped my company several times with repairs and troubleshooting on several of my newer model trucks when I could not even get an appointment with dealer . They were fast and very professional with work they performed . With the country going through the times we’ve experienced last couple years , C&A never slowed down , always available when I’ve needed them . Thank you to the owner and all his employees that have made my down times minimal and for good clean work .
