Yard is dirty pulled in today got a flat tire from their debre manager and the battyman just laughed.Dont know why they have a batty man doing a woman job nasty yard just nasty

I bought a 2018 Ram 2500 truck when it arrived the tailgate was gone, I called and talked to the manager and he said there is nothing he can do, that's my bad luck, I'll never buy there again,stay away.
They stole my steering wheel cover???? I spoke with customer service and they stated the cover was there when they recived my vehicle but was gone when the vehicle was returned to me. They seem to have no record of the cover being in their office with my other belongings either. I've searched my vehicle inside and out as well and the cover is nowhere to be found. The cover is pastel multicolored with a navtive/tribal type pattern on it if whoever has it would care to return it.
Trash!!!!! I hope you never have to deal with this place… customer service at front desk is ok but that’s it…they move like pond water and nobody cares about your time I’d rather deal with the registry
We are really disappointed with this purchase , the 2006 Volkswagen jetta that we bought in COPART said the car run and drive in the description and the damage was to the front of the car and when we received the car it was missing parts such as the radiator , the fan , the engine crankcase broken , we consider that they should be aware of this type of thing because they are misleading customers, we have tried to contact this COPART facility in Augusta, GA and have been waiting for over 3 hours on a call waiting for them to answer us and never received a response
My car was taken here after the accident I was in recently. Before my insurance inspected and appraised my vehicle I spoke with my adjuster and a representative from copart asking them if it was ok to get my things out of my vehicle at a later date due to my injuries and I was told this was fine. After my vehicle was appraised I spoke to and decided to buy my vehicle back from my insurance company and have it delivered to my home only to find out that my personal belongings had been tampered with and some were missing . They are currently closed now so I left a voicemail explaining my frustration and anger about this situation hope to get this rectified asap. I’m extremely disappointed in my service.
