Mike was truly a God-send when my car broke down on the way to the beach, and very far away from home. He picked my daughter and I up in Cuthbert, and towed us 1 hr away to try and get a rental car (with no luck unfortunately, due to the rental car company)… and, then to a hotel… and after, he dropped my car off at a repair shop in the same town. He was beyond gracious, had a calming demeanor, and helped make a stressful situation seem much better. Thank you so much for all your help!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us out!!
Nasty when taking calls, but states he is 24 hours on the picture on his web pages. Trying to get my truck back ,but he hangs up and tried the next morning @ 9:00 he shoots you to voice mail. He tries to keep your car for more money. Bad business!!!!

This man is so rude and unprofessional…he gave a set quote of $150 for my son’s atv then up the price to $600 because someone was calling trying to scam him out of my son’s atv and i couldn’t get the payment of $150 transferred quick enough.And to top it off these are the words he spoke “that thang is too big and powerful for a 13 year old,mark my words he’s going to kill himself.I‘ll never use his service for anything!…My son’s tires were flat,one is cut.HOW COULD YOU WISH DEATH ON 13 YEAR OLD.
I ran out of gas on highway 27 and my battery went dead. I called him during his lunch and he took the call. He stated he would be here in 1 hour and he was exactly on time , even in the rain. Mike got me up and running , so i could get back to work fast. He is well worth the service call. Great upfront service and honesty. Thank you.
He had a problem with my the interracial couple being together. His attitude was real nasty until I brought up BBB and lawyers. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!
He has a lot of fake reviews I will never use this company very unprofessional. I called him because a deer ran out in front of me and my car got stuck in a ditch. His website says 24 hours. He told me don’t call me and hung up the phone on me never use this company. Very unprofessional I look at it as a business owner. If I have a certain time that I wanna do business don’t say 24 hours. The crazy part is. I was willing to pay whatever for him to come out and take my car out but rude people like that I don’t like to do business with
This man has been nothing but nasty and rude to my family and I after having a very bad wreck. We flipped our vehicle 4 times and all had to go to the ER. I was only able to grab a few things and being that we live 2 hours away from where the wreck happened, I had no way to go back and get my stuff. Now this man is withholding my stuff saying we have to pay him $800 to even get our stuff. We can't even afford to pay him and now my $500 retainers, 2 pairs of glasses, and all my kids clothes and shoes are in the car and I can't even pick them up. I have a genetic disorder and my teeth are rapidly shifting and I have no way to get another set of retainers or glasses. This is ridiculous and I should be allowed to get my things. The vehicle should never have even been taken by this man because my family knows people who could have come and gotten my mom's car after the wreck. Now I'm without any of my belongings including 3 sets of keys that we need that include house keys, spare keys to my stepdad's vehicle, and storage keys. These are all things we need, not things that should just be dependent on money because Mike Boyett has had people do him wrong in the past. Thank you for taking a really terrible experience and making it much worse.
One of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He is hands down the most professional. I called and he was there in 45 minutes, and took great care of my baby (My F-150). I’d recommend this service to any member of my family. Trustworthy, affordable, and dependable!
My boyfriend and I were on our way to the beach and caught a flat along the way. Our insurance company called this service to come tow us and we are very glad they did. The driver, Mike, was very kind and was accommodating to us when we had to change our route to a new tire place. When we got to the tire place and realized it wasn’t in the best part of town, Mike stayed with us until a new tire was put on. He stayed when he didn’t have to, and made sure we were totally good to go before leaving us. We absolutely recommend this using service.
This guy charges storage fees, even on days that he is not open. We explained to this very rude guy that we would be there to get the vehicle and he stated that he closed at 5 and that meant it was another charge. We said ok then we will pick k it up the next day. He said he would not be open until Monday. Then he charged another two days for that. Unethical and immoral. Would not let this guy tow a bicycle.
My road side assistance coverage provider contacted this service for a tow. I wasn't familiar with this service, my preferred repair shop is in Columbus, which is a little over an hour away, AND it was New Year's Eve. Add to that the location where my vehicle was does not show up on any GPS locator. Mike called me to verify my location and he didn't sound well. Long story short, Mike was physically sick yet came and towed my vehicle to Columbus and was kind, considerate and very professional. He's a 100 star service!!
I'd give 20 stars if I could. I had a two hour commute to work and had a tire blowout about halfway. I called my insurance's roadside assistance about 5 AM and they ended up being worthless. I was stressed and not sure what to do (I'm not from around here). I called my dad and he searched places near me and we got a hold of Boyett. Mike came straight to me. He called a few tire shops nearby and no one had my tire so he drove me all the way to Albany and to a couple different stores to make sure I got the best deal and didn't get ripped off. He was very friendly and a HUGE blessing. Thank you so much!
We were broke down with children on the side of 82- a VERY busy highway, we called Boyett wrecker service and the guy answered the phone and after telling him our location ( which was only 10 miles from him) he said I can’t today! What kind of business are u running ???? Not a towing service. People don’t call at a convenient time to get a wrecker. We were broken down with a busted radiator hose! I wouldn’t use this company EVER! They are worthless!!!
Mike will pick you up ASAP - even in the middle of no where! Nice, friendly guy! Very knowledgeable of his surroundings and very helpful with giving advice or insight about car issues! I'm with GEICO insurance so I'm happy his business is a partner with them!
