One of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had while having a vehicle issue, Brandon helped get my family and I safe and secure after breaking down in the middle of the night. And also kept me up to date with everything going on with my vehicle, wish we had more towing services like this back home!
Called them and they arrived in 35 minutes. The owner was super nice and communicated when my truck was dropped off at the garage. Drivers Xavier was super nice. Highly recommend them. Prices were very reasonable.

Definitely recommend this company for any of your tow needs. Hard finding a tow on Sunday but he answered as soon as I called and sent someone right out. Very dependable and would recommend to anyone needing a tow.
My daughter was traveling back to University Of Georgia from a trip home for the Easter holiday. She had a blowout with one of her tires in Jasper County Georgia. After UNSUCCESSFULLY trying to get the Jasper County Sheriffs Dept. to respond and assist, we were fortunate enough to call HURT’s Towing. Brandon Hurt traveled all the way to Shadydale himself to change my daughter‘s tire, check and make sure she was safe, and text me to let me know that she was safely on her way. Brandon jumped when we needed to get our oversize work truck long hauled from greensboro to lagrange ga and his driver Marcus called with eta and was wonderful as well. We are extremely pleased with their service. We will always keep them in mind for future use.

5 stars just isn't enough,. My wife and I broke down in Eatonton. I my truck wouldnt go in gear. We were 1.5 hrs away from home. I Googled and randomly called Hurts towing. He said one of his guy's was on another tow, but he'd be there in 10 minutes to see what he could do to help. When got got there he already knew what the issue was. My cable from my gear to my transmission was broken. Bro took me to AutoZone and got some zip ties crawl under my truck to patch it so we could get home. He could've easily charged $310-$350 because it was after hours. But only would take a $40.00 tip..... God sent this brother to help us. It's hard to find people like this today. Especially in this economy. I can't say enough about the service from start to finish. He was professional and had a willingness to help anyway he could. If you need a tow. This is the company you should call hands down. I appreciate you bro! ?

One of my technicians was in an accident Monday. Hurts towing was called
In by the police to tow the vehicle. We had it towed to our shop. Only 12 miles from the scene of the accident. We were charged $1766.05. He charged a recovery fee of $595, mileage fee of $200, winch fee of $350, labor charge of $120, clean up fee of $350, and admin fee of $75 and a 4.5% charge for using a credit card. This is ridiculous! I worked at 911 dispatch for 9 years and none of our wreckers ever charged their customers like this. This bill should have been at the most $900. They took advantage of the fact that we were a business and not some random person. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are completely dishonest!
Hurts towing came right away and got my car towed. Mario is such a sweet guy and had great customer service. The rates are very reasonable as well. Will definitely be using them again if I have issues.
In today's time you rarely ever run into someone who cares about other people anymore. This is truly the opposite with Hurts Towing! Not only was our car towed to a nearby truck stop so we could rent dolly to get it home. They also checked back on us and helped us get it loaded on the car dolly an hour later! After sitting on the side of the road for 3 hrs waiting on a triple A truck that never came we couldn't be more thankful for the help and senserity that was shown to us by this company!
I can't say enough good things about Hurt's Towing. After my wife's wreck he was so thoughtful and helpful with ANY request I had. The thing that touched us the most was his compassion! From the first phone call to the last he always asked about how my wife was doing. He is a wonderful person and would get my business again if needed!!!
I can’t say enough about our experience. My 20-year old son and daughter were broken down on the side of I-20 with a 30 foot travel trailer attached to a F150 truck. Brandon was quick to arrive and offered not only professionalism but kindness and patience in working with the insurance and getting everything home safely, 80 miles away. A 4 hour project and he never acted frustrated or put out. I expected the service to just unhook everything on the street and go. Instead, He went the extra mile and helped to park the trailer on the side of our house. THANK YOU isn’t enough! 10 STARS!!!
I'm From at ATL, GA. I came down to milledgeville to visit family. My truck broke down on me out of nowhere. I called the tow service and the young man came very fast. Faster than I expected. He was very nice and professional. I was pretty down in the dumps and he made me laugh and ensured that everything would be okay. The cost was affordable and I got home safely. If I were to break down again. I'd definitely give these guys a call.
