Andrew was very friendly, professional, skilled at this work, and showed up at the estimated time of arrival the dispatcher gave me. We also had a very nice conversation in the cab of his tow truck on the way to drop my car off at the auto repair shop. Thank you again.
Everyone was kind and helpful! They were straightforward and helped me with all of my questions. Every person I dealt with to the man who towed our car, the woman who answers the phone and the fella who helped me with my car were amazing! All very professional and it felt like they genuinely cared. Will use again if ever in need!

He was professional, friendly, and really put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. The service was top-notch, and I felt completely taken care of. I’m not sure how anyone could have a bad experience with such a wonderful place to get your car repaired. Tammy has her hands full daily, but still tries to take care of all the customer and their needs. DJ is the most exceptional auto mechanic that I’ve ever met. Recommend this car repair shop for anything that is needed.
Best customer service ever! My spare tire was flat, had a blow out on a Sunday afternoon, and they were all busy with other clients. He sent his dad in their personal vehicle with an air tank so I could get home! The very next weekend another tire blew, I got towed, by them, to the tire place. The driver evidently relayed my question to DJ about the new tire screeching, DJ texted me and told me to bring my vehicle in on Monday, not to wait for Thursdays appointment, he was concerned for my safety and wallet!! They worked me in that morning and got me going! They treated me great the whole time, explained everything. Wonderful people!
I apologize for writing a bad review for a service I did not use. I couldn’t get past the rude lady on the phone. Cash or check only, no plastic. Why? Her response was, we don’t have to, we been doing it this way for 50 years. My thought - Well, I don’t have to use your service! When a person is broke down they don’t need attitude!!! Maybe AAA will show up sometime today!
They didn’t, after waiting over 2 hours and still no reply or estimate of a pickup. I called Barrett Towing in Athens. They we’re there in 15 minutes.

James knows his craft and does it well and does it quick. Fast clean-up of debris on roads after wrecks, and vehicles are safely stored until insurance companies or vehicle owners retrieve them. Give him a call if you've been In a wreck or happen to be stuck somewhere! Beware of the bulldog that answers the phones though. Chip on her shoulder, that one.
was coming back from college on a Saturday and called up one of their guys to tow my van to the local dealership after it completely melted down off the highway. Even gave me a ride to the dealer to wait for my ride. Great auto service company would recommend ?

I use Wilson's for wrecker service mainly but also have used them for a few auto repairs. The repairs pay takes a little longer then other places but it's cause they are small and only have a few mechanics so you have to wait in until they get to your vehicle.
Mr. James Wilson is very nice and accommodating. He allowed me to come take all of my belongings after my accident. It was a Sunday and the only day I could get a ride there. I was very appreciative.
Personally, don't have a problem with James or Eric. James and my father went way back apparently. Never heard a bad thing about them. BUT... and you know what I say about the "BIG BUT" get rid of the troll running the day to day. No telling the amount of business she runs off.
The owner James is one of the best guys you can ever deal with!! Down side is that by being good at what you do..theres a demand for and there always behind...but they do great work at affordable prices!! James also pulls cars and trucks also semi trucks!!

HONEST! Their driver picked up a car from my neighbors home yesterday and had to use my drive to pick up the car. My yard had been damaged by another driver earlier in the day. Wilson's driver left a note just in case he damaged my yard which he did not do. The other driver just drove off. My car had been making a noise, so I took it to Wilson’s. They looked at it the same day! And gave me a call telling me they checked EVERYTHING, even put it up in the air to check the brakes and everything under the car. They did not charge me for anything! They are extremely honest and fair. And they are super friendly! I will definitely be using them from now on.
