I got work done there and less than two weeks the problem reoccurred. I live out of state. When I reached out about the issue I was told they didn't work on my ignition coils they only changed my spark plugs. But the diagnosis I was given was a cracked coil. Just doesn't seem right or fair and they want me to bring it back to diagnose again and rework.
This place is the best. I looked for a no longer available part. They found me one in great condition at half the price of what I had found. I bought an older truck for hauling things; it had a defective seat, but no available parts were found. They found me one just like that!
I got scammed out of $400 dollars for a part from a fb ad using this business logos, name and business photos yesterday ! 1/8/25. They had talked a good game. I paid for the part then a short while later they asked for a packaging fee which set off alarms for me … when I confronted them the guy got super crude and they shut their link down. Be careful! My guess is they will be back on fb advertising as this or another business. Maybe ask to call before you order? It’s sad that they have used this business as their own.
I ordered an air shutter for a Cadillac ATS 2017 from AAA Parts & Salvage after confirming multiple times that the total price would be $190 including shipping. I paid via Zelle as instructed.
After the payment, they suddenly demanded an additional $100 for “packaging fees” which was never mentioned before.
They refused to ship or refund.
Do NOT trust this business. I have reported them to FTC, my bank, and BBB.
Mr. Martin professionalism and dedication to customer service was above and beyond my expectations! He has my vote on confidence. I will recommend his to.service and AAA parts.
Man these guys are top notch! Needed a 2018-2022 Honda accord sport radio had it to me in 1-2 days ready to be installed. Great service and great people to just speak to. The radio was pristine and couldn’t have gotten a better one brand new from Honda honestly. Highly recommend!

I was at O'Reilly auto parts they broke my windshield wiper blade arm they found me a replacement quick and this place installed it O'Reilly paid for it was like $45 nice guy put it on for me.
Recently purchased a cargo van that needed parts. Hate I didn’t can’t the man’s name but he’s gotten every part in good condition and some of the parts were hard to find. Highly recommend
I just went to AAA Parts & Salvage see if they have 2 Center caps for my Ford Escape Xlt & the Guy who gave me a Price of $ 65.+ & it would take 4 Days to get it from another Lot ( I guess) I can buy it from Walmart for $ 20.- a Piece. Thought this is a Salvage Yard, not a Dealership. Smh
Not sure who dropped the ball here. But I ordered 2 parts on September 26 2024 got a call a few days later the parts were rusty so they ordered another set well after calling a few times they said they had to locate a tracking number for the second order and finally they came in today October 9th and after I drive all the way to Columbus Georgia from Roanoke Alabama they inform me it's the wrong parts. So I requested a full refund . But do what you will with this review. But 13 days and no parts isn't good and I gotta wait up to 7 days for the refund. I mean they tried i guess but messed up 3 times . Oh well I'll just use car-part.com from now on
My 2014 Corolla would not shift out of neutral, and I was quoted $5,000 by a Toyota dealership to replace what they claimed was a bad transmission. I called AAA Parts & Salvage with the expectation that I would be junking the car - they told me they could replace it for $3,000, so I decided to give them a shot.
These guys had my car for all of 3 hours before they diagnosed the problem and had it repaired for $450. I tried more than once to leave them a tip and they refused. They could have just stuck to their quote and I never would have known - an honest and competent auto shop is a rare find, and I am grateful to them for saving me thousands of dollars.

I had been looking all over for a side mirror for my 2010 Lexus ES 350 .. finally made the call to AAA parts and salvage. They took care of me and that if i had any problem just come back and they'll take care of it. The staff is friendly, always smiling and customer service is great.

This company is a whole scam . This is coming from an auto technician. They make you pay for the part before you get it. Took two days to even get the part. Went to the location to pick the part up. Before signing off and receiving the part after a visual inspection I realized immediately the part was defected. I then requested a refund. I was first told no “either store credit (at a used auto salvage) or wait another 2 days for another part “that could again be defected. I explained to the representative I’m not interested in store credit or waiting any longer. He then went to the back and talked to someone. Came back and said he will refund my money. At the time i didn’t have the original card I used to do refund right then and there. So he told me to call so we can do the refund on the phone. I get home and call for refund. The same employee told me they are charging me a 15% restock fee which is understandable if I didn’t want the part if it wasn’t defected, but it was . I had to threaten the guy that I would call the police if I didn’t get my full refund. He then said he will speak to owner because he doesn’t really care and call back. I told him I’m on my way. He called back in 2 minutes and said he will refund full amount. Also the price of the part I need brand new is 145 and they are charging me 92 for the defected part. Just go to a pull a part!!

Man these people are cool and professional. I have a 2017 Ford fusion. I knew my warranty would take a month to handle so I paid out of pocket. Well he called me early that morning and my was was done by 4. These guys know what they are doing. 10 out of 10. I will recommend.
Came to Columbus from Albany just for a back window for my truck. Will absolutely come here for ALL of my vehicle needs that I don't need brand new. Its worth the 1.5 hour drive. Especially for the price. AMAZING customer service. They even let me pay over the phone and had the part ready for me when I got there. I really couldn't be happier with this place, they really are awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Very friendly and social employees. Unimaginably low and fair prices. They offer a wide variety of services such as replacing your transmission for you to simply removing a pair of tails lights in a matter of minutes. Anything goes with these guys and they are the best in town in my opinion! Through my experiences everyone seems outgoing and nice, although I do recommend speaking to Brendon Almond, he will make sure you get the help you need as soon as you step in the door.

This is a great place with great people, who are truly caring and understanding. I had an issue arise, and you may have seen my previous review, but after talking to me and hearing me, and understanding my situation, they has been great. Tommy even called today to check on my father who hasn't been doing so well, which really spoke volumes to me because other than the one time he saw me, Tommy does not know me at all. They have been extremely helpful, in any way they could, and I will definitely be going back to them when I need more parts for my car.
