I got very friendly service when I came here as an insurance adjuster on a claim. I think this is one of the better run Towing facilities that I have had to deal with in my 38 years as an adjuster. They had properly protected the damaged vehicle. They had all the paperwork in order. And I could tell by looking around the yard that they took care of the vehicles in their care. If someone needed someone to pick up a vehicle after an accident, this would be a good choice. Miss Beverly was very helpful.
Wimmers Wrecker Services inc towed me yesterday (Thursday August 29, 2024) from Phenix City to Columbus GA. The female dispatcher was thoughtful and sweet. I went inside a nearby store to cool off due to the heat. The dispatcher called when the driver arrived. The male driver was dressed appropriate , clean cut, and extremely respectful. Another driver came to the drop off location to assist. The second driver was also respectful, clean cut, and dressed appropriate. Neither looked like a hot mess just going through the motions of towing vehicles. My issue was somewhat complicated. I rode with the driver to the drop off location. The interior of the vehicle was acceptable and overall clean. The pricing was reasonable and fair. I expected to pay more with another driver showing up to assist the pickup driver. The company didn't charge me more. The exterior of both trucks were clean and eye catching. The experience was great and well received considering the overall circumstances. I rate them 5 stars for overall experience while taking care of me. They collectively made a horrible situation on a hot summer day not seem so bad. Meanwhile, the locksmith and dealer royally took advantage of my situation. (SheLiaG)
Called for a truck because of an emergency. The lady that answered the phone was so sweet, thoughtful and concerned. She told us do not get out the car. She was sending someone immediately! The guy was there less than five minutes. He shield my daughter and grandbaby from all the traffic that was coming really fast and put them in his truck. I thank God for them for their kindness and quick response. Wimmers are an A+ company and I will only be using them in the future. Very highly recommended!!
