This is the best transporting company in the world!! My car stalled in Thomaston. The local mechanic couldn’t fix it. After going through several companies backing out on me, KBSouth Transporting came to the rescue. Kendale hauled my vehicle back to Jonesboro, at a reasonable price. He was integral, communicating everything, from start to finish. He was timely with pick up and drop off.
It was a seemless process. Call him up!! He is the best!!!
Told me they would be at my car in 30 to 45 minutes. 2 hours later, several unanswered calls and they still haven't showed up. Had to call another tow company out to tow my car.
If I could give more stars I would. Today I driving home after starting a new job in stockbridge. I was driving south down I-75 heading towards mcdonough to get to exit 218. My car literally died in the middle of the highway and locked up. I panic because this has never happened before. I got so lucky that Kendale Brown from kbsouth transporting was just driving the same way and saw that I was stuck. He asked if I needed help and I honestly was a mess. Long story short he literally towed me and my car all the way home to my house and I couldnt be anymore thankful. Found out it was my intake manifold sleeve caught literally in the opening of my throttle. Thank you again Kendale honestly without you I wouldn't have known what to do. Literally saved my life today and cant thank yall enough!
I needed a tow to the repair shop and KB South took the job through our USAA Roadside assistance. They dropped our tow job after three hours of waiting and now I have to start at the end of the line with another tow company. Unacceptable.
I wish that I could leave a 0 star for the rating. They accepted the job to tow my vehicle, and in the notes, I had them put in that we would call the shop when they arrived to tow my ride so the shop owner would be onsite to have my car placed we he needed it.
I called to find out if the ETA I saw was authentic, and I was assured it was. The tow driver tried to get me to set up a tow for the next day. I stated no, I did not was t to do that.
I called an hour later to ask how much time was left before they picked up my car. They again tried to get me to set up an appointment to tow my car the next day, saying they did not feel comfortable with the job. The place might be closed. ( This proves they did not read the notes attached to the job. At this point, I was uncomfortable with them because the lack of reading the notes could cause damage to my ride or them to improperly drop off the car.)
I asked if they were overbooked because I have the shop owner's cell and if they were overbooked or he did not want a t to do the job. I can cancel and get another tow company.
The tow truck guy calls me rude. Says he will cancel it. I asked him how was and I being rude when he was trying to pressure me into doing something I did not want to do, and I already had something workedout with the shop owner.

I’ve been trying to have a company help tow my vehicle for weeks. Thankfully, i stumbled across KB & he was the only one to help me out. Took time out his busy day to help get my vehicle 2 hours away at THE BEST PRICE. Highly recommend using this company!
Great experience using KB Transportation. My tow driver Kendale, was prompt, on time, and stayed in constant communication with me. He was called after another tow company failed to get the job done right. He was very professional and took the extra steps to make sure I knew my truck was delivered and/or towed to my desired location. Great job, great company!
Just got my car towed by KB transporting and it was the most quickest and smoothest tow ever. He was there within 5min of me calling my insurance company had the car picked up and dropped at my parents house all less than a hr. I’m definitely Using this company from now on for all my towing needs and i would highly recommend to anyone who needs. Ps this my gf account lol

2-28-2020 approx 7:45 pm my son(a college student) called our insurance company to request a tow and this company was supposed to be dispatched. First call to the company theythey said would be there in 45 minutes. Nope! Two hours later owner calls and say they are on their way. Nope! Three hours. Nope! Called the insurance company again. Four hours later they still had called to say they weren't coming. Called another towing company and they were there in 12 minutes. Shame on KB!

My son didn't arrive home until 2 a.m.
Ordered by phone insurance. Waited over 2 hrs and no one should up. And no one answers the phone. Very unprofessional and not dependable. Stay away from them. Its one job you had to do. Smh
This company was scheduled to tow my vehicle from McDonough, GA to Atlanta. ETA was 3:11am, NO ONE SHOWED UP. USAA and I called the over and over again by this time it was 3:45am. No one answered the phone. This is not how you run a business. It sucks because you give yourself a bad name with the insurance company along with a potential client. Clearly you don’t care for either.
Calling KB Transporting had to be the best option I could have made when looking up wreckers in my area. The driver was prompt , courteous and very knowledgeable about his field. However that was not the best part , he even helped me get an old car i had sitting around off my hands. Call KB for all your car towing needs you won't regret it!!
Very prompt. Stranded on the side of the road is never ideal. A friend recommended this tow truck service and I wasn't disappointed. Professional, courteous ,quick, reasonably priced service. I will be using KB Transporting and recommending to everyone.

I'm so glad that I found out his google page because I wanted to Thank Him Some more for his help. I was on a trip in Atlanta and my car broke down, and I was distraught only because I was hours away from home which is in South Carolina. My phone was on 2% so I went to a near by store to charge my phone so I could make some calls to get me & my vehicle back to South Carolina, & I went to the register to ask for a near by outlet I could use & ended up seeing The KB Transporting Card so immediately I called for help & explain my situation to the young man & he told me that he was on his way as soon as possible. 30-35 mins later he pulled up with a smile on his face & was excited to help me get me & my car back so South Carolina safe and sound. I Just want to Thank Him So much once again for his help!!! Keep up the Great work!
